14 - For by one, single offering, he has perfected for all time, those who are being sanctified. {God is Life, and “is perfect” but no option to stray in Eden would be Ant Farm! So now this imperfection/entropy which “does not quit” and “God is savior of all” 1Tim.4:10.}

15 And the Holy Spirit{/Presence of God} also bears witness, for after saying, 16  “This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, declares the LORD, I will put my laws in their hearts, and write them on their minds,” (Rev.7:9,4; 14:4, truth virgins?) 17 then he adds, “I will no more be mindful of their sin [hamartia - missing the mark] and their lawless deeds.” {As Perfection.. purity consumes impurity. “Our God is a consuming fire” Heb.12:29. And is Life, surely? So..]
