            ☀️ A.M. 1John 4:7-11

7 - My dear friends, we should love one another, for love is from God, and the one who loves has been born of God and knows Him.

     8 To not love is to not know God, for God is Love. 9 He has revealed his love for us by sending his one and only Son into the world that we might live in and through him. [Dia - thoroughly, from one side all the way to the other.]

     10 Real love isn't our love for God, it’s his love for us! God sent his Son to be the sacrifice by which our sins are forgiven. [Sacrifice - hilasmós – properly, propitiation; an offering to appease (satisfy) an angry, offended party (biblehub dot com) — yes we’ve offended God but “HE has subjected all to disobedience” Ro.11:32, and thus to this imperfection/entropy, a slow gehenna crucible that “doesn’t quit” so “God is savior..” 1Tim.4:10. {As opposed to an ant farm?} Biblehub - Hilasmós is only used twice (in 1Jn.2:2 and 4:10) – both times of Christ's atoning sacrifice that appeases God's wrath] {imo cause & effect, greek orge - passion, as opposed to Ant Farm? Cause & effect including imperfect, being the opposite of Life. Because God iS life and “is perfect” Mt.5:48, an iron measure.} [Biblehub - By the sacrifice of Himself, Jesus Christ provided the ultimate hilasmós - expiation.] {And I think what really needed to be appeased is the human conscience and oh so delicate and unforgiving psyche.. The otheR offended party.. THE provided propitiation/sacrifice/ransom being strong enough to appease eveRy guilty conscience. And is a contract/testament sealed in blood. And strong enough to reach all ..and don’t forget what a very sad commentary history happens to be.}

     11 Dear friends, since God loved us this much - we, surely, must love each other. {The sacrifice was the closest thing to getting ‘up off the throne’ himself? As wouldn’t then all creation fall apart? ..Logically, he had it all worked out before doing any act of creation. Even Jesus (First/Proto so close to the Father, both administer God’s Spirit/Presence) was tested/improved/perfected by his obedience when he came via the flesh and struggled and prayed - “not my will, but Your’s”. And so is “forever preeminent” via God’s design. And why should we worry, he has it ALL designed.}

22 - Jesus and his disciples were entering the town of Bethsaida, when some people from the village  brought a blind man to him, and they asked him to touch him. 23 So Jesus took him by the hand and led him out of the village, where he put spit on the man's eyes and then asked him if he could see anything. {Whatever it takes to inspire faith?} 24 The man looked up and said, “I see people, but they look like trees walking around.”

     25 So again, Jesus placed his hands on the man's eyes. And this time, as he looked intently, his eyes became whole, and he saw everything clearly. 26 Jesus told him, “Go home, but not by way of the village.”

{This next is not for the timid, nor any of us really, love 38-40 though.} 34 - By faith (they) quenched the power of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, were made strong out of weakness, became mighty in war, put foreign armies to flight! {If they’d been passive they’d have been chewed up and spit out. And not swading cloths for Chrst “savior of the world”.} 35 Women received back their dead, others were tortured refusing to accept release, that better resurrection (they would) obtain. {There’s two.}

    36 Others suffered mocking and flogging, even chains and imprisonment. 37 They were stoned, sawn in two, killed with the sword. They went about in skins of sheep and goats, destitute, afflicted, mistreated, 38 of whom the world was not worthy, wandering about in deserts and mountains, living in dens and caves of the earth.

     39 And all these, though commended by their faith, didn’t receive what was promised, 40 since God had provided something better. That apart from us they should not {yet} be made perfect.

     39 Now when the Pharisee who had invited him saw this, he thought to himself, “If this man were a prophet, he would know who and what sort of woman this is who is touching him! For she’s a known sinner.”

     40 But Jesus said to him, “Simon, I have something to say.” And he said, “Say it, teacher.”

     41 “A certain moneylender had two debtors. One owed five hundred denarii, and the other fifty. 42 When they couldn’t pay, he cancelled the debt of both. Now which of them will love him more?”

