MARK 14:26-42 or LUKE 22:39-46

 Universalism in the New Testament

 πŸƒπŸ•Š️11/22 - GospeL Verses πŸ•Š️πŸƒ

26 - And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives. 27 And Jesus said, “You will all fall away, for it’s written, ‘I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered.’ 28 But after I’m raised up, I’ll go before you to Galilee.” 29 Peter said, “Even though they all fall away, I never will.” 30 But Jesus said, “Truly, I tell you, this very night, before the rooster crows twice, you will deny me three times.” 31 But Peter repeated, “If I must die with you, I will not deny you.” And they all said the same. (This was true later, after Pentecost.)

32 And they went to a garden/park called Gethsemane. And he said to his disciples, “Sit here while I pray.” 33 And he took with him Peter, James and John, and became very troubled. 34 And said to them, “My soul is very sorrowful, even to death. Remain here and watch.” (Be sober, be vigilant.) 35 And going a little further, he fell down upon the earth and prayed if it were possible, the hour might pass from him, 36 saying, “Abba, Father, all things are possible for you. Remove this cup from me. But not my will, but your will be done.” 37 And he came and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, “Simon, are you asleep? Could you not watch one hour? 38 Watch and pray, the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” 39 And again he went a little distance and prayed, saying the same words. 40 And he returned and found them sleeping, for their eyes were heavy, and they didn’t know what to say to him in answer. 41 And he came the third time and said, “Are you still sleeping and taking your rest? It’s enough. The hour is come. The Son of Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners. 42 Rise, let us be going, my betrayer is at hand.”

[Sin/Hamartia - “missing the mark” {of Perfection, thus this entropy, this crucible/slow gehenna, imperfection. Because God iS Life, and “is Perfect” Mt.5:48. And therefore the ‘end’ result of all this, can only be the best one possible. And imperfect can never work.}]

LUKE 22:39 (Luke was a Greek physician, not one of the twelve.) - And he went as was his custom, to the Mount of Olives, and the disciples also. 40 And when he came to the place, he said, “Pray that you may not enter into temptation.” 41 And he went about a stone's throw away, and knelt down and prayed, 42 “Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours.” 43 And there appeared to him an angel from heaven, strengthening him. 44 And being in torment he prayed more earnestly, and his sweat became like great drops of blood falling to the ground. 45 And when he rose from prayer, he came to the disciples and found them sleeping for weariness, 46 and he said to them, “Why are you sleeping? Rise and pray that you may not enter into temptation.”

Today’s GospeL Verses ~ Mark 11:1-10

1 - Now when they drew near to Jerusalem, to the towns of Bethphage and Bethany, at the Mount of Olives, Jesus sent two of his disciples 2 saying to them, “Go into the nearby village, and as you enter it you’ll find a colt tied, on which no one has ever sat. Untie it and bring it here. 3 If anyone says to you, ‘Why are you doing that?’ say, ‘The Lord has need of it and will send it back here immediately.’” 4 And they went and found a colt tied at a door outside in the street, and they untied it. 5 And some of those standing there said to them, “What are you doing?” 6 So they told them what Jesus had said, and they let them go.7 And they brought the colt to Jesus and threw their cloaks on it, and he sat on it. 8 And many spread their cloaks and leafy branches from the fields on the road. 9 And those who went before and those who followed were shouting, “Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the LORD! 10 Blessed is *the coming kingdom* of our father David! Hosanna in the highest!”

                ~ Galatians 2:11-21 ~

11 - But when Peter came to Antioch, I (Paul) had to challenge him. 12 For before certain men came from James (Jerusalem) he was eating with the Gentiles, but when they came, he drew back and separated himself, fearing what the circumcision party might think. 13 And then the rest of the Jews/Hebrews acted hypocritically along with him, so that even Barnabas was led astray. 14 But when I saw their conduct was not in step with the truth of the gospel, I said to Peter before them all, “If you, though a Jew, live like a Gentile and not like a Jew, how can you expect the Gentiles to live like Jews?” 15 For we ourselves are Jews by birth and not lawless. 16 Yet we know - that a person is not JUSTIFIED by following the law - but through faith in Jesus Christ. And we Hebrews, also have believed in Christ, as the means to be justified [dikaioΓ³ - quote - “from dikΔ“ - right, approved, especially in a legal, authoritative and judicial sense; to show what is right, i.e. conformed to a proper standard, upright; the believer is made righteous/justified (G1344 /dikaióō) by the Lord, cleared of all charges.. Moreover, they are justified (1344 /dikaióō, "made right, righteous") by God's grace each time they receive (obey) faith (4102 /pΓstis), i.e. "God's inwrought persuasion" cf. the -oō ending which conveys "to bring to/out”] — (aha! It’s not only “all charges dropped” but right-ness is brought in and out of the (yielded) believer. Genuine Faith will bear Fruit. All of it) by faith. (The “new and living way”.) Because by works of the law no one will be justified. (Imperfect cannot make itself perfect.. πŸ—️But God can, and will.) 17 But if, in our endeavor to be justified in Christ, we too were found to be practicing sinners, is Christ then a servant of sin? Certainly not! 18 For if I rebuild what I tore down, I prove myself to be a deliberate transgressor. 19 For through the law, I died to the law - so that - I might live to God. 20 What I mean of course, is I, the old me, has been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live. But Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. 21 I do not cancel out and frustrate the grace of God! For if righteousness is earned (and not a Gift) then Christ died in vain!

