            ☀️ A.M. 1 Thessalonians 3:1-13

(Having been chased out of Thessalonica by city leaders, and now eager to hear how the Thessalonian believers are doing since then, Paul continues his letter..) 3:1 - When we (Paul, Silas, Timothy and others) could bear it no longer, we thought it good to wait at Athens, 2 while we sent Timothy, our brother and coworker in the gospel {news} of Christ as you know, so we could be sure you were established in your faith! 3 We wanted to be sure no one was discouraged by these troubles, so as to turn away. For you yourselves know that these things are bound to happen. 4 As we told you, when we were there, and then, as you know, it did happen.

     5 This is why, when I could wait no longer, I sent Timothy to you, to learn about your faith, for fear that somehow the tempter had tempted you and our labor then would have been in vain. {How to STAY iN God through Jesus? Maybe we can start with the Revelation letters to the churches!?}

     6 But now that Timothy has come back and brought us the good news of your faith and love, and has reported that you always remember us kindly, and long to see us, even as we long to see you, 7 for this reason, brethren (brothers and sisters) in all our troubles, we’ve been very comforted!

     8 For we are blessed and happy, if you are standing fast in the Lord! 9 For what thanksgiving can we give to God, for all the joy we feel about you, before Him? 10 And as we pray most earnestly, night and day, that we may see you face to face, and encourage your faith {and understanding} by supplying anything additional you may be needing. {Discipling!}

    11 We pray our God and Father himself, and our Lord Jesus, will direct our way back to you soon. 12 And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love for one another, and for all. Even as we do for you. 13 So he may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all his holy ones. {Angels still faithful thus holy.} (Hebrews 11:40)

            🌙 P.M. LUKE 13:10-17

10 - It was a Sabbath and Jesus was speaking in one of the Hebrew/Jewish meeting places. 11 He saw a woman there with a disabling spirit. For eighteen years she had been bent over and unable to straighten herself upright. 12 And when Jesus saw her, he called to her, and he said, “Woman, you are freed from your disability.” 13 Then he laid his hands on her, and immediately she was made well, and she glorified God. 14 But the leader/authority of the meeting place, became indignant because Jesus had healed her on the Sabbath.

     So the public servant said to the people, “There are six days in which work should be done. Come on those days and be healed, but not on the Sabbath!”

     15 But Jesus said to him, “You are hypocrites! Don’t all of you - on the Sabbath - untie his ox or donkey from the manger, and lead it to water? 16 And ought not this woman - a daughter of Abraham (your own national sister) whom Satan has bound for eighteen long years, be loosed on the Sabbath?”

     17 As he said this, those who were against him were put to shame, while the people rejoiced at the glorious things that were being done by him. {Why does “the state” (the establishment of any certain time?) hate Jesus? …does it hate the people?}

            ☀️ A.M. 1 Thessalonians 2:14-20

14 - Brothers and sisters, you became imitators of the churches of God in Christ Jesus, that are in Judea. [Churches - ekklēsía - from ek - out from and to, and kaléō - to call – properly, persons called - out from - the world - and - to God, the outcome being the mystical body of Christ {as confused as most/aLL? of it is} called ‘the church’/churches.]

     For you suffered the same things from your own countrymen, as they did, from their own 15 {too easily? incited by the leaders} who killed both the Lord Jesus and the prophets, and drove us out. Such displeased God. They oppose all mankind 16 by hindering us from speaking.

     A speaking to the nations that they might be saved (an answer to the IO ‘Israel only’ belief) so as always to fill up the measure of their sins. But wrath (consequence) is coming upon them at last! {And this slow fade/gehenna flares up into fiery consequences/smaller scope fulfillment. Full scope at the, done by man, apocalypse - different scopes being what’s called parallelism of prophecy.}

     17 But since we were torn away from you, brethren, for a short while, in person but not in heart, we wanted all the more, and tried eagerly, to see you face to face.

     18 We’ve wanted to come to you—I, Paul, again and again—but Satan hindered us. 19 For what is our hope or joy or crown of boasting before our Lord Jesus at his coming! Is it not you? 20 For you {as believers trained and ready} are our glory and joy.

