Today’s GospeL Verses ~ Luke 20:41-47

[When the Pharisees, scribes and some elders (leaders, authorities) had come to ask him “by what authority do you do these things?” (Teach the people, and he had overturned the tables of those selling in the temple courts] 21 he said to them, “How can they say the Christ is David's son? 42 For David himself says in the Book of Psalms, ‘The LORD said to my Lord, sit here at my right hand, 43 until I make your enemies your footstool.’ 44 If David calls him Lord, how is he his son?”

45 And in the hearing of all the people he said to his disciples, 46 “Beware of the scribes, who like to walk around in long robes, and love greetings in the marketplaces, and to have the best seats in the synagogues and the places of honor at feasts. 47 But who devour widows' houses, and for a show and pretense, they make lengthy prayers. They shall receive a sterner judgment.”

From New Testament Letters

     (In the Order Believed Written)

                ~ Galatians 6:1-8 ~

1 - Brethren, if someone is caught in a transgression, you who are spiritual should restore them in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch upon yourself! Lest you be tempted as well. 2 Carry one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. 3 For if anyone thinks they are someone, they deceive theirself.

4 Let each one test their own work, for then you will have the satisfaction of a job well done and won’t need to compare yourself to another. 5 Everyone has a burden to bear, that is theirs.

6 Let the one who is taught the word share all good things with the one who teaches. 7 Don’t be deceived, God is not mocked. [MuktΓ©rizΓ³ - sneered at, turned up the nose at, contemptuously rejected.😳] (“All the world is a stage” - Shakespeare.) Whatever one sows, that is what they will reap. 8 For the one who sows to their carnal, selfish and self first nature, will reap corruption [phthora - destruction, decay, decomposition] (things fall apart). But the one who sows to the Spirit, from the Spirit they will reap a harvest of enduring life.

Humanity and creation will be sealed with God’s Spirit/Presence. This is logic, for is anything else possible? For surely(?) God is Life.
