08/23 ~ From New Testament Letters
(In the Order Believed Written)
17 - As we live and abide in God, our love grows more perfect, and so shall we have confidence in {during} day of judgment. [In/during - en - in, on, at, by, with, among – properly, in, inside, within, in the realm (sphere) of; Confidence - parrรฉsia - confidence, freedom of speech, openness, from pas - all, and rhฤsis - resolve, speech, with all confidence.]
(Confidence during that ‘day’) because we are now living as Christ did in this world. As he was, so are we. 18 There is no fear in love! And perfect love casts out all fear. The one fearing punishment [kolasin, usually translated punishment, the more extreme interpretation, but kolasin means correction - so the phrase “aionion kolasin”?] (the one fearing kolasin) has not yet been perfected in love.)