            🌙 P.M. LUKE 13:1-9

1 - There were some there who told Jesus about the Galileans whom Pilate had killed. [From biblehub dot com Benson Commentary - “followers of Judas Gaulonites, whose story Josephus has given us.. It appears he was the head of a sect who asserted God to be their only sovereign, and were so strongly against submission to the Roman power, that they refused to pay tribute to Caesar”.] {The “iron” of prophecy, Rome. But morphs/progresses into Rev.13:1-10’s many headed geopolitical beast (“with ten horns”) of the last hour, cross references with Daniel 7’s “fourth beast more terrible with” - “ten horns”. Dn.7’s beast has “iron teeth” (Roman columns?) and bronze (Greek, Dan.2:36-45) claws which tear up and scatter what the iRon doesn’t subdue. Aka, last hour huge beast will have Roman-Graeco roots, a western institution, think Roman senates, architecture, courts, etc. And Greek drama, philosophy, arts, etc. An institution within which ‘dove’ and vulture collude.. And steps in (after Rev7:1,3 is interrupted) the ‘little’ beast/horn of Rev.13:11-18, which came up amongst a cluster of others, and in its rising (after Rev.12:14) pulled up three other horns/major interests at that time (and place). The Rev. 13:13 event pinpointed an office, not (yet) an individual. It was the first seal 6 occurrence.. How can that be? Because the revelation vision is actually told three times. And chapter 12 is the middle version, with Mt.23:39 to go with vs.17, the last verse).

     Also, the seals (elements of the times, modern) are described at the beginning of the vision, as their full and entire effects, first to last. This veils what they are and veils much of the vision.. White horse and rider with a crown openly victorious over powers and principalities ride forth instituting a new age.. The response, seal 2, red fiery horse.. which is “given a long sword”.. which is seal 6. Rev.13:13, same first seal 6 event, was enabled by an of-the worLd “false prophet”. Hello? This, with 13:13 is so obvious as to be screaming. This is the ‘one’ who’s “strong delusion” of “seating man in the temple as god”/highest power has caused what was once called Christendom to “fall away”. This one has more modern “miracles to mislead” — (including that of Daniel 12:11-12? WiTh LK.19:41,44 aNd 1Cor.3:16 “set up” to run for 45 days(?) Last “ten days” (rev.2:10) escalating to most critical/dangerous. (Dan.12;11–2, a math riddle.)

     And seal 6 culminates in - Mt.13:30 (the wheat and tares) as Rev.16:14-15-16, simultaneous with Mt.25:1-13(10) —— Is.24:20/Rev.10:4.

     Then is the Lord’s long second advent. Rev.22 has narrative in it which is spoken outside of-the-vision, and portrays inneR, initiaL conditions of some during GWT judgment/discernment/closure ‘day’ like the parable of the rich man and Lazarus does - inner, initial conditions, of some.

     In Rev.21:5, the Greek word for “all” is translated “all things” - also in 1Cor.15:27,28 THREE times, but not another two when it just can’t work. So what is it verse 27 - as penned originally - repeats three times? Restoring the three “all things” back to the original “all” in verse 27. But not in verse 28, thought it’s the exact same word, “pas”.

     And a second outline within the first is Leviticus 23. Rev.20 is told like describing the crests of waves but not much of the in between the crests. I had another thought here but I think it got misfiled in this 70 year old brain.🙂 71 now.} 

     2 And Jesus said to them, “Do you think that these Galileans Pilate/Rome killed were worse sinners than all the other Galileans, because they suffered in this way? 3 No, and I tell you, unless you repent, all will perish. {In this imperfection/entropy which “does noT quit”.}

     4 Or those eighteen who died when the tower in Siloam fell upon them, do you think they were worse sinners than all others living in Jerusalem? 5 No. And I tell you, unless you repent, you will likewise perish.”

    6 And he told this parable, “A man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard, but when he came seeking fruit on it, he found none. 7 So he said to the vinedresser, ‘Look, for three years now I’ve come looking for fruit on this fig tree! And THREE times now, I find it fruitless. {Mt.13:33, key word THREE, with 1Cor.15:22-28.) Cut it down! Why should it use up the ground?’ 8 But the vine tender said, ‘Sir, let it remain another year, and I’ll dig around it and fertilize/feed it {📜🍞+🍷🕊️+logic}. 9 Then if it should bear fruit next year, well and good. And if not, we can cut it down then.’” {And what sort of fire would it be thrown to? A bonfire (mt.13:30, rev.16:14-15-16) not an afterlife ‘hell’ (another strong delusion from the adversary/first gone rogue one, and accelerator) — God’s ‘wrath’ being cause and effect, consequences of which dust to dust is as well, Ps.90:3,5-7. Wrath - is the translation from orge - passion. Cause and effect? The disease as part of the cure, and immunity. Versus Ant Farm? Which would not be a paradise.}

8 - We were so happy to share with you, not only the message from God, but our own lives as well. That is how dearly loved you’ve become to us! 9 For you remember, brothers and sisters, our labor and toil. How when we proclaimed to you the gospel of God, we worked night and day so we might not be a burden to anyone. 10 And you’re witnesses, and God as well, of how holy and righteous and blameless was our conduct among you. 11 For you know how, like a parent with their children, 12 we taught each one of you and encouraged you and charged you to walk in a manner worthy of God, for it’s he who calls you into his own kingdom and glory.