     43 Simon answered, “The one, I suppose, for whom the larger debt was canceled.” And he said to him, “You have judged rightly.” 44 Then turning toward the woman he said to Simon, “See now this woman. I entered your house, you gave me no water for my feet. (It was a polite custom to offer guests water to rinse the dust of the street off their feet.) But she has wet my feet with her tears and wiped them with her hair. 45 You gave me no kiss of greeting. But from the time I came in, she’s not ceased to kiss my feet. 46 You didn’t anoint my head with oil, but she has anointed my feet.

     47 So I tell you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loves much. But the one who is forgiven little, loves little.” 48 And he said to the woman, “Your sins are forgiven.”

     49 And those who were at table with him were saying, “Who is this? Who says he forgives sins?” 50 And Jesus said to her, “Your faith has saved you. Go in peace.”

ACTS 4 1-22

     Book of the Acts of the First Believers

1 - Peter and John were still at the temple talking to the people, when some priests, the captain of the temple guard, and some Sadducees came around. 2 They were angry because they were teaching the people that the dead would be raised from death! As Jesus had been.

     3 It was late afternoon and they arrested Peter and John and put them in jail for the night. 4 But a lot of people who had heard the message believed it, and so now there were about 5,000 followers of the Lord.

     5 The next morning the leaders, the elders, and the teachers of the Law of Moses {those in power} called a council in Jerusalem. 6 The high priest Annas was there, as well as Caiaphas, also John, Alexander, and other members of the high priest's family. 7 They brought in Peter and John and made them stand in the middle of the room while they questioned them. They asked, “By what power and in whose name have you done this!?”

     8 Peter was filled with the Holy Spirit{/Presence of God} and told the leaders, 9 “You are questioning us today about a kind deed. A man who couldn’t walk was healed! 10 Let it be known to you and all of Israel, that this man is standing here completely well because of the power of Jesus Christ from Nazareth. You crucified him. But God raised him to life.

     11 He is the stone you builders thought of as worthless, but he’s the most important foundation stone” {of all creation, called First/Proto. A foundation stone is laid first}. 12 “Only Jesus has the power to save! His name is the only name in all the world that can save] [sózó - save, rescue, deliver, heal, preserve] anyone.” {From death and its cause imperfection/entropy, God being Life and “is perfect” Mt.5:48. No option to stray, and humanity would be an ant farm, so “God is savior..” 1Tim.4:10.}

     13 The officials were amazed to see how bold Peter and John were! And they knew they were only ordinary men with not much education, but also knew they had been with Jesus. 14 And they couldn’t deny what had happened. The man who had been healed was there, standing with Peter and John.

     15 They ordered them to leave the council room. Then they said to one another, 16 “What can we do with these men? Everyone in Jerusalem knows about this miracle, and we can’t say it didn't happen. 17 But to keep this thing from spreading, we’ll command them not to speak to anyone about the name of Jesus again.” 18 So they called the two back in and told them they must not teach in the name of Jesus.

     19 But Peter and John answered, “Do you think God wants us to obey you? Or to obey him? 20 We cannot keep quiet, about what we have seen and heard.”

     21The council could find no good reason to hold or to punish Peter and John. So they threatened them and let them go. 22 The man who was healed was more than 40 years old, and everyone was praising God for the miracle.

5 - Even Christ didn’t exalt himself to be made a high priest! Instead he was appointed by He who said to him, “You are my Son, today I’ve begotten you”. 6 And says in another place, “You are a priest forever, after the order of Melchizedek.” {Proving his pre-existence with the Father, as the only straight out from God one, called, forever first/proto. So close both administer God’s Spirit/Presence, same as will saturate and “seal” all creation and humanity. God’s “end-aim” (tel, translated end). How do you keep a paradise intact? An ant farm is no paradise?}

     7 In the days of his {entropic} flesh, Jesus offered up prayers and supplications, with loud cries and tears, to he who was able to save him from death, and was heard because of his reverence and submission. 8 Although he was a son, through what he suffered, he learned obedience. 9 And being tested as perfect, to all who obey him, he became the source of enduring salvation.

