04/18 - GospeL Verses
(Yesterday was the invitation - “come to the banquet!” of Life, reciprocal - accept the invitation, show up.) 11 - “Now when the king came in to greet the guests, he saw there a man who had no wedding garment. 12 And he said to him, ‘Friend, how did you get in here without a wedding garment?’ And the man had no answer. 13 So the king said to the attendants, ‘Bind him hand and foot” [deó - bind, tie, fasten, declare to be prohibited and unlawful] {we must “put on perfection, and (thus) put on immortality} “and cast him into the outer darkness”. {The inner, outside of the light darkness, gnashing of teeth, portrayed in the rich man and Lazarus parable, and in the outside of the vision narrative of Rev.22, which because Jesus “will draw all” (Jn.12:32) will progress to weeping.. remorse, beating self up over things (think cruel despots, etc. the sure to occur gut wrenching remorse, as it should be, and no easy ticket) even beating self “with many stripes” until realizing Christ Crucified, strong enough to appease every conscience, during GWT judgment ‘day’.} “In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’ 14 For many are called, but few are chosen.” {Chosen for “1st Resurrection” into “the” millennium, a Sabbath rest from enmity and evil, first half of the Lord’s long second advent, a full scope version of His first one? But with helpers serving, called reigning.. “crowns of Life” not metal.}
15 After this the Pharisees went and plotted how to entangle him in his words. 16 And they sent their disciples to him, along with the Herodians (family of leaders who were Greek philosophy and myth believing Hebrews) saying, “Teacher, we know you are genuine, and teach the - way of God - truthfully. And you don’t care about other’s opinions, for you’re not swayed by appearances” {worldly positions, etc, so called importance}. 17 “Tell us what you think, is it lawful to pay taxes to Caesar?” 18 Jesus, aware of their bad intent, said, “Why do you put me to the test, you fakers? 19 Show me a coin for the tax.” And they brought him a silver coin. 20 And Jesus said, “Whose likeness and inscription is this?” 21 They said, “Caesar's.” So he said, “Render to Caesar what belongs to Caesar. And give to God what belongs to God”. {Reciprocal.} 22 When they heard it, they marveled and went on their way.
