Revelation 19 1-8

             Paraphrased      

1 - After this I heard what seemed to be the loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, crying out “Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God! 2 For his judgments are true and just! {Imo, cause and effect, even the final results called God’s wrath, greek orge/passion ..as opposed to creation as an ant farm?} He has judged the great prostitute who corrupted the earth with her immorality [greek, porneia] and he avenged [ekdikeó - gave justice over, defended, avenged, vindicated, (with) retribution] upon her for the blood of his servants.”

     3 Once more they cried out, “Hallelujah!

The smoke from her goes up forever and ever.” {Considering Revelation 21:5, this must be her smoke rising forever in the memories of all. As where else? Considering also, 2Pet.3:12-13. Hallelujah! The proof straying/imperfection can never work, it being corruption/entropy, the ‘worm’ that never quits/does not reverse.}

     4 And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who was seated upon the throne, saying, “Amen. Hallelujah!” 5 And from the throne came a voice saying, “Praise our God, all you his servants, all who revere him, small and great.”

     6 Then I heard what seemed to be the voice of a great multitude, like the roar of many waters and like the sound of mighty peals of thunder, crying out, “Hallelujah! For the Lord our God the All Mighty reigns. 7 Let us rejoice and exult and give him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb {union with/catching away} has come and his bride has made herself ready {for it, Rev.7:9,4; Mt.25:10/1-13} 8 for it was granted to her, to clothe herself with fine linen, bright and pure”. {Wedding dress, for the union/marriage.} For the fine linen is required [dikaióma - ordinance, requirement, righteous act, judgment, justification] of the saints {all who genuinely trust God to complete his works}.

One Body One Faith

“..And to Abraham were the promises spoken, and to his seed; not `And to seeds,' as of many, but as of one, `And to thy seed,' which is Christ ...There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

...That the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ through the gospel...to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.. ..Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself. For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church. For we are members of His body. For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh. This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready and there was given to her that she may be arrayed with fine linen, pure and shining, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.'

(Individually, we are Christ's brethren. But collectively, now betrothed or engaged to Him, later union at the marriage supper of the Lamb.)

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

And lo, I tell you a secret; we indeed shall not all sleep, and we all shall be changed; in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, in the last trumpet, for it shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we, we shall be changed: for it behoveth this corruptible to put on incorruption, and this mortal to put on immortality; and when this corruptible may have put on incorruption, and this mortal may have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the word that hath been written, `Death was swallowed up by victory; where, O Death, where is thy sting? where, O Hades, thy victory?' and the sting of death [is] sin ...thanks, to Him who is giving us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ; so that, my brethren beloved, become ye stedfast, unmovable, abounding in the work of the Lord at all times, knowing that your labour is not vain in the Lord.

And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.
