            ☀️ Romans 8:34-39

34 - So who is there to condemn? Christ Jesus is the one who died. And more than that, it’s he who was raised! And is now at the right hand of God interceding for us.

     35 Who can separate us from the love of Christ? Can tribulation or distress? Persecution, or famine? Nakedness, or danger? Or sword? 36 As it’s written, “For your sake we are being killed” (dying/entropy) “all the day long, we are thought of” {by the adversary and enmity} “as sheep for slaughter.”

     37 But in all these things, we are more than conquerors! Through he who loves us! 38 For I know that neither death nor life, angels nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, 39 nor height nor depth, nor anything in all of creation, is able to separate us from the love of God {so openly displayed} in the person of Christ Jesus our Lord.

           🌙 Matthew 12:38-45

38 - Then some of the scribes and Pharisees (political leaders of the nation) said to Jesus, “Teacher, we wish to see a sign from you.” 39 But he answered, “An evil [ponéros - evil, wicked, bad, malicious] and unfaithful generation/age” [genea - age, generation, nation, time] {I think human genea} “seeks for a sign, but no sign will be given except the sign of the prophet Jonah.

     40 Just as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be - three days and three nights - in the heart of the earth. {The “lower part of the earth” is the grave. 2Pet.2:5 answers 1Pet.3:19-20. Ro.6:23.} 41 The men of Nineveh will rise up at the judgment with this generation and speak against it, for they repented at the preaching of Jonah, and behold, something greater than Jonah is here.

     42 The queen of the South will rise up at the judgment with this generation and speak against it, for she came from the ends of earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and behold, something greater than Solomon is here.

     43 When the unclean spirit has gone out of a person, it passes through dry places seeking where to rest, but doesn’t find it. 44 Then it says, ‘I’ll return to my house from which I came out!’ And when it returns, it finds the house empty, swept, and put in order. 45 So it goes and brings with it seven other spirits more evil than itself, they enter and dwell there, and the state of that person {or house, or nation} is worse than it was at first. So also will it be with this evil generation.” {John the Baptist/Baptizer said “the axe is already at the root of the tree!” Aka, ready to strike. Results, cause and effect, entropy, corruption. Power corrupts.}

(As some were saying he was casting out demons by the ruler of demons, others were asking him for a sign, and) 29 - As the crowd of people was increasing, Jesus said, “This generation is a troublesome generation. {I think ultimately it includes humanity as a whole? As it’s strayed from truth/logic, so is imperfect (and entropic, unavoidable as God is Life, surely? And “is perfect” mt.5:48).}

     It {this generation/humanity strayed from truth, life} seeks for a sign, but there will be no sign but the sign of Jonah. 30 Just as Jonah became a sign to the people of Nineveh, so will the Son of man be to this generation. 31 The queen of the South will rise up at the judgment, with the men of this generation and give judgment against them, for she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and look, something greater than Solomon is here. 32 And the men of Nineveh will rise up at the judgment with this generation and give judgment, for they repented at the preaching of Jonah, and look, something greater than Jonah is here.

     33 “No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a bowl, but they put it on a lampstand or table, so those who enter may see by its light. 34 Your eye is the lamp of your body, and if your eye is healthy, your whole body will be full of light, but if your eye not good, you will be full of darkness. 35 Therefore be careful, lest the light that’s in you is actually darkness, and not light. 36 And if you are full of light, having no darkness, it will be wholly bright, as when a lamp with its - radiance - gives light.”

Woe to you, Bethsaida!” Jesus said, “For if the mighty works done in you had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have turned long ago, and sat in sackcloth and ashes.14 But it will be more bearable” [anektoteros - more tolerable, from anéxomai - ana - up, completing a process, and exō - to have] (will be better) “for Tyre and Sidon than for you” (during completion of the process) “in the judgment. 15 And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? 20 - Then he (Jesus) began to scold the cities where most of his mighty works were being done, because they did not repent. [Metanoeó - to turn, change one's mind or purpose, change the inner person to acceptance of the will of God. (Instead of being “seated as though in the temple as God”/highest power deciding good from not good, 2Thes.2:3,4,11. Verse (2Thes.2) 9 is the individual, the a.c., the one pinpointed by Rev.13:13, but who also not yet at the time pinpointing an individual, but an office was pinpointed by 13:13, the first seal 6 event - which seal is described as its fuLL effects first to very last - the first seal 6 event carried out by a triple six, imagine that. Six being the number of man. But! 2Thes.3,4,11 is noT due to the 13:13 office so much as another entity, one with modern wonders and “miracles to mislead” and whose “strong delusion” of “seating man/anthropos as in the temple as God”/highest power has caused western civilization once called Christendom, to “fall away”. 1 - Do you not know, brethren, for I speak now to those who know the law, that the law is binding on a person only as long as they live? 2 For a married woman, if her husband dies, is released from the law of marriage. 3 But if she lives with another man while her husband is alive, she will be called an adulteress. Yet if her husband dies, she is free from the law and contract of marriage to him, and if then she marries another man she is not an adulteress. 4 In the same way, my friends, you have died to the contract of the law through the body of Christ, so that you may belong to another contract (grace to fulfil the law above the minimum of self effort’s ability) and are now married to he who has been raised from the dead. Gentiles Glorifying God On Day Of Visitation