     13 We also thank God always, that when you received the message of God from us, you accepted it not as the word and promise of men, but as what it really is! The very word of God {the promise, and message, of God} which is at work in those who believe.

49 - He also said to the crowds, “I came to bring fire upon the earth, and I wish it were already kindled!” {Where?}

     50 “I have a baptism to be baptized with, and how great is my distress until it’s finished! 51 Do you think that I have come to bring peace to the earth? {Ps.2} No, I tell you, but rather division.

      52 Even in one house there will be five divided, three against two and two against three. 53 There will be father against son, son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother, mother-in-law against her daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.

     54 When you see a cloud in the west, you say, ‘A shower is coming.’ And so it does. 55 And when you see a south wind blowing, you say, ‘It will be warm,’ and so it is.

     56 Can you not see? You know how to read earth and sky (weather). Why don’t you know how to read the times?

     57 And why do you not judge for yourselves? 58 Instead you go to law. When you go with your accuser - make every effort to be reconciled - lest you be dragged into court, and the judge hand you over to the officer, and the officer put you in jail. 59 I tell you, you won’t get out untiL you pay the last penny you owe.” {Cause and effect.. nicknamed wrath?}

5 - When the Lamb (as slain) opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come!” And I looked, and behold, a black horse! And its rider carried a pair of scales. 6 I heard what seemed to be a voice in the midst of the four living creatures, say, “A quart of wheat for a denarius and three quarts of barley for a denarius, but don’t harm the oil and wine!” {Riches preserved for some, scarcity for the rest.}

     7 When he opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, “Come!” 8 And I looked, and behold, a pale horse! And its rider's name was Death, and Hades followed. {Originally, of course, sheol - where there’s no awareness or doing, Eccles.9:10. What is partner to death? The grave. JN.5:28 - “all.. will come forth from the tombs/graves.” Hebrew sheol is translated into greek hades, “not seen” state of being gone, the word without the Greek myth.} And death and its partner/place (the grave/sheol) were given authority over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword, with famine, with pestilence (including manmade?) and by wild beasts of the earth. {Note: chem warfare began in WW1. Wild beasts may include rogue/violent nations? The one fourth is from its first occurrence to it’s very last? A way of describing the seals that veils the vision.}

            ☀️ A.M. 1 Thessalonians 1:8-2:7

8 - For not only has the message and news of the Lord been told by you (Thessalonian believers) in all Macedonia and Achaia, but news of your faith in God has been heard of everywhere! So we need not even say anything. 9 For the good reception we had among you, and how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God, has all been told to us.

     10 And now you’re waiting for his Son from heaven? Whom he raised from the dead, Jesus, who delivers us from the wrath that is coming. {Written pre 70 CE, and the razing of Jerusalem that occurred in that year of 70 CE - Rev.12:(5)6. And refers also to the later full scope version, at the culmination of history. Being the “bowls” of Revelation which occur in the sounding of the 7th trumpet.

     Psalm 90:3,5-7—his ‘wrath’ is (surely?) cause and effect - “3 You return man to dust and say, “Return, O children of man! ..5 You sweep them away as with a flood. They are like a dream, like grass that sprouts up in the morning, 6 in the morning it blossoms and flourishes. In the evening it is cut down and withers. 7 For we are brought to an end by your anger. By your wrath we are dismayed” - dust to dust, aka, entropy. And judgment, ashes. The option to stray in Eden, is to forever prove straying cannot work. God is Life, 1Jn.5:20.} (Isaiah 24:20/Rev.10:4.)

     2:1 - For you yourselves know, brethren, how our coming to you wasn’t in vain. [Acts 17:1-8,13, Paul is writing this letter.] 2 But, as you know, though we had already suffered and been shamefully treated at Philippi, we had boldness in our God to declare to you the gospel of God in the midst of much conflict. (In the previous town to their coming to Thessalonica, the leaders/authorities of Philippi had flogged and then imprisoned them, Acts 16:11-38.)

     3 For our urging is not of error, nor impurity, or trickery. 4 But we’ve been entrusted by God with the gospel {the Good News message} and so we speak. Not to please man {and the world’s view on things} but to please God. To please the one who tests the heart. 5 For as you know, we never came with words of flattery {ingratiatingly} nor with a pretext for profit or greed. And God is our witness.

