☀️ 2 Corinthians 11:10-29
10 - As the truth of Christ is in me this boasting of mine (Paul’s) won’t be silenced {just won’t be silenced!} in the regions of Achaia, of Greece. 11 And why? Because I don’t love you? God knows I do! 12 And what I’m doing I will continue to do, so as to refute the claim of those who would like to claim that in their self appointed mission, they work on the same terms as we do. (Without charge or support.) {🤔 Some false believers were busy collecting for charity, talking a good talk, but only self interested, self promoting? Collecting for self? Later Paul called “filthy gain”?} 13 For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. 14 And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. {Which actually needs no motivation of gain.. it’s a strong delusion/enchantment? Not that promise of gain (or fame, self idolizing) doesn’t help, lol. What I mean is - the WORLD is crazy. It’s way too easy for Satan, we swallow every outrageousness.. we cannot discern. Why? Satan has beat us back from the scripture/Bible. Good grief. So it’s all about what everyone thinks. Talk about futility and babble. Satan in the ascendancy. How GOOD it is to know God wins, aLL.. And every Truth wins as well. ..And how can we expect anything different!}
15 So it is no surprise if his servants also, masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their ‘end’ [telos - the end-aim, earthLy conclusion] will be according to their deeds.
16 I say, let no one think me foolish. But even if you do, accept me as a fool, so that I too may boast a little. 17 What I’m saying with this boastful confidence, I say not as the Lord would, but as a fool. {To have to deal with and talk about such carnal things as spiritual competing.} 18 Since many boast according to carnality, I will boast too. 19 For you gladly bear with fools. Being wise yourselves! 20 For you bear it if someone puts you in chains, or bites at you, takes advantage of you, puts on airs, or strikes you in the face! 21 To my shame, I must say! We were too weak for that!
But whatever anyone else dares to boast of - I am speaking as a fool - I also dare to boast of. 22 Are they Hebrews? So am I. Are they Israelites? So am I. Are they offspring of Abraham? So am I. {World stature.} 23 Are they servants of Christ? I am a better one - I’m talking like a madman - with far greater labors, way more imprisonments, with countless beatings, and often near to death! 24 Five times I received at the hands of leaders the forty lashes less one.(😳) 25 Three times I was beaten with rods. Once I was stoned. Three times I was shipwrecked. For a night and a day I was adrift at sea, 26 often on journeys, in danger from rivers, from robbers, from my own people, from Gentiles. In danger in the city, in the wilderness. Facing dangers at sea, and dangers from false believers. 27 Then with toil and hardship, and through many a sleepless night. Also in hunger and thirst, being often without food, and often cold and in exposure to the elements. {If all is calm - which we all love - then Satan’s not noticing us. Not much Light/Truth shining forth the adversary seeks to put out?} 28 And apart from all that, there is the daily pressure of my anxiety for all the churches! 29 For who is weak, and I’m not weak in spirit with them? And who is misled and made to fall or fail, and my spirit isn’t set on fire!
🌙 John 3:13-24
(Jesus is talking to Nicodemus.) 13 - “No one has gone up” or, literal word for word(?) “None [go up, ascend, rise] into heaven, except, he who descended from heaven, the Son of Man. [The word is anabainó - go up, ascend.] {Rev.12:5}
14 For, as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up. 15 So that whoever believes in him may have enduring [aion-ian] life. [Jn.12:32 - “..if, or, the greek word means - if, whenever, or when - I am lifted up from the earth, I will draw all [pas - all, every, the whole, the entire] to myself.”
{The word “pas” is “all”. Translators, who couldn’t quiTe believe(?) changed “all” into “all things” as often as it would work, in Rev.21:5! Eph.1:10, Jn.13:3! And more. Five times out of seven in 1Cor.15:27-28 ..and what, otherwise, is repeated - five times?!}
16 “The truth is, God so loved the world, he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not - perish - but have enduring [aion-ion/eon-ian] life.” {Is immortal soul just a myth to hold up the biG, so ancient, spiritual propaganda - control the masses - myth?? Which obviously the translators, as well, were steeped in.}
17 “For {the Truth is} God did not send his Son into the world to condemn [krinó - to decide, determine, judge] the world. But, in order that the world be saved through him. 18 Everyone believing in him is not judged. But whoever is not believing is judged already {now} by not believing in the name of the only Son of God. {By being not yet on God’s upward path? Through Christ which will remedy the law of entropy/imperfection, which is a slow “FiRe” (gehenna) that “can’t be put out” so “resurrection” either “into life” {the millennium and long second advent of Jesus.} or into the judgment” {aka, into the GWT judgment/discernment/review/closure for all ‘day’ Jn.5:28,29 - of 5OO years! See Fall holy days names and pattern of Leviticus 23.}
19 This moreover is the judgment, that the light has come into the world, and man [anthropoi] loves the darkness instead of the light, whose works {motives?} are less than good [ponéros - (evil) wicked, bad, malicious]. 20 Because anyone who does malicious or wicked things, hates the light and doesn’t come to the light, lest their works be exposed for what they are. 21 But whoever does what is true comes to the Light. And it’s clearly seen that their works have been carried out in God.” {In Light and Love. And thus has Nicodemus at least sought him out. And of course he is mentioned again, quite a bit later.}
22 After this Jesus and his disciples went into the Judean countryside, and they stayed there for awhile and Jesus was baptizing. 23 John also was baptizing at Aenon near Salim, because water was plentiful there and people were coming to him and being baptized. 24 For John (“the baptist”) had not yet been put in prison. {John personified the entry level, it’s why he told the Pharisees to show FRUIT.. Which they did not have, showing they had always refused the entry level. They were not genuine. The issue was politics, not religion/spirituality. To know the difference - Satan is a changing angel of (false) light, and plays all angles and ‘sides’ - ones face must be toward God..?}
