MATTHEW 9 18-26

   πŸƒπŸ•Š️01/28 - GospeL Verses πŸƒπŸ•Š️

18 - While he was saying these things, a ruler (leader) came in and knelt before him, saying, “My daughter has just died, but come and lay your hand on her, and she’ll live.” 19 So Jesus followed him, along with his disciples.

20 On the way, a woman who had suffered from a discharge of blood for twelve years came up behind him and touched the fringe of his garment, 21 for she thought to herself, “If I can but touch his garment, I’ll be cured.” 22 And Jesus turned, and said to her, “Take heart, daughter. Your faith has made you well.” And instantly she was cured.

23 When they arrived to the ruler's house, they saw the flute players and the crowd making a sad commotion, 24 but he told them to leave, and said,  “She is not dead but sleeping.” And they laughed at him. 25 But when the crowd had been put outside, he went in and took her by the hand, and the girl rose up. 26 And the report of it went through all the district.
