Hebrews 9:11-14  Mark 1:21-34

            ☀️ A.M. Hebrews 9:11-14

11 - When Christ appeared as high priest of the good things that have now come, and went through the greater and more perfect tent, not made with hands, that is, not of this creation, 12 he entered once for all into the most holy place, not by means of the blood of goats and calves but by means of his own blood, thus securing an eternal redemption. {What needed to be appeased? An angry god? Or the human conscience ..and psyche?} 13 For if the blood of goats and bulls, and the sprinkling with the ashes of a heifer sanctifies/cleanses the defiled {imperfection/entropy being (like) a disease, the dis-ease as part of the cure, and immunity.. a slow gehenna fever} 14 how much more, will the blood of Christ - who through the eternal Spirit offered himself (a lamb) without blemish to God - how much more shall it purify our conscience from dead works/doings {and thinking, free} to serve the living God. {Who is Life. Serve God, serve Life and everything Good.}

            πŸŒ™ P.M. Mark 1:21-34

21 - Jesus, with his disciples, were in Capernaum, and on the Sabbath he went into the synagogue and was teaching. 22 The people were astonished, for he taught them as one {very learned} who had authority, and not like the scribes did. {Reading versus hearing? And knowing.}

     23 There was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit. And he cried out, 24 “What have you to do with us!? Jesus of Nazareth! Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are! The Holy One of God!” 25 And Jesus said, “Be silent, and come out of him.” 26 And the unclean spirit, convulsing the man and crying out with a loud voice, came out of him.

     27 And they were all amazed, and questioned among their selves, saying, “What is this!? A new teaching with authority!? He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey him.” 28 And at once his fame spread everywhere throughout all the surrounding region of Galilee.

     29 Then he left the synagogue and entered the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John. 30 Immediately they told him Simon's mother-in-law was laying ill with a fever, 31 so he went and took her by the hand, and the fever left her. She got up, and began making a meal for them.

     32 That same evening at sundown they brought to him all who were sick or oppressed by demons. 33 So many, the whole city was gathered together at the door! 34 And he healed many who were sick with various diseases, and cast out many demons and would not let them speak, because they knew who he was.