     15 When the angels left, the shepherds said to one another, “Let’s go to Bethlehem and see this which the LORD has made known to us!” 16 And they went with haste, and they found Mary and Joseph, and the baby lying in a manger. 17 And when they saw him, they told all which they had heard concerning the child. 18 And all who heard it wondered. 19 But Mary treasured up these things, pondering them in her heart. 20 And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all they had heard and seen, just as it had been told to them by the angel.

            ☀️ 1 Timothy 1:1-8

1 - Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by command [epitagé - command, order, directive, injunction; from epí, "suitably on," {up close?} intensifying tássō - arrange(ment) a command "fitting" to the situation, i.e. an order that arranges things so they build on (Gk epi) each other to achieve the needed goal, thus epitagḗ - a structured command, also stresses the authority of the command] (by command) of God our Savior, and of Christ Jesus our expectation,

       2 To Timothy, my true child in the faith: Grace, mercy, and peace from God the Father, and Christ Jesus our Lord.

     3 As I urged you when I was leaving to go to Macedonia, remain at Ephesus so you may charge certain ones not to teach different doctrine. 4 Nor to devote their time to myths and endless genealogies {myths and many ideas ..that say follow me?} which only promote speculations rather than the stewardship and training from God that is by faith.      5 The aim and goal is love that issues from a pure heart [pure - katharos - free of admixture/contamination, root of catharsis] a good conscience [syneídēsis - an innate discernment, self-judging consciousness] and a sincere [anypókritos - from A - not, and hypokrínomai – not feined or phony, real and genuine] faith [pistis - to be persuaded, convinced, having confidence].

     6 Certain persons, by swerving from these (pure heart, good conscience, and a genuine faith) have wandered away into vain discussion, 7 desiring to be teachers, but neither understanding what they’re saying or the things about which they make such confident assertions. 8 For instance, we know the law is good, if it’s used lawfully..

     {But not endless debates over. And we do not and cannot “earn” Life.. as if God would owe us. Paul interpreted it as “saved by faith”. Saved from what? Death, its cause, and the imperfection/entropy leading to its conclusion. We are transplanted into receiving the enduring Life, which of course, is God Himself. 🎺🎉 He gives the faith, puts us on the born-again, being transformed into the likeness of his Son “way”. How else can paradise/perfection ever remain intact?}

            🌙 Matthew 22:34-46

34 - Now when the Pharisee party heard Jesus had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered around him. 35 One of them, a lawyer, wanting to test him, asked him a question. 36 “Teacher” he said, “which is the great commandment in the Law?” 

     37 Jesus answered, “You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. 38 This is the great and first commandment. 39 And a second is like it, you shall love your fellow person as yourself. 40 On these two hang all the Law and Prophets.”

     41 Now while they were gathered around him, he asked them a question, 42 “What do you think about the Christ (Greek for Messiah)? Whose son is he?”

But God, who gives the {life and} growth. 8 Those who plant and those who water are working as one, and each one will receive wages [misthos - reward, wages, recompense; payment for service, good or bad, literally or figuratively] according to their work. 9 For we are God's fellow workers, and you are God's field, and building. 10 According TO the grace of God, given to me (Paul) like an architect, skilled in his trade, I laid a foundation (there in Corinth) and now someone else is building upon it.

     Yes each one should take care how they build upon it! 11 For there really is no other foundation than that which has been laid, which is Jesus, the Christ (Messiah, savior from death/noT being, and its cause, imperfection/entropy, this slow gehenna that “isn’t quenched/put out”. The worm/decomposition, “that doesn’t quit” because God iS Life, and “is perfect” in eveRy sense of the word). 12 So whoever builds upon the foundation, whether with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, or straw, 13 each one's work will be seen for what it is, for The Day {not my upper case} will declare what it is, because in fire all is shown for what sort of work it is. 14 If the work which any of us has built upon the foundation (Jesus) remains, they will receive a reward. 15 If anyone's work doesn’t remain, but is burned up {dust to dust, and, or in armageddon’s fiery flames} though saved, they will suffer loss.

