1 - From Paul, an apostle—not appointed by men nor any man, but appointed by Jesus Christ, and by God the Father, who raised him from the dead. 2 And from all the brothers who are with me,

     To the believers of Galatia {& all of us}

3 Grace to you! And peace from God our Father. And from the Lord Jesus, 4 who gave himself for our sins [hamartia - sin, failure, missing the mark] {imperfection/entropy} in order to deliver us from this present evil [ponéros - wicked, bad, malicious, hurtful] age, according to the will of our God and Father, 5 to whom is the glory forever. Amen.

20 - Jesus was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come. He said to them, “The kingdom of God doesn’t come with observation” [paratḗrēsis - watching like a guard, with close scrutiny - only used in this verse, Lk.17:20]. {Doesn’t come with definite parameters? So not easily observed.. Is more like the wind..and tides?}

     21 “Nor do they say, ‘here it is! or there it is!’ for look! the kingdom of God is [entos - within, inside, among] you.” {When it is in us, then it is among us?}

     22 And to his disciples he said, “The days are coming when you will wish to see one of these days of the Son of Man, but you won’t. 23 And they’ll say to you, ‘Look here!’ or ‘Look there!’ But don’t listen to, nor follow them. 24 For in the same way as lightning flashes - and lights up the starry sky from one side of heaven to the other - so will the Son of Man be in that day.

     25 But first he must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation. 26 As it was in the days of Noah, so will it be then. 27 They were eating and drinking, marrying and being given in marriage, until the day came when Noah went into the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them.” {Dn.12:11-12 wiTh Lk.19:41,44 aNd 1Cor.3:16?}

     28 “And as it was in the days of Lot. They were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building. 29 Then, on the same day, when Lot came out of Sodom, fire and sulfur rained from above and destroyed them.” (Mt.13:30, earthly.)

     30 “And so will it be on the day, when the Son of Man is revealed. 31 On that day, let the one who is on the housetop, with his goods in the house, not come down to take his goods with him, and likewise let the one who is in the field not turn back. [70 CE. And later(?) Dn.12:11-12, Rev.2:10]. 32 Remember Lot's wife.

     33 Whoever seeks to save his life will lose it, but whoever lets loose his life will keep it. 34 I tell you - in that night - there will be two in one bed. One will be taken and the other left. 35 There will be two women grinding together. One will be taken and the other left.” {Mt.13:30} 37 And they asked him, “Where, Lord?” He said, “Where there’s a dead body, there the vultures will feed.” {And where there’s a fallen away house, nation, etc?}

1 - After this the Lord appointed seventy-two others and sent them on ahead of him, two by two, into all the towns where he was about to go. 2 And he told them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers few. Pray heartily to the Lord of the harvest that he will send laborers into his harvest. 3 Go your way, but know I’m sending you out as lambs, into the midst of wolves. 4 Don’t take a moneybag, or knapsack. No extra sandals, and don’t greet anyone on the way. 5 Whatever house you enter say, ‘Peace be to this house!’ 6 And if a person of peace is there, your peace will rest upon it. But if not, it will return to you. 7 Remain in that same house, eating and drinking what they set before you, for the laborer deserves their wages. Don’t go from house to house. 8 And whenever you enter a town and they receive you, eat what they provide. 9 Heal the sick, and tell them the kingdom of God has drawn near to them.

     10 But whenever you enter a town and they don’t receive you, go into the streets and say, 11 ‘Even the dust of your town clinging to our feet, we shake off. But know this, the kingdom of God drew near to you.’ 12 I tell you, it will be more tolerable [anéxomai - from ana - up, completing a process, and exō - to have] {will be better during completion of the process} for Sodom on that {great/GWT) ‘day’ than it will be for that city.”

