☀️ Ephesians 5:9-16
9 - The fruit of light is found in all that is good and right and true. 10 Try to discern what is pleasing to the Lord. 11 Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead shine the {gentle} light of Truth on them. 12 It’s shameful even to speak of things that are done in secret. 13 But the light when shone, brings understanding. 14 And when something is understood, it becomes known.
That’s why the scripture says, “Awake, O sleeper! Arise from the dead! And Christ will shine upon you!” {Golden wheat.. or still a weed in God’s garden? As we all were, and still are to a degree.. Until total overcoming at resurrection.. if in the first one. The second one has GWT Judgment/discernment/review/closure for all ‘Day’ between the rising and when Father God says, “Behold, I make all new” Rev.21:5, Greek word “pas” - “all, every, the whole”.}
15 So don’t be reckless and unwise in how you walk, but wise, 16 making the best use of the time, because the days are quickly past.
{Mt.13:30 is Rev.16:14-15-16, not an afterlife ‘hell’ and, or is Mt.25:1-13, notice the word “first”?}
🌙 John 11:38-54
38 - Then Jesus, deeply moved, came to the tomb, which was a cave. A stone lay against it, 39 so Jesus said, “Take away the stone.”
Martha, the sister of Lazarus, the dead man, said, “Lord, by this time there will be an odor, for he has been dead four days.”
40 Jesus said to her, “Did I not tell you that if you believe you will see the glory of God?”
41 So they took away the stone. And Jesus looking upward said, “Father, I thank you that you have heard me. 42 I know you always hear me. But I say this on account of the people standing here, that they may believe that you have sent me.”
43 And then he cried out with a loud voice, “Lazarus, come forth!” 44 And Lazarus, who had died, came out. His hands and feet were bound with linen strips, and his face was wrapped in a head cloth. Jesus said, “Unbind him. Set him free.”
45 Many of the Judeans therefore, who had come with Mary and had seen this, believed in him. 46 But some went to the Pharisees and told them what Jesus had done.
47 So the leaders, the chief priests and the Pharisees, gathered as a council {☠️} and said, “What are we to do? For this man performs many signs. 48 If we let him go on like this, everyone will believe in him, and the Romans will come and take away both our seats and our nation.”
49 But one of them, Caiaphas, who was high priest that year, said, “You know nothing! 50 Nor do you understand! It’s better one man die! Than the whole nation perish!” 51 He didn’t even say this of his own accord! But being high priest that year he prophesied that Jesus would die for the nation. 52 And not for the nation [ethnos - people, nation] {Hebrews} only.
{Separated to separate God Most High in our understanding, from ‘the gods’ of the nations that had developed over ancient centuries.}
BUT aLso to gather [synagagē] into one, the children of God {humanity} who are scattered abroad. {From Babel Tower.}
53 And from that day on they made plans to have him executed. 54 So Jesus no longer walked openly among them. And he went to the region near the wilderness, to a town called Ephraim, and there he stayed for a while with the disciples.
