11-02 - 1 CORINTHIANS 5 1-6

 πŸŒ™ 1 - It’s actually reported, that there is sexual immorality among you! And of a kind that’s not even tolerated among pagans, for a man is with his father's wife! 2 And yet you’re feeling superior? Should you not rather mourn? And why is he among you as one respected and in good standing?

     3 Though I’m not there with you, I’m with you in spirit, as one right there with you. And it’s obvious such behavior isn’t acceptable {in the name and cause of the Lord}. 4 When you’re gathered together in the name of the Lord Jesus and with his authority - I’ll be with you in spirit - 5 deliver this man over to Satan for the destruction of such behavior, which is of the lower, self serving nature, so that his spirit may be saved for the day of the Lord. (Ostracize for a season, with prayer.)

     6 Your boasting isn’t good. Don’t you know a little leaven {of whatever sort} leavens the whole lump?

    {CU = 1Cor.15:22-24,28 w/ Mt.13:33, key word 3.}

10-15 - Galatians 5 9-15

scriptures paraphrased to post

   πŸ•Š️a reading & study πŸ•Š️

9 - A little leaven (in this case, untruth) leavens the whole lump! 10 I have confidence in the Lord that you will take no other view, and the one who is troubling you will bear the consequences, whoever it is. {What a loNg battle trying to keep the truth pure, unleavened, unchanged.. and what a battle. Untruth and make that plural, covers the world like a wet, heavy quilt set low in the atmosphere. Piercing through is like whistling into howling winds?}

     11 But if I were still preaching circumcision/the Law, why am I being persecuted? In that case the offense of the cross has been removed. 12 I wish whoever is unsettling you would go all the way and emasculate theirselves!

     13 For you were called to freedom. But don’t use your freedom as an opportunity for the selfish nature and transgression, but through love, to serve one another. 14 The whole and entire law is fulfilled in one word: “You shall LOVE” your neighbor as yourself.” 15 But if you bite and devour one another, watch out! That you are not consumed by one another! {Bound to happen if the world’s politics comes BETWEEN believers.. the suspicion, accusations, labeling.. And it’s not that we must be viewpoint clones in order for peace, unity, and LOVE to be preserved. To be lockstep would be cultish. We need to always be examining our own heart and fruits. Yes? Otherwise we may deceive ourselves?}

09-22 - LUKE 13 18-30

paraphrased ‘enter the story’

  πŸ•Š️reading & study πŸ•Š️

18 - Jesus said, “What is the kingdom of God like? To what might I compare it?

     19 It’s like a tiny mustard seed, planted in a garden. It grows and becomes like a tree, so birds of the air come and make nests in its branches.”

     20 Again he said, “To what should I compare the kingdom of God? 21 It’s like leaven which a woman works into THREE ppl measures of meal/flour {loaves?} until all, is leavened.” {1Cor.15:22-24,28 = THREE loaves, three harvests? barley, wheat, grape - Rev.21:5 - “behold! I make all new!” The Greek word “pas” = all. “Things” was inserted at translation. As it was also added in verse 27 and 28 of 1 Corinthians, 15, where pas/all was written five times. In verse 28 “that God be all in all” wouldn’t make much sense translated - ‘that he be all things in all things’. Yet it’s the same word that’s in verse 27. Once the word is restored to its original, what does that one verse (27) repeat three times? — For “God has put all in subjection under the Son’s feet. But when it says, ‘all are put under subjection’ it’s plain he is excepted, who put all in subjection under him.”

     “The kingdom is like leaven which a woman works into THREE measures of meal until all is leavened.”

     22 He continued on his way to Jerusalem, teaching through towns and villages as he went. 23 And someone said to him, “Lord, are those being saved but few?” And he answered, 24 “Strive to enter through the narrow door. For many, I tell you, seek to enter, but are not able to. 25 When once the master of the house has risen and shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock at the door, saying, ‘Open to us,’ then he will answer you, ‘I don’t know where you come from.’ {I don’t know where you’re coming from? ..This is at his return. (Mt.25:1-13) The door is to “the” millennium and long second advent (of two millennium) with serving called reigning, during? It’s not a forever door closed forever to Life! God “is perfect” Mt.5:48.} 26 Then you will say, ‘But we ate and drank in your presence. You taught in our streets!’ 27 But he will say, ‘I tell you, I don’t know where you come from. Depart from me, all workers (and supporters?) of unrighteousness [adikia - injustice, unrighteousness {And Gal.5:20? carnality of division, rivalry}].’

