Luke 6:39-49
39 Jesus also told them this parable: βCan the blind lead the blind? Will they not both fall into a ditch? 40 Students are not greater than their teacher, but everyone taught will be like their teacher.β
41 βWhy do you see the speck that is in your brotherβs eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? 42 How can you think of saying, βFriend, let me help you get rid of that speck in your eye,β when you canβt see past the log in your own eye? Hypocrite! First get rid of the log in your own eye, then you will see well enough to deal with the speck in your friendβs eye. 43 A good tree doesnβt produce bad fruit, and a bad tree doesnβt produce good fruit. 44 You can tell a tree by its fruit. Figs arenβt gathered from thorn bushes, and grapes arenβt picked from bramble bushes. 45 A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart, and an evil person produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart. And what we say flows forth from what is in our heart.
46 βWhy do you call me βLord, Lord,β and not do what I tell you? 47 I will show you what itβs like when someone comes to me, listens to my teaching, and then follows it. 48 It is like a person building a house who digs deep and lays the foundation on solid rock. When the floodwaters rise and break against that house, it stands firm because itβs well built. 49 But the one who hears my words and doesnβt put them into practice is like a person who built a house on the ground without a foundation! The moment the torrent struck that house, it collapsed and its ruin was great.β (Or if they're taught to not follow or even taught to not believe?)

~ Hebrews 11:11-13 ~
11 - And by faith even Sarah [Abrahamβs wife] who was past childbearing age, was enabled to bear children because she considered him faithful who had made the promise. 12 And so from this one man, and he as good as dead, came descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as countless as the sand on the seashore. 13 All these people were still living by faith when they died. They did not receive the things promised. They only saw them and welcomed them from a distance, admitting that they were nomads and strangers upon earth.
