       WeeKly BooK oF Revelation

                paraphrased study

Review - 8:13 Then I (John) saw an eagle, and it was flying overhead and cried out with a loud voice -  “Woe, woe, woe to those who dwell upon the earth, because of the soundings of the other trumpets that the three angels are about to blow!” (So - after the environmental effects and its smoke, 8:12.)

1 - The fifth angel blew his trumpet, and I saw a star fall from heaven to earth, and he was given the key to the shaft of the bottomless pit. (The fall is an abyss of potential.) 2 And when he opened the shaft of the bottomless pit, from it rose smoke like the smoke of a great fiery furnace, and the sun, and the air, was darkened from the smoke.

3 And out from the smoke came (loud) locusts. And they had power like the power of scorpions (able to sting). 4 They were told (the command was) not to harm the grass of the earth or any green plant or any tree, but only those people who do noT have the seal of God on their foreheads. 5 They were allowed to torment and buffet them for five months, but not to kill them, and the torment was like the sting of a scorpion. 6 And in those days people will seek death and not be able to find it. They will want to die, but death will flee from them. (Strange goings on.)

7 The appearance  (of something modern described by John around 95 CE) of the locusts were like horses prepared for battle. On their heads was something that looked like shimmering crowns (totally paraphrased by me, verse says “something like gold crowns”). Their faces were like human faces, 8 their hair like a woman's hair, and their teeth like lions' teeth. 9 They had breastplates like iron, and the noise of their wings was like the noise of many chariots with horses rushing into battle. 10 They have tails that sting, and their power to hurt people for five months is in the tails. 11 They have as king over them the (fallen) angel of the abyss, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon, and in Greek is Apollyon. (Was a high angel!)

12 The first woe has passed (vs.5 says it lasts five months. Martial law?) Behold, two woes are still to come.

The logic of things running their

         course as opposed to some

                    sort of ant farm.

The Disease Is The Cure

I’m convinced the dis-ease is the cure.. that this aLL-important contrast iS the crucible, laver and sieve, a slow gehenna. There’s big trends on to push away the scripture. This is because we’ve been taught to read it wrong! But the angle and focus that fits is revealed in the wheat and tares (weeds) parable. We all, of course are born wild weeds in God’s garden. Parables, I think, portray literal things, cause and effect, and logic. And concerning this one, what sort of fire do we gather our weeds of the garden to? A bonfire. So in the literal, to a gehenna flared up. The tares are gathered (surely?) to armageddon, mankind’s last war battle. Mt.13:30 being Rev.16:13-16.

There are two resurrections, we know this because one is called “first” and in the same verse it says “the rest of the dead don’t rise until after *the* thousand years”. So the wheat (who’s chaff has been removed) “rise into Life” into the thousand years (represented by the ten days between Trumpets and DOA, lev.23) - Mt.25:13, they enter the bright procession and go through the door of the “ten bridesmaid’s parable”. And the still wild weeds (tares) rise into the GWT judgment ‘day’ that begins after the Sabbath millennium of a thousand years, Jn.5:28-19. Surely this ‘day’ will include closure concerning aLL things. Can we doubt the creator’s thoroughness? And skills of organization?

So.. Just because the message has been gotten - anywhere between somewhat to all wrong - is no reason to toss out the message!

GospeL Verses ~ Luke 5:17-26

17 - One day, as he was teaching, Pharisees and teachers of the law were sitting nearby, who had come from every village of Galilee and Judea, and from Jerusalem as well. And the power of the LORD was with him to heal. 18 And some men were bringing on a bed a man who was paralyzed, and they were seeking to bring him in and lay him before Jesus, 19 but finding no way to bring him in, because of the crowd, they went up on the roof and let him down with his bed through the tiles into the midst of the people before Jesus. 20 And when he saw their faith, he said, “Man, your sins are forgiven you!” (Our sins are forgiven even before we know it. Faith was being displayed.) 21 And the scribes and the Pharisees began to say, “Who is this who is speaking blasphemy? Who can forgive sins but God alone!” 22 When Jesus perceived their thoughts, he said, “Why do you question in your hearts? 23 What is easier? To say, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Rise and walk’? 24 But so you may know the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins” - he said to the man who was paralyzed - “I tell you, rise, pick up your bed and go home.” 25 And immediately he rose up before them and picked up what he had been lying on and went home, glorifying God. 26 And amazement seized them all, and they glorified God and were filled with awe, saying, “We have seen extraordinary things this day!”