     28 In that place (departed from him) {during GWT judgment ‘day’, initiaLLy} when you see Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, but you yourselves cast outside {being in the inner, outside of the Light darkness} there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. 29 And people will come from east, west, north and south. And they will recline at table in the kingdom of God. 30 But, some who are last will be first, and some who are first will be last.”

1 Corinthians 5:1-6

 11/02 ~ From New Testament Letters

        (In the Order Believed Written)

           By Necessity Paraphrased

1 - It is actually reported, that there is sexual immorality among you, and of a kind that is not tolerated even among pagans, for a man is with his father's wife. 2 And you are arrogant? Should you not rather mourn? And why is that one among you in good standing?

     3 Though I am not there with you, I am with you in spirit, and as one there with you, I have already pronounced judgment and discernment upon the one behaving such a way. 4 When you are assembled in the name of the Lord Jesus and my spirit is present, with the power of our Lord Jesus, 5 you are to deliver this man to Satan (pray and ostracize for a season) for the destruction of the self serving carnal nature, so that his spirit may be saved (for) in the day of the Lord.

     6 Your boasting is not good. Do you not know that a little leaven leavens the entire lump?

     π““aily 𝓖ospel \/erses ✨

          John 12:20-36

20 Now there were some Greeks who had come to Jerusalem for Passover. 21 Philip from Bethsaida in Galilee was there also, so they went to him and said, "Sir, we would like to see Jesus." 22 So Philip went and told Andrew, and then they went together to tell Jesus. 23 And Jesus answered, “The hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified. 24 Truly I tell you, unless a grain of wheat dies and is buried in the earth, it remains alone. But if it dies it produces many. 25 Anyone who’s life is most beloved to them, will lose it. But the one holding it loosely (not grasping) their life in the world, loving it less, they will keep their life to life eternal [aionios - pertaining to an age]. 26 If anyone serves me, let them follow me, and then where I am they will be too. And whoever serves me, my father will honor. 27 Now, at this hour, my heart is troubled, but what should I say? ‘Father deliver me from this hour’? It’s for this hour I came into the world. 28 Father, glorify your name..” Then a voice came from heaven, “I have glorified it, and I will glorify it again.” 29 The crowd heard the voice, and some said it was thunder, while others said it was an angel speaking to him. 30 Then Jesus told them, “This voice came for your sakes, not mine. 31 Now comes judgment of this world [kΓ³smos - literally, something ordered, an ordered system]. Now the ruler of this world is cast outside.” (A new age was going to emerge.. the ride of he who rides a white horse.. the ride of the gospel and the world’s reaction - Ps.2 - to it. But! There is always the “falling away” and “lawlessness” etc. which surely sounds like the return of all the old ‘gods’/demons. yet! The battle is won. God just chooses to let it play itself out and run its course?) 32 And if the Son of man is lifted up from the earth, I will draw all to myself.” 33 He said this, in reference to the sort of death he was about to suffer. 34 The crowd answered, “We have heard that the Christ/Messiah would abide to the age (of eternity). Why do you say the Son of man will be lifted up? Who is this Son of man? 35 Jesus said, “My light will shine for you just a little while longer. Walk in the light while you can, so the darkness not overtake you. Those who walk in darkness don’t know where they’re going. 36 Believe in the light while you have it! So that you will be children of the Light.” He spoke these things, and then went into seclusion for a short while.

From New Testament Letters

          (In Order Written)

     ~ 1 Corinthians 5:7-13 ~

7 Purge out the old (carnal/selfish) leaven (dear church/group of believers) that you may be a new batch of dough. (A new loaf of bread, new, in newness of life). Because Jesus, our Passover lamb has been sacrificed for us! 8 So let us *celebrate* the festival (Passover) not with the old bread of malice and evil, but with the new (wholesome) bread of truth, genuineness and sincerity. 9 For when I wrote to you before, I told you not to associate with sexually immoral people, 10 I didn’t mean people of the world, who are swindlers, or immoral, or idol worshippers, for then you would have to leave the world. (And then “how shall they hear?” the Good News For All.) 11 What I meant is don’t associate with (established) believers who are greedy, or swindlers, or are immoral (for example a believing skirt chaser practices a fraud against women, pretending love) or are abusive, or thieves, or worships idols (other ‘gods’). From such stay away, refuse to even eat with them. (As allowed “leaven will leaven the whole batch”/church/group.) 12 What business is it mine (ours) to judge those outside of the church? Is it not those inside the church whom we are to judge? 13 God will judge the world, but purge the evil - from among you.