Today’s GospeL Verses ~ Luke 19:29-40

29 - When Jesus drew near to the towns of Bethphage and Bethany, and was at the grove called Mount of Olives, across the valley from Jerusalem, he sent two of the disciples, 30 saying, “Go into the village nearby, when you enter you’ll find a colt tied, on which no one has yet rode. Untie it and bring it here. 31 If anyone asks you, ‘Why are you untying the colt?’ tell them, ‘The Lord has need of it.’” 32 So those who were sent went and found all just as he had said. 33 And as they were untying the colt, its owners said, “Why are you untying the colt?” 34 And they said, “The Lord has need of it.” 35 And they brought the colt to Jesus, and throwing their cloaks on it, they had Jesus sit upon it. 36 And as he rode along, the people spread their cloaks on the road. 37 As he was drawing near, down from the Mount of Olives—the whole multitude accompanying began to rejoice and to praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works they had been seeing. 38 And they cried out, “Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the LORD! Peace in heaven (Rev.12:7-8) and glory in the highest!” 39 But some Pharisees also in the crowd, and nearby to him, said, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples.” 40 But he answered, “I tell you, if they were silent, the very stones would be crying out.”

6 - And from those who seemed to be influential, though that makes no difference to me (Paul). For God does not show partiality and favoritism. Those, I say, who seemed influential, added nothing to me. 7 On the contrary, when they saw that I had been entrusted with the gospel TO the uncircumcised, just as Peter had been entrusted with the gospel TO the circumcised 8 - for he who worked through Peter for his apostleship to the circumcised, worked also through me for mine (my apostleship) to the Gentiles. 9 And when James, Peter and John, who are esteemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given to me, they gave the right hand of fellowship to Barnabas and I. And agreed that we should go to the Gentiles, and they to the circumcised. (To the Hebrews/Jews/Israel).10 Only, they asked us to remember the poor, the very thing I am always eager to do. (Paul too, was a Hebrew/Jew - the bible has a prophecy, because Israel didn’t recognize the coming of their Messiah, one result would be they would become known by a “byword and slang/slander”. But woe to anyone who touches them, or like in ancient days when Edom(?) rejoiced at their adversity when enemies defeated them. ..Departing from God, his Spirit/Presence as a shield would fade. And the rebel angels, now spirits, entities, demons “having left their place”/strayed, reaLLy haTe Israel. Christians too. And, all of us actually.)

                ~ 2 Peter 2:1-7 ~
1 - Now remember, how false prophets [pseudoprophΓ©tΓ©s] arose among the people. There will be false teachers [pseudodidaskalos] also among you. (Translators ever choosing the most harsh interpretations, changing “all” to “all things”, changing words, putting an ancient pre-biblical and cruel myth into the message of God.) They will secretly bring in ruinous heresies. And will even deny the master who bought them [agorΓ‘zō - the marketplace, stresses transfer]. And so bringing upon theirselves impending loss and ruin. 2 And many will follow after their lawlessness and self seeking, and will cause the way of truth to be slandered [blasphΔ“mos - from blax - sluggish, slow, and phαΈ—mΔ“ - reputation, fame – properly, refusing to acknowledge good/worthy of respect]. 3 And in their greed they will exploit you with fabricated words, for whom the judgment, from long ago, is not idle, and the ruin of them is not asleep. 4 For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but in chains - of darkness - cast them into “tartarus” [deepest darkness, and a Greek mythical place] being kept for judgment. 5 If he didn’t spare the ancient world, except eight, including Noah, a preacher of righteousness (preaching via “the Spirit while the ark was being built” 1Pet.3:19) when he brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly. (Death to God is not what it is to us. God sees all of time at once. And death is his taking out and transplanting elsewhere. There’s the two sections of his garden and harvest. The overgrown with weeds, at times fully overgrown, a choked to death garden.. the little plants.. trampled. .. Pull out the bramble weeds.. make them to be as seed, plant them in the soil of the other section of newly turned soil. All the seeds.. Waiting.) 6 And as the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, bringing them to ashes and ruin, which serve as an example of what is coming upon the world of ungodliness, 7 wherein he rescued righteous Lot (on the same day) who was greatly distressed by the lawless conduct of wickedness.

