Luke 22:3-6
3 Then the adversary, Satan, entered [eiserchomai - from eis and erchomai - to go in (to), enter(ed)] Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve of the Lord. 4 And he then went and spoke to the leaders, the chief priests and captains [stratΓ©gos - magistrates or governors, captains of the temple] as to how he might betray Jesus to them. 5 And they were happy to hear that! [ChairΓ³ - were gladdened, rejoiced.] And they agreed to pay him. 6 So Judas began looking for an opportunity to betray Jesus when he was away from the crowds of people.

~ 1 Corinthians 6:14-20 ~
14 God will use the same POWER to raise us from death, that he used to raise Jesus. 15 [Continued from yesterdaysβs reading/study.] Do you not know our bodies are members of Christ? Should Christ unite with a prostitute [pornΓ©s]? May it never be! 16 Donβt you know that to join in body is to make you as one? For so it says, βthe two into oneβ. 17 But we who are joined to the Lord are one in spirit with him. 18 Flee from sexual immorality! For it is a sin [hamartia - missing the mark] against your own body. 19 Do you not know that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (Presence of God with us) who is in us, whom we have received from God? We are not our own. 20 We were bought with a high price. So we should use our body to glorify God. (To grow, thus display good fruit, to do kind deeds in life.. from friendly smiles to feeding, clothing, helping the poor, etc. - which Israel, like all others, was not in Godβs perfectly ordained culture, so there were the resulting societal ills - Israel is the micro, world is the macro. NoT to be trying to be sexually involved with them. Which act is meant for happy marriage, and family. We as a temple for God to pour his love through.. To love others as much as we love ourselves.)