WeekLy BooK oF Acts 6 1-15

 a paraphrased study

1 - In those  days when the disciples were growing in number, a complaint by the Hellenists (greek believers) arose against the Hebrews because their widows, they said, were being neglected in the helpful distributions. 2 So the twelve summoned the full number of disciples and concerning the matter said, 3 “Pick out from among yourselves seven men of good reputation, full of the Spirit of God and wisdom. And appoint them to this duty. 4 And then we apostles can continue to focus on prayer and the proclaiming and spreading of the message [logos]. 5 And what they said pleased the whole gathering.

The men they chose were Stephen, a man full of faith and of the Holy Spirit, and Philip, Prochorus, Nicanor, Timon, Parmenas, and Nicolaus, a convert of Antioch. 6 And they brought them to the apostles, who prayed and laid their hands on them.

7 The word of God continued to increase, and the number of disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem. Even a great many of the priests became followers as well. 8 And Stephen, full of grace and God’s Spirit(/Presence), was doing wonderful signs and wonders among the people. 9 Then some of those who belonged to the Freedmen, as they were called, made up of Cyrenians, Alexandrians, and some from Cilicia and Asia, rose up and argued with Stephen. 10 But they couldn’t refute the wisdom and the Spirit with which he spoke. 11 And so they secretly instigated some men to say, “We have heard him speak blasphemous words against Moses and God!” 12 And they stirred up the people and the elders and the scribes, and they came upon him and seized him and brought him before the council/court, 13 and they set up false witnesses who said, “This man never ceases to speak words against this holy place and the law, 14 for we have heard him say that this Jesus of Nazareth will destroy this place and the customs that Moses delivered to us.” 15 And looking at him, all who sat in the council saw that his face shone like the face of an angel.

GospeL Verses ~ Mark 2:1-12

1 - When he went home to Capernaum some days later, the news of it spread. 2 Soon, so many were gathered together, there was no more room, not even at the door of the house. And he was telling the message to them, 3 when four men came carrying a paralytic upon his bed. 4 And when they couldn’t get near because of the crowd, they removed shingles in the roof and when they had made an opening, they let down the bed to Jesus. 5 And when Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, “Son, your sins are forgiven!”

6 Now there were some scribes of the law sitting there, and they were thinking, 7 “How is it this man talks like that? He’s blaspheming! Who can forgive sins? ..But God alone?” 8 Jesus knew what they were thinking, and he said, 9 “Which do you think is easier, to say to the paralytic, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Rise, take up your bed and walk’? 10 But so you may know the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins” he said to the paralytic, 11 “I tell you, rise, pick up your bed, and go home.” 12 And the man got up, picked up his bed, and made his way out and went home. And they were all amazed, and glorified God, saying, “We never saw anything like this!”

8 - When he said (the Son to the Father) “You have not desired, nor taken any pleasure in sacrifices and offerings, nor burnt offerings and sin offerings” these being offered according to the law (under Israel’s contract of promises - which shaLL be fulfilled(?) on Israel’s part, I mean, God of course always upholding his part.) 9 He added, “Behold, I have come to do your will.” He does away with the first in order to establish the second. (The first was in order to bring him forth. After that “there is no longer jew nor greek/gentile.) 10 The premise being that we have been sanctified (cured of our dis-ease and some to most of its cause, thus far) through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once and for all. 11 For every (consecutive) priest stood daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins [hamartia - missing the mark]. 12 But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice, he sat down at the right hand of God, 13 waiting from that time until his enemies are made as a footstool under his feet.

GospeL Verses ~ Luke 5:12-16

12 - One day while in one of the cities, there came a man full of leprosy, and when he saw Jesus, he fell before him and begged, “Lord, if you will, you can make me clean!” 13 And Jesus said, “I will! Be clean!” And he stretched out his hand and touched him, and immediately the leprosy left him. 14 Jesus told him not to tell anyone, but to “go and show yourself to the priest, and make an offering for your cleansing, as Moses commanded, as a proof to them.” 15 But the report of him spread abroad all the more. Great crowds gathered to listen to him, and to be healed of their ailments and diseases. 16 But he often would withdraw to desolate places to pray.