     6 Nor did we seek honor or glory from you or others, though we could have made demands as apostles of Christ. 7 But we were humble among you, and gentle, like a mother cherishing her very own children.

41 - Peter asked Jesus, “Lord, are you telling this parable for us - or for everyone?” (To stay ready/prepared.) 42 And the Lord answered, “Who is a faithful and wise manager, whom his master will set over his household? To give to the household the food that is needed at the proper time?

     43 Blessed is that servant whom their master will find so doing when he returns.

     44 Truly, I tell you, he will set that one over all he possesses. 45 But if that servant thinks, ‘My master is delayed in coming,’ and begins to beat the other servants” {even with words?} “and to eat and drink and get drunk” {and, or senseless? confused?} 46 the master of that servant will come on a day they are not expecting, nor waiting, and at an hour they’re not aware of, and will cut them off” {from the flock} “and put them with the unfaithful. 47 And the servant who knew his master's will but didn’t get ready or act according to his will, will receive a severe beating” {self inflicted spiritually? Best self up over, or experience cause and effect results and consequences. Unless we think God will be flogging people. What actually works, flogging or remorse?}

     48 “But the one who didn’t know, and did what deserved a beating, will receive a light beating. Everyone to whom much was given, more will be required, and from those entrusted with much, more will be expected from them.”

1 - From Paul, Silvanus/Silas, and Timothy, to the church/believers of Thessalonica. In God the Father and in the Lord Jesus - Grace to you! And peace.

      2 We give thanks always, to God for you! And remember you in our prayers, especially when we think of 3 your faithful work, your loving deeds, and the enduring hope [elpis - expectation] you have because of our Lord Jesus Christ. 4 For we know, brothers and sisters, dearly beloved of God, that he has chosen you. 5 The proof is how our message [euaggelion - good news, the good news of the coming of the Messiah came to you, not only in word, but also with power, in the Holy Spirit(/Presence of God). A full assurance.

     You know how we were when we were among you. An example for your sake. 6 And so you became imitators of us, and of the Lord, for you received the message in the midst of much trouble, yet with joy of the Holy Spirit. 7 And so you (in turn) became an example to all the believers in both Macedonia and in Achaia.

22 - Jesus was talking to his disciples, “Don’t worry and be anxious about life, what you’ll eat, or what you’ll wear. 23 For life is more than food, and is more than clothing {and appearance}. 24 Consider the ravens, they don’t sow. They don’t reap nor do they gather into barns and storehouses, yet God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds of the air!

     25 And who of you, by worrying, can add a single hour to your life? 26 If then you’re not able to do such as that, why do you worry about the rest?

     27 Consider the flowers, the lilies of the field. They don’t toil, nor do they spin. But I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory wasn’t clothed like one of these. 28 And if God so clothes the grass, which is alive today, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven {to be used for fuel, or it fades away in the slow burn of entropy} how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith?”

     29 “Don’t labor over what you’re to eat, and what you’re to drink, and don’t fret or be worried. 30 For all the nations of the world seek after these things. But your Father knows you need them. 31 Instead, seek God’s kingdom. And then these other things will be added to you as well!

     32 Fear not, little flock, for it’s your Father's good pleasure and will/intention/plan to give you the kingdom. 33 Sell your possessions! And give to the needy. Provide for yourselves riches that don’t grow old, and treasure unfading in the heavens, that no thief can take away, and no moth can destroy. 34 For where your treasure is, there your heart is!

     35 Stay dressed and ready for action. And keep your lamp burning.” {Oil in our lamp! Ready for Mt.25:1-13(10)’s door to serving, called reigning(?) during his long second advent vs. gathered to Armageddon via the siren call of division, Mt.13:30.}

     36 “Be like those who are waiting for their master/mister to come home from the wedding feast. That they may open the door to him at once when he comes and knocks.” [1Thes.4:17.]

    37 “Blessed are those servants whom the master finds awake when he returns. Truly, I tell you, he will dress himself for service and have them sit at table, and he will come and serve them.

     38 If he comes in the second watch, or in the third, and finds them awake, blessed are those servants! 39 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known at what hour the thief was coming they would be watching and not neglecting the house to be broken into [diorussó - dug through, broken through]. 40 You also must be ready.” [Hetoimos - prepared, ready, because prepared, ready to meet the opportunity or challenge at hand, ready because the necessary preparations are done, “the scripture for training” 2Tim.3:16, training for what? What if his long second advent is a full scope version of his first so brief one?] “Stay ready for the Son of Man comes at an hour you do not suppose.”
