Paul’s Letter To The Romans
1 - So! Since we have been justified by faith, we {can know that we} have peace with God, through our Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Through him we also have obtained access, by faith, into this grace in which we stand! And we rejoice in hope [elpis - expectation] of the glory of God. 3 Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, for we know that suffering produces endurance, 4 endurance produces character, character produces expectation, 5 and expectation does not make us ashamed, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit{/Presence of God} having been given to us.
