Luke 7:1-10
1 - When Jesus had finished saying all this to the people who were listening, he went to Capernaum. 2 In that town an army officer's servant was sick and about to die. And the officer liked his servant very much. 3 When the officer heard about Jesus, he sent some respected Jewish elders to ask him to come and heal his servant. 4 So they earnestly asked Jesus to help the man. “If anyone deserves your help, he does,” they said, 5 because he loves our nation and even built a synagogue for us.” 6 So Jesus went with them. He was not far from the house when the centurion sent friends to say to him: “Lord, don’t trouble yourself, for I do not deserve to have you come under my roof. 7 And I am certainly not worthy to come to you. Just say the word, and my servant will get well. 8 I know this because I am under the authority of my superior officers, and I have authority over my soldiers. I only need to say, ‘Go,’ and they go, or ‘Come,’ and they come. And if I say to my servants, ‘Do this,’ they do it.” 9 When Jesus heard this, he was amazed at him, and turning to the crowd following him, he said, “I tell you, I have not found such great faith even in all Israel.” 10 And when the officer’s friends returned to his house, they found the servant completely well.

~ Hebrews 11:14-16 ~
14 Those who say such things make it apparent that they are looking for a homeland of their own. 15 If they had longed for the country they came from, they could have gone back. 16 Instead, they were longing for a better one—a of/from heaven homeland. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, and he has indeed prepared a city for them.