7 - Just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding cities, which likewise indulged in sexual immorality and pursued unnatural desires, serve as an example by undergoing a justice of aionion {of an age} fire, 8 in the same manner these people also, dreamers, pollute theitselves, reject authority, and blaspheme the glorious ones. 9 But when the archangel Michael, argued with the devil about the body of Moses, he didn’t presume to pronounce an insulting judgment, but said, “The LORD rebuke you.” 10 But these people blaspheme all that they do not understand, and they are destroyed by all that they, like unreasoning animals, understand instinctively. 11 Woe to them! For they walked in the way of Cain and abandoned themselves for the sake of gain to Balaam's error [prophesying/teaching what the people and the world wanted to hear] and perished in Korah's rebellion. 12 These are hidden reefs at your love feasts, as they feast with you without fear shepherding others but feeding theirselves, waterless clouds, blown along by winds, fruitless trees in autumn, twice having died, uprooted, 13 wild waves of the sea, casting up the foam, wandering stars, for whom the gloom of darkness has been reserved to the age [aion].

30 - And when they had sung a hymn, they went to the Mount of Olives. 31 And Jesus said to them, “You will all fall away because of me this night. For it’s written, ‘I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered.’ 32 But after I’m raised, I will go ahead of you to Galilee.” 33 Peter answered, “Though all fall away, I will never fall away!” 34 Jesus said, “Truly, I tell you Peter, this very night, before the rooster crows, you will deny me three times.” 35 Peter said, “Even if I must die with you, I will not deny you!” And all the disciples said the same.

     36 When they were at a place called Gethsemane, he said, “Sit here, while I go over there and pray.” 37 And taking with him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, he began to be sorrowful and troubled. 38 Then he said to them, “My soul is very sorrowful, even to death, stay here, and watch with me.” 39 And going a little further he fell upon his face and prayed, “My Father if it be possible, let this cup pass away from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will.” 40 And he came to the disciples and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, “Could you not watch with me one hour? 41 Watch and pray you do not enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” 42 And again, he went away and prayed, “My Father, if this cup cannot pass unless I drink it, let your will be done.” 43 And again he came and found them sleeping, for their eyes were heavy. 44 Leaving them again, he prayed for the third time, saying the same thing. 45 Then he came to the disciples and said, “Sleep and take your rest. See, the hour is here, and the Son of Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners. 46 Rise, let us be going. My betrayer is at hand.”

                ~ 2 Peter 2:1-7 ~

1 - Now remember, how false prophets [pseudoprophétés] arose among the people. There will be false teachers [pseudodidaskalos] also among you. (Translators ever choosing the most harsh interpretations, changing “all” to “all things”, changing words, putting an ancient pre-biblical and cruel myth into the message of God.) They will secretly bring in ruinous heresies. And will even deny the master who bought them [agorázō - the marketplace, stresses transfer]. And so bringing upon theirselves impending loss and ruin. 2 And many will follow after their lawlessness and self seeking, and will cause the way of truth to be slandered [blasphēmos - from blax - sluggish, slow, and phḗmē - reputation, fame – properly, refusing to acknowledge good/worthy of respect]. 3 And in their greed they will exploit you with fabricated words, for whom the judgment, from long ago, is not idle, and the ruin of them is not asleep. 4 For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but in chains - of darkness - cast them into “tartarus” [deepest darkness, and a Greek mythical place] being kept for judgment. 5 If he didn’t spare the ancient world, except eight, including Noah, a preacher of righteousness (preaching via “the Spirit while the ark was being built” 1Pet.3:19) when he brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly. (Death to God is not what it is to us. God sees all of time at once. And death is his taking out and transplanting elsewhere. There’s the two sections of his garden and harvest. The overgrown with weeds, at times fully overgrown, a choked to death garden.. the little plants.. trampled. .. Pull out the bramble weeds.. make them to be as seed, plant them in the soil of the other section of newly turned soil. All the seeds.. Waiting.) 6 And as the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, bringing them to ashes and ruin, which serve as an example of what is coming upon the world of ungodliness, 7 wherein he rescued righteous Lot (on the same day) who was greatly distressed by the lawless conduct of wickedness.