1 - As he was leaving the temple, one of his disciples said, “Look, Teacher, what wonderful stones - and - what wonderful buildings!” 2 And Jesus said, “Do you see these great buildings? There will not be left, here - not even one - stone upon another that will not be thrown down.” {69/70 CE razing of Jerusalem, and? Daniel 12:11 mid 7 year treaty, then next verse, Dn.12:12 as trib duration? With the last “ten days” (Rev.2:10) escalating to most perilous?}

     3 A little later, as he was across the Kidron Valley from the temple, on the Mount of Olives (an olive tree grove) Peter, Andrew, James, and John asked him privately, 4 “Tell us, when will that happen? And what will be the sign, when it’s about to happen?” 5 And Jesus told them, “See to it that no one leads you astray. 6 For many will come in my name saying I’m he and will lead many astray.” {A first line of attack against Christianity’s progress and well being, is translation errors of some words in the scripture, then bam! second line of attack, distrust of the scriptures, including our New Testament/Testimony. The world of course rejects the scripture, and slanders it. The Old Testament is trustworthy and good also. I think before the flood there was even cannibaalism (as I’ve come to think concerning the flood.). And the Canaanites, God also wanted out of the world, now they rest, awaiting resurrection during GWT judgment ‘day’ also called “aionion kolasin”/eonian korrection/age of correction. We know the Canaanites burned children alive to Baal, while beating drums to drown out the screams. These were during formative times. Self destruct inevitable? But SO early on? God also gets grief for noT stopping great evils. If Israel had not been warriors, surely they would have been chewed up and spit out? So much for being swaddling cloths for Messiah/Savior of the world? Had there been no option to stray in Eden, creation would be an ant farm. Trust God. Trust the Scriptures. I think translators coukdn’t fully believe, that’s how Good the message is. So aionion kolasin became neverending punishment/torment😳. Five words became hell. “All” became “all things” whenever it would work. In Rev.21:5, Eph.1:10.. and more. But not in “all scripture for training” because it won’t work. Or in 1Cor.15:28 “so that God will be all in all” - Greek word “pas” - “every, all, the whole”. )

     7 And when you hear of wars [polemos - wars, battles, conflicts {riots, etc?} quarrels, from pelomai - to bustle {poles?/division?}] and rumors of wars, don’t be disturbed. It must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 8 For nation will rise against nation. And kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places, and famines. These are but the beginning of birth pangs. {For birthing the Lord’s long second advent.. And then the full kingdom of God.}

Or in love and a spirit of gentleness? (There’s only one genuine successful “way”. Paul was passionate to see these baby and formative churches be what they should be. Especially as they were the foundation of the future. The accurate message needing to be preserved, so that the message going out to the world be accurate. Otherwise, why bother?)

Why It's Easy For Us To Think In Terms Of Billions Of Years

(As to origins, that is.) It's because we are in what is called a very long process. And the father of lies weaves strands of truth into all of his tapestries. (Which is doubly clever, for then we weave them into our psyche and life.)

When God endowed thinking ability a whole new realm (tree?) of possibilities came about, and He is being, and has been, infinitely patient awaiting the outcome. You see thinking ability includes being able to make choices, and hence we have life as it is and also death. Because God is Life itself, and is also Perfection. That makes imperfection, the opposite of life. And sooner or later, some one (some rational creature) is bound to think, "say.. do we really have to do all things, and think all things, God's way?"

He first made angels to be rational creatures. He waited and created the universe and man and woman, not only after the first rebel thought occurred, but waited until after it had matured into outright revolt and sedition. (Why? So all "in heaven and earth" would take this unavoidable journey and lesson, all together, at once.)

"Waited a very long time".. surely!? ..Here's where the "billions of years" actually comes from(!?) For when there was 'only' the Presence of the Father and the Son and the angels, surely there wasn't all that much to go astray about(?) And just think, God, being life itself, lives through all sufferings and disasters which ever occur (while He is for the most part, letting choice run its course).

And when God created the universe, in that majestic explosion of life / Himself, he placed all things where He wanted them to be, and began the motion from there. And! From the "foundation of the world" / from the beginning, He built the rescue of all into it - Jesus on the cross - an image, and love, strong enough to ultimately pierce every psyche. He is perfect, the only 'end' result imaginable, is the best one possible.
1 Timothy 4:10, among many, many verses, says "God is the savior of all.."
