09-15 - James 5:1-8

a paraphrased ‘enter the story’

1 - Come now, you rich, weep and wail over the miseries coming upon you 2 for your riches have rotted and your garments are moth-eaten. 3 Your gold and silver corrodes, and is a testimony against you, consuming away your flesh (nature/self first carnal nature and the entropy) liKe fire you have stored up for the last age. {GWT judgment/discernment/closure ‘day’, second half of an “8th day”/millennium - see Rev.20, which is written like portraying the cresting of waves, but not much of the in between. Note: it was a biG bang inTo the universe as is, then, was set in motion.. to run 8 days/millenniums, first 6, things are running course. Pre-flood was hands off, even cannibalism? Leniency is not virtuous. Life without safety is not justice.} 4 Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, are crying out against you! {Injustice cries a voice God hears, like the blood of Abel and all martyrs ..In Rev.6, the fifth seal/element of the times, the martyrs are not prisoners held “under the altar” for millennia, while their blood cries out to God.} The cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the LORD of hosts! 5 You have lived on the earth in luxury and self-indulgence. You have fattened your hearts in the ‘day’ of butchery{/entropy}. 6 You have condemned and murdered the righteous person, who doesn’t (even) resist you. {But will reap what you sow.. Your deeds will return on your own heads - Obadiah 1:15. You will fall into the hole you dig (for others) - Proverbs 26:27.}

     7 Be patient, therefore, brothers and sisters, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient, until the earth receives the early aNd the late rains. (Harvests, 1Cor.15:22-24,28 w/ Mt.13:33, key word 3 ..harvests). 8 You also, be patient. Strengthen your hearts. For the coming of the Lord draws near. {For us all, it’s always near.. life as we presently know it, this imperfection/entropy is brief. Then the resting “in the tomb” Jn.5:28, next thing known, vivification - the “putting on of perfection/immortality” which is part of and simultaneous with the “1st” resurrection. Whereas the (totally implied) 2nd resurrection begins GWT Judgment ‘Day’ and its partner vivification closes it. Second resurrection is “into aionion kolasis” mt.25:46 / eonian korrection / ‘day’ of correction. His long second advent - of TWO millennia - is outlined in the ancient Fall Holy Days of Lev.23, like his first so brief one was so perfectly portrayed by the Spring ones. (1Cor.15:24-28!)}
