10-31 - 1 Corinthians 4 7-13

scriptures paraphrased to post

   🕊️a reading & study 🕊️

7 - So what is so wonderful about you? {Or any!} What do any of us have that we didn’t receive? And if we received it, why do we act as though we didn’t receive it? {There were still some miracles occurring, and any insights we receive, are just that, received.. A lucky shake of the heavenly dice. Every imperfect, able to think and reason being iS imperfect. And imperfect is an abyss of potential. How low can we go? I think given - enough time and circumstance - aLL can go wAy low. It only depends where Father God blocks with his hand. Teachers, believers ..a lucky shake of the dice. “All the world’s a stage” - Shakespeare. Different roles in this letting things run course. Other option? Ant Farm. ..Imagine ultimately, for cruel, heartless despots, dividers and spoilers, etc, etc, the truly gut wrenching remorse. (During and after their “reconciliation with God” Jn.12:32.) But now that we know we should choose wisely. Especially winding up these days (different from any other, with its modern capabilities). We are every day choosing Love/God, or choosing the world’s hate, division, slander, labeling, &tc. Mt.13:30.}

     8 Already, you, have attained all! You already have become the most richly blessed! Without us you have become kings! And would that you did reign, so we might share in the reigning with you! {They were as moving ahead to The Age, Mt.25:1-13. But as wheat still with its chaff, so impossible to serve called reigning during the Lord’s long second advent, full scope version of his so brief first one.. “Gather first the (still) tares to a (bon)fire. Then gather the wheat into my barn” Mt.23:30.}

     9 Sometimes I think God has exhibited us apostles as last of all, like being sentenced to death, for we’ve become a mockery to the world, to angels, and to all mankind. 10 We are fools for Jesus’ sake, but you, you’re wise! {Seeking the world’s approval. But the world will turn upon any of us, lukewarm as well as enthusiastic.} We’re weak, but you’re strong! You’re held in honor, but we’re held in disrepute. {And despised?} 11 To this present time we hunger and thirst, we’re poorly dressed. We’re beat about and homeless. 12 And we labor, working with our own hands, for our own support.

     When insulted, we bless. When persecuted, we endure. {Imagine how all the more despised if haughty, rude or offensive! Bad enough the ancient, widely held strong delusion/enchantment spurned a modern, even stronger delusion/enchantment. Instead of a dark cloaked prophet a light cloaked ‘one’, Rev.12:15? The chapter a stand alone insert, middle telling of the vision out of three tellings.}

     13 When slandered, we encourage and comfort. Yet we’ve become {to the world} as garbage, the cast off of all things.
