Today’s GospeL Verses ~ Luke 13:18-30
18 - Jesus said, “What is the kingdom of God like? To what should I compare it? 19 It’s like a grain of mustard seed that a man sows in his garden, and it grows and becomes like a tree, so birds of the air come and made nests in its branches.”
20 And again he said, “To what should I compare the kingdom of God? 21 It’s like leaven which a woman takes and works into three measures of flour, until all is leavened.” (1Cor.15:22-24,28 - THREE harvests, barley, wheat, grape-Rev.21:5 greek “pas” = all. “Things” was inserted at translation.)
22 He went on his way toward Jerusalem, teaching through towns and villages. 23 And someone said to him, “Lord, are those being saved few?”

And he answered, 24 “Strive to enter through the narrow door. For many, I tell you, seek to enter and are not be able to. 25 When once the master of the house has risen and shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and to knock at the door, saying, ‘Open to us,’ then he will answer you, ‘I do not know where you come from.’ [THIS is at his return. The door is to “the” millennium (and serving called reigning, during). It is not a forever door closed to Life! The root word of logic is logos.] 26 Then you will say, ‘But we ate and drank in your presence, and you taught in our streets!’ 27 But he will say, ‘I tell you, I don’t know where you come from (where you’re coming from?) Depart from me, all workers (and supporters?) of unrighteousness [adikia - injustice, unrighteousness].’ 28 In that place (during GWT judgment ‘day’, initiaLLy) there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when you see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God but you yourselves cast outside (being in the inner, outside of the Light darkness). 29 And people will come from east and west, and from north and south, and will recline at table in the kingdom of God. 30 But, some are last who will be first, and some are first who will be last.”

1 - Finally, then, brethren/brothers and sisters, we ask and urge you in the Lord Jesus, that as you received from us how you ought to walk - pleasing God - just as you are, and that you do so more and more. 2 For you know what instructions we gave you through the Lord Jesus. 3 For this is the will of God, your sanctification [being progressively transformed by the Lord into His likeness and similarity of nature]. That you abstain from sexual immorality, 4 that each of you know how to control their own body in holiness and honor, 5 not in the passion of lust like Gentiles who do not know God. 6 That no one transgress and wrong [pleonekteΓ³ - take advantage of, overreach, defraud] (seduce) in this matter, because the Lord is an avenger in all these things, as we told you beforehand and solemnly warned you. 7 For God has not called us for impurity, but for holiness. (No skirt chasing, etc.) 8 Therefore whoever disregards this, disregards not man but God, who gives his Holy Spirit(/Presence) to you.
