Mark 14:10-16
Some parts of readings/studies are repetitive - sometimes giving a different angle on the memory being communicated. The repetitiveness is so all verses are in one of the two, six month reading schedules. I organized them that way to better ‘enter the story’. Which replaced an earlier schedule I received while sitting on a bench under some plum trees interlaced with grapevines. I consider this more of a university schedule, lol. The first was one gospel each season.π€π Here’s a new way to write the supernatural formula for spiritual success - yes we are saved by Grace plus nothing! But we do get to respond! In whatever degree we want. And I think the Lord gave us a divine and sacred formula on the eve of his crucifixion, to be deciphered spiritually - π➕π·π°⛲️π️
10 - And Judas - one of the twelve - Iscariot, went to the leader [archiereus - chief priest, pre-eminent one, from archo and hierreus, high priest] in order to betray Jesus to him. 11 Which made the high priest happy, and he promised to pay him. So Judas began looking for an opportune time to hand him over.
12 And on the first day of unleavening (the house - thoroughly search out and throw out all leavening, all leavened foods, vacuuming, etc. for any crumbs) day before the Passover Lamb is sacrificed, the disciples asked, “Where should we go to prepare for eating the Passover? 13 He told two of the disciples, “Go into the city, and you will see a man carrying a pitcher of water, follow him, 14 and whichever house he enters, say to the owner, ‘The teacher asks, where is the guest room where I can eat the Passover with my disciples?’ 15 He will show you a large upper room, furnished and prepared. There make ready for us.” 16 So they went and they found everything as he said, and they prepared the Passover.
There is dispute whether the Last Supper was a Passover feast - John’s gospel very much says no, Jesus wAs the Passover Lamb. Died right at the hour of sacrifice of the Passover lambs, which was done at the hour of the “daily sacrifice” — however in prophecy, this may well be a “perpetual” modern “sacrifices” of prayer, etc. (Dn.12:11)π€ — I tend to side with John’s account. Also to consider, he was there. But Mark likely wasn’t as much so, if at all. He is first mentioned in Acts as a son of a believer, and later in Acts as secretary to Paul and others. He likely wrote his gospel account by interviews(?) But my biggest reason, is summarized in an image I will post below.

From New Testament Letters
(In Order Written)
~ 1 Corinthians 7:1-7 ~
From the Contemporary English Version and not at all paraphrased — 1 - Now I will answer the questions you asked in your letter. You asked, "Is it best for people not to marry?" 2 Well, having your own husband or wife should keep you from doing something immoral. 3 Husbands and wives should be fair with each other about having sex. 4 A wife belongs to her husband instead of to herself, and a husband belongs to his wife instead of to himself. 5 So don't refuse sex to each other, unless you agree not to have sex for a little while, in order to spend time in prayer. Then Satan won't be able to tempt you because of your lack of self-control. 6 In my opinion that is what should be done, though I don't know of anything the Lord said about this matter. 7 I wish all of you were like me, but God has given different gifts to each of us.