2 Peter 2:12 says - “Keep your conduct honorable among the-Gentiles, that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may, by your good works which they observe, GLORIFY God in the day of visitation.”

VISITATION = https://biblehub.com/interlinear/1_peter/2-12.htm - #1984 - episkopé: a visiting, an overseeing

What is this visiting/overseeing? It’s “gentiles” who this verse says will GLORIFY God during that ‘day’ of “overseeing”.

I think most genuine readers of the scripture would agree “visitation” refers to the advents of the Lord.. (Unless under the spell of an untruth or another?)

There’s this - the FOUR occurrences of this word - episkope’

Luke 19:44 “And they will level you (Jerusalem) to the ground and your children within you, and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not recognize the time of your visitation."

Acts 1:20 - (speaking of Judas, Peter said) - “For it is written in [the] book of Psalms, Let his place become desolate, and let there be no dweller in it; and, Let another take his overseership-episkope’.”

1 Timothy 3:1 - “This is a trustworthy saying, that if a man desires Eldership (episkope’) he desires a good work.”

And of course our verse - 2 Peter 2:12 - “Keep your conduct honorable among the-Gentiles, that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may, by your good works which they observe, GLORIFY God in the day of visitation/episkope’.”

episkope - “Definition: a visiting, an overseeing
Usage: (a) visitation (of judgment), (b) oversight, supervision, overseership... inspection, investigation.. so universally, ἐν ἐπισκοπή ψυχῶν, when he shall search the souls of men, i. e. in the time of divine judgment..”

Aramaic Bible in Plain English
“And let your way of life be beautiful before all children of men, those who speak wicked words of you, that they may see your beautiful works and praise God in the day of examination.” (Beautiful works/love? And services, etc of love?)

If ‘day’ of judgment (the one the Lord referred to) / “the judgment” as the Lord called it, is ONLY a time of weeping, gnashing of teeth and (some) outer darkness.. Why would the gentiles GLORIFY or end up GLORIFYING God on that ‘day’??

If those who do not yet believe, thus receiving their pardon, before their death, at resurrection are simply dumped into a purgatory/lake of fire.. In light of the description of “visitstion, overseership - episkope’.. I think it’s time to expand upon our concept.. Which of course the Spirit always builds upon the truths He teaches..

God is indeed a consuming/purifying fire.. but 2 Thessalonians 1:7-8 says when the Lord returns/appears/second visitation amidst fire, it is “full and complete punishment”.

This leads me to believe that although in the “resurrection of judgment” (see Rev.20) there is surely bound to be on the part of some.. some weeping.. some gnashing of teeth - don’t forget the one unable to be forgiven sin while being in it - namely the blaspheming of God’s Spirit/hating God. And thus some gnashing of teeth and even some outer darkness on the part of some.

Surely some will rise/“come forth out of their graves/tombs” (JOHN 5:28(29) Genesis 3:4 & 19!!) and finding theirselves alive, etc. may not weep or gnash their teeth so much as greet it all as the “good news” it is! I think I know a LOT of folks that would very likely fit this category! Don’t you?

As a matter of fact, the way the “good news for all” has been corrupted / lost some if its glory and picked up some baggage over these 2000 years of being handed down through human hands, human translators and human teachers, I in all genuineness cannot blame anyone at all, for not “believing” thus having their name in the book of life right now!

The Lord said - “All in the tombs” (which are graves) “will hear His voice and will come forth” (from their graves/tombs) “those who have done good in the resurrection of life” (REV.20) “and those who have done evil, in the resurrection of judgment.” (John 5:28-29)

Peter wrote - “..For God knows how to preserve the unrighteous for CORRECTION/kolazo on day” (age?) “of judgment”. (The one Jesus referred to and talked about.)