37 Each day Jesus was teaching at the temple, and he went to the hill called the Mount of Olives, each evening to spend the night. 38 And early in the morning all the people came to hear him in the temple. 22:1 - Now the Feast of Unleavened Bread, also called Passover, was approaching. (The days called interchangeably is one reason it’s not easy to see just HOW perfectly Jesus’ first advent was prophesied by and fulfilled the ancient Hebrew Spring holy days! What might this suggest about the ancient Autumn holy days? All listed in Leviticus 23.)  2 And the leaders, the chief priests and teachers of the law were plotting how to kill Jesus, but they were afraid of how the people would react.

     ~ 1 Corinthians 5:1-6 ~

1 - It has actually been reported there is sexual immorality among you! And of a kind that even pagans do not tolerate, a man is sleeping with his father’s wife! 2 And you are arrogant! Should you not rather mourn? And remove this man from your fellowship? 3 Even though I am not there with you, I am with you in the Spirit. And as though I were already there, I have passed judgment on this man. 4 When you have gathered together, I am with you in spirit. And, in the name of our Lord Jesus, and with his power, 5 you must throw this man out and hand him over to Satan (the world) so that his corrupt nature will be destroyed, but he himself will be saved on the day the Lord returns. — [Jesus said, “All those in the tombs/graves will hear God’s voice and will come forth” (from the graves/tombs) “some into the resurrection of life (into THE millennium). And some into the resurrection of judgment” (Jn.5:28-29) which elsewhere He calls agelasting correction which is “kolasin aionion” or “eonian correction” Mt.25:46.]

6 Your boasting is not at all good. Don’t you know that such leaven will work through the whole batch of dough? (Mt.13:33, the kingdom progresses like leaven. But so does the the spirit of the world.. The lower self first, if it feels good, lack of good sense and responsibility spirit - the root of all societal ills. This is the cup in the revelation vision that $ity Babble is holding in her hand, which Ps.75 calls a foaming cup. Which is called God’s cup because HE made a cause and effect universe. πŸ€”Truth is kind of, sorta, radical? It’s the “iron rod” - truth is a measuring rod, not a rod for beating people as it seems like some translators thought! And is the fire out of the Lord’s mouth, the sWord! Also in Rev.11, about the two and fire during that last 3.5 hebrew calendar years. And note, ruining, destroying someone doesn’t have to be killing them!🀯 - truth destroys. But what a WONDERFUL liberation, yes?)

29 As he came to the towns of Bethphage and Bethany on the Mount of Olives, he sent two disciples ahead. 30 “Go into that village over there,” he told them. “As you enter it, you will see a young donkey tied there that no one has ever ridden. Untie it and bring it here. 31 And if anyone asks, ‘Why are you untying that colt?’ just say, ‘The Lord needs it.’” 32 So they went and found the colt, just as Jesus had said. 33 And as they were untying the colt, its owners said to them, "Why are you untying it?" 34 To which they answered, “The Lord needs it.” 35 So they brought the colt to Jesus and threw their garments over it for him to ride on. 36 And as he rode along, the people spread out their outer garments/cloaks on the road ahead of him. [The people loved Jesus, leaders and those in power, not so much.] 37 When he reached the place where the road starts down the Mount of Olives, the crowd of followers began to shout and sing as they walked along, praising God for all the wonderful miracles they had seen. 38 “Blessings on the King who comes in the name of the LORD! Peace in [en - in, on, at, by, with] heaven, and glory in [en - in, on, at, by, with] highest heaven!” 39 And some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to him, “Teacher, tell them to stop.” 40 “I tell you,” he said, “if they keep quiet, the very stones will cry out.”

6 And the leaders of the church had nothing to add to what I (Paul) was preaching. And actually their reputation as great leaders made no difference to me, for God has no favorites. 7 They realized God had sent me with the good news for Gentiles, and he had sent Peter with the same message for Israel. 8 For God, who was at work in Peter as an apostle to Israel, was also at work in me as an apostle to the nations. 9 James, Peter, and John, who were known as pillars of the church, recognized the gift God had given me, and they accepted Barnabas and me as their co-workers. They encouraged us to keep preaching to the Gentiles, while they continued their work with the Jews. 10 Their only suggestion was that we keep on helping the poor, which I have always been eager to do.
