GospeL Verses ~ Mark 8:1-10

1 - Again, in those days, when a great crowd had gathered, and they had nothing to eat, he called his disciples to him and said, 2 “I have compassion on the crowd, because they’ve been with me now three days and have nothing to eat. 3 If I send them away hungry to their homes, they may faint on the way. And some of them have come pretty far.” 4 And his disciples asked, “How can one feed these people with bread here in this desolate place?” 5 And he asked them, “How many loaves do you have?” They said, “Seven.” 6 And he directed the crowd to sit down on the ground. And giving thanks, he broke the loaves and gave them to his disciples to pass out to the people. 7 They also had a few small fish. And having blessed them, he said to hand these out also. 8 Everyone ate and were satisfied. And they took up the broken pieces left over, seven baskets full. 9 And there were about four thousand people. And then he sent them away, 10 and got into the boat with his disciples and went to the district of Dalmanutha.

1 - Beloved, don’t believe every spirit (every wind of doctrine) but test the spirits to see if they are from God, for many false prophets [pseudo-prophétés - one who in God's name teaches what is not true] have gone out into the world. 2 By this you know the Spirit of God - every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh (literal) is from God. 3 And every spirit (teaching) that does not confess Jesus, is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist (Christ denier) which you heard was coming, and now is in the world already.
