Paul’s Letter To The Philippians
4 - Let each of you look not only to their own interests, but also to the interests of the others. 5 Have this mind among you, which is yours in Jesus, 6 who, though he was in the form [morphé - form, appearance, nature] of God, didn’t count equality with God a thing to be grasped, 7 but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, and was born in the likeness of mankind. 8 And being found as human, he fully humbled himself by becoming obedient even to the point of death, even death on a (Roman) cross. {Sacrificed on the altar of empire.} 9 Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed upon him the name that is above every other name, 10 so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, all those who are in heaven and all upon earth and all under [katachthonios - from kata - down, under, and chthōn - earth, ground], 11 for every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