                ~ Hebrews 10:1-7 ~

1 - The law is a shadow cast by the good things which are to come. It was not the true form of these realities, therefor it can never - by the same sacrifices that are continually offered every year - make perfect those who draw near to God by them. 2 Otherwise, would they not have stopped being offered? Having once, for all time, been cleansed, and their consciences made clear? 3 But instead, in those sacrifices, there was a reminder of sins every year. 4 For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins. 5 Therefor, when Christ came into the world, he said, “Sacrifices and offerings YOU have not desired, but a body you prepared for me. 6 In burnt offerings and sin offerings YOU take no pleasure”. (So what is it that needs to be “appeased”?) 7 “Then I (Jesus, “savior of the world”) said, ‘Behold, I have come to do your will, O God, as it has been written in the scroll of the book.’”

A Famous Unknown False Prophet

 Jeremiah 32:17 :

“Lord God! It is you who have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing is too hard for you!”

This is as true now as ever. So why isn’t it obvious to all?

It’s a “strong delusion” of the modern world’s “false prophet” of “seating man in the temple as god”/highest power. And so the west, once called Christendom, has “fallen away”.

This influence has many more modern wonders and “miracles to mislead”. And a prophecy of course.

“Lord God! It is you who have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing - is too hard for you!”

    …prophet Jeremiah, 32:17.

Leprosy was examined by the priest, if there was open sores, it was unclean. But later if it turned white, then it was no longer “unclean”.

40 - A leper came to Jesus and kneeling said to him, “If you will, you can make me clean.” 41 Moved with compassion, Jesus stretched out his hand and touching him he said, “I will, be clean.” 42 And immediately the leprosy left and the man was cured. 43 And Jesus sent him on his way, telling him not to spread the word about his healing 44 and to go and show himself to the priest and offer for the cleansing what Moses commanded, as a proof to them.” 45 But the man went out and talked freely about it, and the news spread so much Jesus could no longer openly enter a town, but was out in the countryside. And people were coming to him from every quarter.

25 - And the Lord did not have to offer himself every year like the priests going into the holy of holies, the old system, once a year with the offering. (Upon Day of Atonement ..you know that represents GWT ‘day’ right? It follows one thousand years after “Trumpets” - represented by the ten days between them, surely? As it sure does seem coincidental. And I won’t even mention “Tabernacles” [rev.21:3]. ..Especially after we realize how perfectly his first advent fulfilled the Spring holy days! But which is not easy to see for a number of calendar reasons, etc.

26 For then he would have had to suffer repeatedly since the creation of the world! But as it is, he has appeared once for all at the consummation of the ages to put away sin [hamartia - missing the mark] (which unavoidably leads to life as we presently know it, and ultimately results in death - God’s ransom has to be strong enough, impactful enough to reach and convince all) by the sacrifice of himself. 27 And just as it is appointed for a person to die once, and after that, judgment. 28 So also Christ, was offered once - for the many bearing sins for (this last was word for word) and he comes a second time [beginning his long second advent] not to atone for sin but comes to those awaiting him and salvation [sΓ³tΓ©ria - deliverance, salvation, safety]..

GospeL Verses ~ Luke 5:1-11

1 - One day, while the crowd was pressing in on Jesus to hear him speaking the message of God, he was standing by the lake of Gennesaret [on a fertile plain on the west shore of the Sea of Galilee] 2 and he saw two boats by the lake, and the fishermen were outside the boats, washing their nets. 3 And getting into one of the boats, which was Simon's (Peter’s) he asked him to put out a little from the land. And then he sat down and taught the people from the boat.

4 And when he had finished speaking to the people, he said to Simon, “Put out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.” 5 And Simon answered, “Master, we toiled all night and took nothing! But at your word, I will let down the nets.” 6 And when they had done this, they caught such a large number of fish, that their nets were breaking. 7 So they signaled for their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And then they filled both the boats, so much so, that the boats began to sink. 8 And when Simon Peter saw it, he fell down before Jesus, saying, “Leave me Lord! For I am a sinful man!” 9 He was awestruck at the catch of fish they had taken, 10 and so too were James and John, sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. And Jesus said to Simon, “Don’t be afraid! From now on you will be fishers for men.” 11 And when they had brought their boats to land, they left everything and followed after him.

