GospeL Verses ~ Luke 8:9-18
9 - A little later when his disciples asked him what this parable meant, 10 he said, “To you it has been granted to know the secrets of the kingdom of God, but for others they are in parables, so that ‘seeing they may not see, and hearing they may not understand.’” [Because it’s “each in their own order” 1Cor.15:22-24,28 wiTh Mt.13:33, key word three.] 11 “Now the parable is this - The seed is the word/message of God. 12 The ones along the path are those who heard the message, but the devil comes and plucks away the word from their hearts, so that they may not believe and be saved. 13 And the ones on the rock are those who, when they hear the word, they receive it with joy. But it has no root, they believe for a while, and life’s hardships cause them to fall away. 14 And as for what fell among the thorns, they are those who hear the message, but it becomes choked off by the cares of life, or by the riches, distractions and pleasures of life, and the fruit doesn’t mature. 15 As for the seed in good soil, it is those who hear the message, and keep it in a better (prepared, softer soil) heart and with patience, they bear the fruit.
16 Now no one lights a lamp, then covers it or puts it under a bed, but they put it on a stand, so that those who enter may see by its light. 17 For nothing is hidden that will not be made visible, nor is anything secret that will not be made known and come to light.” (I think this is especially the large matters in history, etc. Closure for all and all things.)
18 “Take care how you hear (and let take root in our heart) for to one who has, more will be given! And from one who has not - even what they think they have (untruth, status) - will be taken away.”

~ Hebrews 12:3-10 ~
3 - Consider he who endured from sinners (the Pharisees/leaders and the mob they incited) such hostility against himself! So that, you, may not grow weary nor faint. 4 For in your struggle against sin you’ve not had to resist to the point of your blood being shed (like he did). 5 Have you forgotten the word that addresses you as sons and daughters? — “My son” [huios - son, descendent, equally refers to females] “don’t regard lightly the discipline of the Lord, nor let it make you weary! 6 For the Lord corrects those he loves, and disciplines all whom he receives.” 7 It is for discipline that you have to endure. God is treating you as his own. For what son is there whom his father does not discipline? 8 If you are left without discipline, in which all partake, then you are illegitimate. 9 Besides this, we have had earthly fathers who disciplined us and we obeyed them. Shall we not much more be subject to the Father of life, and so live? 10 For a father disciplines for a short while as it seems best to them, and he (as heavenly Father) disciplines us for our good. And this is so we may share in his sacred holiness.
