Paul’s Letter To The Ephesians
(paraphrased)
25 - Therefore, having put away falsehood {phoniness and fraud} let each one of you speak the truth with their fellow (person) for we are members one of another. 26 If there is anger, don’t sin, and don’t let the sun go down on your anger, 27 giving no opportunity to the devil.
28 Let the thief no longer steal, but rather let them labor, doing honest work with their own hands, so they may have something to share with anyone in need. 29 Don’t speak poor, harmful or corrupting words, but only as is good for building up, as fits each occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear. 30 And don’t grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. 31 Let bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor and slander be put far from you - along with all malice. 32 Be kind to one another. Tenderhearted and forgiving one another, as God, in Christ, has forgiven you.