21 - And in the same way Moses sprinkled both the tent and all the vessels used in worship. 22 Indeed, under the law, almost everything is purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins. (It’s the way. And it hAs to be ‘one size fits all’. Has to be strong enough, and be a strong enough image to convince even the very guiltiest of  consciences, and ultimately to pierce through the hardest, most rock hard heart/s.)

23 And so it was necessary for the copies of the heavenly (that is copies of the real) things to be purified in that way - by blood. Yet the heavenly (the real) things themselves with better sacrifices than these. (Better than animal sacrifices which only portrayed the real, yet were genuine in effect, but was the makeshift? covenant/agreement/benefitting document for Israel until birthing the “savior of the world” after which there is “no longer hebrew nor greek/nonhebrew, except of course nationally concerning the prophetic drama and outworking/Ps.2/seal 2.)

24 For Christ has entered, not into holy places built by human hands, which are copies of the true things, but into heaven itself. To appear in the presence of God, on our behalf [as high priest for all].

21 - And in Capernaum, on the Sabbath he entered the synagogue and was teaching. 22 And the people were astonished, for he taught as one having authority, and not as the scribes. 23 And suddenly there was in the synagogue a man with an unclean spirit. And he cried out, 24 “What have you to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth! Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are—the Holy One of God.” 25 But Jesus rebuked him, “Be silent, and come out of him!” he said. 26 And the unclean spirit, convulsed the man, cried out with a loud voice, and then came out of him. 27 And the people were all amazed, so they said among themselves, “What is this? A new teaching with authority! He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey him!” 28 And at once his fame spread all throughout the surrounding region of Galilee.

29 After that Jesus left the synagogue and entered the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John. 30 Now Simon's mother-in-law lay ill with a fever, and they told him about her. 31 And he came and took her by the hand and sat her up, and the fever left her, and she got up and prepared them a meal.

32 And that evening as the sun was going down they brought to him all who were sick or oppressed by demons. 33 And the whole town was gathered together at the door. 34 And he healed many who were sick with various diseases, and cast out many demons. And he would not permit the demons to speak, because they knew who he was.

11 - But when Christ appeared as a high priest of the good things that have come, then through the greater and more perfect tent, one not built by man, that is not of this world, 12 he entered once for all into the holy place, not by means of the blood of goats and calves but by means of his own blood, thus having obtained an eternal redemption. 13 For if the sprinkling of the blood of goats and bulls, and ashes of a heifer sanctified and purified, 14 how much more the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself (a lamb) without blemish, purify our conscience, from dead works to serve the living God.

GospeL Verses ~ Luke 4:31-44

31 - Jesus went back to Capernaum in Galilee. He was teaching on the Sabbath, 32 and the people were astonished at his teaching, for his words were with authority. 33 And in the synagogue there was a man who had an unclean spirit, and he cried out with a loud voice, 34 “Ha! What have you to do with us, you Jesus of Nazareth! Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are—the Holy One of God!” 35 But Jesus rebuked him, and said, “Be silent and come out of him!” The demon threw him down, then came out of him, doing him no harm. 36 And they were all amazed and said to one another, “What is this? For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they obey him!” 37 And reports about him went out into every place in the surrounding countryside.

38 When he left the synagogue, he went to Simon Peter's house, and he found Simon's mother-in-law was ill with a high fever, and they appealed to him on her behalf. 39 And so he went to her and rebuked the fever, and it left her, and immediately she rose and made them a meal.

40 The sun was setting, and all those who had any who were sick with various ailments brought them to him, and he laid his hands on each one of them and healed them. 41 And demons came out of many, crying, “You are the Son of God!” But he rebuked them and would not allow them to speak, because they knew he was the Christ.

42 And when it was morning, he went to a lonely place. And the people looked for him and found him, and they wanted to keep him from leaving, 43 but he said, “I must proclaim the good news of the kingdom of God to the other towns as well, for this is why I was sent.” 44 And so he went and was preaching in the synagogues of Judea.

