Romans 2 6-16

 01/18 ~ From New Testament Letters

  🕊️ (In the Order Believed Written)

          Paul’s Letter To The Romans

6 - ..Who will give to each one, according to their works and actions. 7 To those who by patient endurance, are working good - glory, honor and immortality, (for) they are seeking life aionion. {Seeking Life. Communion. Unity. God.}

     8 But for those being self-seeking and not obeying the truth, being persuaded of unrighteousness, there remains wrath/{cause and effect} [orgé - from the Greek verb ὀρέγω (oregō), meaning - to stretch out or reach forth, indicating a passionate impulse or desire] and remains anger [thumos - a rising indignation] 9 and tribulation and distress {remains} upon every soul working evil. 10 But glory, honor and peace for everyone who does good. 11 For God shows no partiality. 12 All who have sinned [hamartanó - missed the mark, erred] whether with (knowing) the law, or without the law, will perish. All according to {natural} law. {The law that God is Life and “is Perfect” so imperfect is entropy the slow gehenna that cannot be put out/cannot reverse course.}

     13 It’s not hearers who are righteous before God, but the doers who are justified. 14 For when Gentiles (these days, not yet believers) who don’t understand the law, by nature do as the law says, 15 it shows it’s written in their hearts, and are following a good conscience, the thoughts accusing or excusing them, 16 on that day when, according to this gospel, God judges each person’s heart and secrets - by Christ Jesus. {We accuse or excuse self? God judges by the cross of Christ? Which had to be, and is, strong enough to reach all. And able to appease even the worst consciences among us “on that day” (during) the “last day” the “8th ‘day’/aion”? Lev.23:36, Jn.7:37.}
