paraphrased ‘enter the story’
🕊️reading & study 🕊️
1 - Finally, then, brethren/brothers and sisters, we ask and urge you in the Lord Jesus, that even as you received from us how you ought to walk in a way that is pleasing to God - just as you are! And that you {and we, all} do so more and more. 2 For you know the instructions we gave you through the Lord Jesus. 3 How this is the will of God, your sanctification [being progressively transformed by the Lord into His likeness and similarity of nature]. That you abstain from sexual immorality, 4 that each of you know how to control their own body in holiness and honor, 5 not in the passion of lust like Gentiles who don’t know God. 6 That no one transgress and wrong [pleonekteó - take advantage of, overreach, defraud] {seduce} in this matter, because the Lord is an avenger in all such things, as we told you beforehand and solemnly warned you. 7 For God has not called us to impurity, but to holiness. 8 Therefore whoever disregards this, disregards not man but God, who gives his Holy Spirit(/Presence) to you.

Tomorrow - 1 Thessalonians 4:9-18
My own studies, had to paraphrase to post.. which has turned out to be an interesting way to ‘enter the ‘story’.
Start the day with a Psalm (jan 1-20, feb-20’s, mar-30’s, apr-40’s, etc. dec-120-150)