6 - And the preparations (of the now outdated priesthood) having been made, the priests would go regularly into the first room, and carry out their duties, 7 but into the second section, the most holy room, only the high priest goes, and he only once a year (on Day oF Atonement) and not without taking blood, which he offers for himself and for the unintentional sins of the people. 8 By this the Holy Spirit indicates that the way into the most holy place is not yet opened as long as the first holy place/room is still standing, 9 which is symbolic for the present age. According to this arrangement, gifts and sacrifices are offered that cannot make the person perfect, nor their conscience, 10 but dealt only with food and drink and various washings for the body required until the time of reformation [diorthosis - improvement, amendment, correction].

GospeL Verses ~ Luke 4:16-30

16 - And then Jesus went to his home town of Nazareth. And as was his custom, he went to the synagogue on the Sabbath.

He stood up to read, 17 and the scroll of the prophet Isaiah was handed to him. He unrolled the scroll and found the place where it’s written, 18 “The Spirit of the LORD is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim the good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and the recovering of sight to the blind. To set at liberty those who are oppressed, 19 to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor [dektos - acceptable, accepted, from dexomai - to receive, received favorably, welcomed because pleasing].” 20 And he rolled up the scroll, and gave it back to the attendant, and sat down. And the eyes of everyone were fixed upon him. 21 And he said, “Today this Scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing.” 22 And although all spoke well of him and knew he spoke gracious words, they said, “Is not this Joseph's son?” 23 And he said to them, “Doubtless you will quote to me this proverb, ‘physician, heal thyself. What we have heard of you doing at Capernaum, do here in your hometown as well’. 24 But the truth is, no prophet is acceptable and received in his hometown. 25 And in truth, I tell you, there were many widows in Israel in the days of Elijah, when the heavens were shut up for three years and six months, and a great famine came over all the land. 26 And Elijah was only sent to a widow woman in Zarephath, in the land of Sidon. 27 And there were many lepers in Israel in the time of the prophet Elisha, but none were cleansed, only Naaman the Syrian.”

28 When they heard these things, they became filled with wrath! 29 And they rose up and drove him out of town, to the brow of the hill on which their town stood, so they could throw him off the cliff. 30 But passing through the midst of them, he walked away.

Review - vs.10 - For this is the contract I will make with the house of Israel (this is what I will do/am doing concerning Israel/humanity) — (believers in Messiah are “grafted into Israel” and are now “part of the commonwealth of Israel”) — after those days, declares the LORD - I will put [didΓ³mi - give, put, place] my laws into their minds, and inscribe them upon their heart. And I will be their God, and they shall be my people. [Rev.21:1-5->and in verse 5, greek “pas” should read “all”.]

11 - “And they shall not teach each one his brother and neighbor saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they shall all know me, (those who have been) least to greatest. 12  For I will be merciful toward their injustices, and their wrong ways and doings. And I will remember their sins [hamartia - missing the mark] no more.” [Ro.11:32 - “He has subjected all to disobedience, that he have mercy upon all” - usually may is assumed and inserted, as - may have mercy upon all.]

13 In speaking of a new covenant (a contract, a guaranteed contract!) he makes the first one obsolete. And what becomes obsolete and grows old, vanishes away. (A relic, but no longer of use - after Israel birthed Jesus to the world, except to point out our flaws/missing the mark. We acknowledge it.. Then we are free of it. If we are living close to God, pursuing him, we should not have a problem with his commandments. Beware of people adding commandments! Relax! Certainly you’re not going to want to rob a bank.. Well no, you might want to, we get many bad impulses.. And less than good thoughts. But because His Spirit is with us and we abide in his words, We turn from them, as fast as they come to us - that’s how the new contract works. Remember after Jesus’ terrible suffering, and his death and resurrection, seven weeks later came Pentecost and God’s Gift. Without it we can never be an overcomer as advised in the Book of Revelation. ..The next holy day to be fulfilled, is Trumpets.)

9 Yet even the first one had regulations for observance and an earthly holy and sacred place. 2 For a tent was prepared - and in the first section was the lamp-stand, and the table with the bread of the Presence upon it. This first room was called the Holy Place.

