James 1 9-15

 a paraphrased ‘enter the story’

09/02 ~ From New Testament Letters

   (In the Order Believed Written)

9 - Let the lowly person boast in their high position. 10 And the rich (boast) in their humiliation. Because like a flower of the grass they pass away. 11 For the sun rises with its scorching heat, and the grass whithers {burns away in a slow gehenna fire of  imperfection/entropy}. The flower falls, and its beauty perishes. So also will the rich person fade away in the midst of all their pursuits.

     12 Blessed is the one who remains steadfast under trial, for when they’ve stood the test they’ll receive the crown of Life, which God promises to those who love him. 13 Let no one say when tempted, “I’m being tempted by God!” For God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself doesn’t tempt. 14 But each person is tempted when lured and enticed by their own desires. 15 For desire gives birth to sin. And sin when fully grown brings forth death. {Like grass we fade away.. dust to dust, God’s wrath. Unavoidable unless creation’s to be an ant farm. So experienced first.. Experience, life and history as we presently know it - being the crucible and a good teacher. The dis-ease as part of the cure.}