3 And behind the second curtain was the second section called the Most Holy Place. 4 And in this room was the golden altar of incense along with the ark of the covenant which was gilded on all sides with gold, and inside of which was Aaron’s staff that budded, a golden urn holding manna, and the tablets of the covenant (of the ten society preserving commandments). 5 Above it were the cherubim of glory overshadowing the mercy seat. Of these things we cannot now speak in detail.

GospeL Verses ~ John 2:1-12

1 - Three days later there was a wedding at Cana in Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there. 2 Jesus also was invited, with his disciples. 3 When the wine ran out, his mother said to him, “They have no wine.” 4 And Jesus said, “Woman, my hour has not yet come.”5 But his mother said to the workers, “Do whatever he tells you to.”

6 Now there were six stone water jars there for the Jewish rites of washing, each one holding twenty or thirty gallons. 7 Jesus said to the workers, “Fill the jars with water.” And they filled them with water up to the brim. 8 And he said, “Go ahead and draw some out and take it to the master of the feast.” So they did, 9 and the master of the banquet tasted the water that was now wine. He didn’t know where it came from, though the workers knew. The master of the feast called the bridegroom 10 and said to him, “Everyone serves the good wine first, and when people have drunk freely, then the poor wine. But you have kept the best wine until last!” 11 This, the first of his signs, Jesus did at Cana in Galilee, and revealed his glory. And his disciples believed in him.

12 After this he went down to Capernaum, with his mother and his brothers and his disciples, and they stayed there for a few days.

1 - Now the point is this: we have such a high priest, who is seated at the right hand of the majesty in heaven, 2 a minister in the holy place, in the true tent set up by God, not man. 3 For every high priest is appointed to offer gifts and sacrifices, so it’s necessary for this priest also to have something to offer. 4 Now if he were upon earth, he would not be priest at all. For there are already priests who offer gifts according to the law. 5 They serve a copy and shadow of the real thing. For when Moses was about to erect the tent, he was instructed by God - “See that you make everything according to the pattern shown to you on the mountain.” 6 Now Christ, has a priesthood that is much more excellent than the old priesthood. And the covenant/agreement he mediates is superior, since it’s enacted on superior promises. 7 For if the first covenant had been faultless, there would have been no reason to have a newer one. 8 For he reveals fault with them when he says: “Behold, the days are coming, declares the LORD, when I will establish a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah, 9 not like the covenant that I made with their fathers when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt. And they did not continue in my covenant, and so I loosened my concern for them.” (Shielding fades..) 10 “And this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days” (failure/proof precedes success) - “I will write my laws upon their minds, and upon their hearts, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.”

     WeeKly BooK oF Revelation

               paraphrased study

Review and thots (my own studyπŸ€“) - vs.5,6 just previous - Then the angel took the censer and filled it with fire (and prayers of the ‘saints’) from the altar and threw it upon the earth, and there were peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightning, and an earthquake. ->The interrupting of 7:1,3, the holding back of the winds (of seal 6? 6:12-17). This interruption followed by the consolidating of powers - powers manifested this time as a many headed geopolitical beast/entity/institution, stepped into, lawlessly, by one from the office pinpointed by the 13:13 event. — The vision is portrayed 3 different times in Rev, so 13:13 can easily be the first seal 6 event! I think our heavenly Father loves a good riddle! And after this interruption of holding back the winds of seal 6 after its first occurrence, comes the consolidating of powers (iron-bronze/roman-graeco/west and clay/not west/the fallen away west) along with the much lauded treaty/league of Daniel 9:27  - berith - covenant, league, treaty. (Proof of “the gap” in the “70 weeks prophecy - Lk.19:41,44). But the praised treaty alas only lasts 7 years and is broken in the middle against Israel and 1,290 days later is “set up” the final abomination that desolates (this time upon the human temple, the person/people, meant for God’s Spirit/Presence (Life!) - Dn.12:11-12 with Lk.19:41,44 and 1Cor.3:16.

6 And now the seven angels who have the seven trumpets prepare to blow them.

7 - The first angel blew his trumpet, and there came hail and fire, mixed with blood, and it was thrown upon the earth, and a third of earth was burned up, and a third of trees, and (where it was?) all the green grass was burned up. (#3 ‘thunder’? Number one being 6:12-17 - but the seal is all its occurrences blended, the whole element of the age (seal) described first to last. And #2 thunder? is 8:5)

8 The second angel blew his trumpet, and something that looked like a great mountain on fire, was thrown into the sea, and a third of the sea became as blood. 9 A third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships (and trade?) were destroyed. (#4? thunder?/seal 6 event)

10 The third angel blew his trumpet, and a great star fell from heaven, like a torch. And it fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water. (7:17) 11 The name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters became wormwood, and many people died from the water, because it had been made bitter. (#5?)

12 The fourth angel blew his trumpet, and a third of the sun was stricken, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of their light was darkened, and a third of the day did not give its light, and so it was also for a third of the night. (#6?)

13 Then I looked, and saw an eagle flying overhead and it cried out with a loud voice -  “Woe, woe, woe to those who dwell upon earth, because the soundings of the other trumpets that the three angels are about to blow!” (Worse things yet?😳

A key? The triple six riddle in last days prophecy - six is the number of man, who is carbon based. Carbon having six protons makes its atomic number to be six. Besides 6 protons, it also has six neutrons and six electrons. A triple six. This suggests to me that all of apocalypse is mankind’s doings.

God can claim all judgments as his (the ‘thunderings of his voice’) because it is after all, he, who created a cause and effect universe and reality. ..Otherwise creation as an ant farm?? We can trust this, God “is Perfect” so the ‘end’ result of all things can only be the best one possible. The greek word translated end means end-aim, “tel” like tel-escope.. prophecy repeats from smaller scope to full scope and end-aim of it.

We can trust in, and praise our heavenly Father’s end-aim, knowing he is - surely? - 100% unfettered Genius. Supreme. God is supreme and all mighty. ..If there’d been no option to stray in Eden? NO power of choice in creation? Ant farm!

If things - choices other than his - are not allowed to run their course, what exactly would be the whole point? Notice how “all in heaven and earth” are taking this unavoidable journey/lesson all together at once. And how life as we presently know it - the straying itself - turns out to be the very crucible of correction! THE one that works and will persuade all that straying from God who is Life, and “is perfect” can neveR work - lol? Imperfect being an ABYSS of potential…

14 - After John was arrested, Jesus came into Galilee, proclaiming the gospel of God, 15 saying, “The time is here, the kingdom of God is close at hand, repent (and turn now to Me) and believe the gospel.”

16 As he was walking along the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simon (Peter) and his brother Andrew casting a net into the sea, for they were fishermen. 17 And Jesus said to them, “Come and follow me, and I will make you to be fishers of men.”18 And so they left their nets and followed him. 19 And going on a little further, he saw James the son of Zebedee and John his brother, who were in their boat mending nets. 20 And he called to them, and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired workers and followed him.

25 He [the forever high priest, Jesus, Son of God] is able to save/rescue/make safe to the furthest extreme those who draw near to God through him. This is because he ever lives to make intercession for them. 26 It is fitting that we have a high priest who is holy, innocent, unstained, separated from sinners (far superior to being imperfect) and who is exalted above the heavens. 27 He has no need, like the previous high priests [of a temporary priesthood for the people] to offer sacrifices daily. First for the priests own sins! And then also for those of the people. But the new priest did this once for all, when he offered up his own self [as the sacrifice]. 28 For the law appointed mere men in their weakness, as high priests, but the word of the oath, which came later than the law, appoints a Son who has been made perfect forever. (Tested as perfect in the refiner’s fire like silver and gold.)

WeekLy BooK oF Acts 5 17-42

 a paraphrased study

17 - But the high priest rose up, and all who were with him, that is, the party of the Sadducees, for they were filled with jealousy. 18 They rose up and arrested the apostles and put them in prison.19 But then, during the night, an angel of the Lord opened the prison doors and led them out, and he said to them, 20 “Go to the temple and speak to the people all the words of this Life.” 21 And when they heard this, they entered the temple at daybreak and they began to teach.

In the morning, the high priest and the Sadducees came, and called together the council, all the senate of the sons of Israel, and they sent to the prison to have them brought in. 22 But when the officers came, they didn’t find them, so they returned and reported, 23 “We found the prison securely locked and the guards standing at the doors, but when we opened them we found no one inside.” 24 Now when the captain of the temple and the chief priests heard this, they were greatly perplexed. 25 Then someone came and told them, “Look! The men you put in prison are standing in the temple and teaching the people.” 26 Then the captain with the officers went and brought them to the council, yet not by force, for they were afraid of the people, that they would throw stones.

27 The high priest said, 28 “We strictly charged you to not teach in this name! And here you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching! You intend to bring this man's blood upon us!” 29 But Peter and the apostles answered, “We must obey God rather than men. 30 The God of our fathers raised Jesus, whom you killed by having him hung on a tree. 31 God has exalted him at his right hand as Leader and Savior, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins. 32 And we are witnesses of these things, and so is the Holy Spirit (/Presence of God) which God gives to those who obey him.”

33 Listening to this, they were enraged and wanted to kill them. 34 But a Pharisee of the council named Gamaliel, a teacher of the law who was held in honor by the people, stood up and gave orders to put the men outside for a while. 35 And then he said, “Men of Israel, take care what you do with these men. 36 For before these days Theudas rose up, claiming to be somebody, and a number of men, about four hundred, joined him. He was killed, and all who followed him were scattered and it all came to nothing. 37 After him Judas the Galilean rose up in the days of the census and drew away some of the people after himself. He too perished, and all who followed him were dispersed. 38 So in this case, keep away from these men and let them alone, for if this plan or undertaking is of man, it will fail. 39 But if it is of God, you will not be able to defeat them. You might even be found to be opposing God!” So they took his advice, 40 and when they had called in the apostles, they had them beat and charged them not to speak in the name of Jesus, and then they let them go. 41 Then they left the council, rejoicing they were counted worthy to suffer for the name [onoma - name, authority, cause]. 42 And every day, in the temple and from house to house, they continued to teach and proclaim that the Christ/Messiah is Jesus. [Christ - Christos - anointed one, Messiah; XristΓ³s - from xríō - anoint with olive oil – properly, the anointed one, the Christ - Hebrew, Messiah.]

GospeL Verses ~ Luke 3:23-4:15

23 - Jesus, when he began his ministry, was about thirty years of age, being the son, as was supposed, of Joseph, the son of Heli.. (snipped) 38 the son of Enos, the son of Seth, the son of Adam, the son of God.

4:1 - And Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from his baptism in the Jordan and was led by the Spirit to the wilderness. 2 And for forty days, he was being tempted (harassed) by the devil. He was fasting during those days. And when they were ended, he was hungry. 3 And the devil said to him, “If you are the Son of God, command this stone to become bread.” 4 But Jesus answered, “It’s written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone.’”

5 And the devil took him up and showed him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time, 6 and said to him, “I will give to you all this glory and authority, for it has been delivered to me, and I give it to whomever I will! 7 If you, then, will worship me, it will be yours!” 8 And Jesus answered, “It’s written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and him only shall you serve and worship.’”

9 Then he took him to Jerusalem and set him on the pinnacle of the temple and said, “If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down from this height, 10 for it’s written, ‘He will command his angels to guard you, 11 and they will bear you up, lest you strike your foot against a stone.’” 12 But Jesus answered, “It is written, ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test.’” 13 And when the devil had ended every temptation, he left him until a later opportunity.

14 And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit of God to Galilee, and the news of him went out through all the surrounding region. 15 And he taught in their synagogues, and was praised by all.

                ~ Hebrews 7:18-24 ~

18 - Another way of saying it, a former commandment is set aside because of its weakness and unprofitableness - 19 for the law made nothing perfect (thAt was not its actual intention - otherwise it would have worked for that). And a BETTER hope [elpis - expectation, hope] (imo, expectation) is introduced through-which we draw-near to God. (And in this one, we are not able to boast, the former one having proven that.)

20 And it was not without an oath. For those who formerly became priests under the system through Moses, were made priests without an oath. 21 But this one [Jesus] was made a priest with an oath - “The Lord has sworn. And will not change his mind - ‘You are a priest forever.’” (Unfading.)

22 This makes Jesus the guarantor of a better covenant. 23 The former priests were many in number, but they could not continue in the priesthood, because they, like all men, die. 24 But his (the Son’s) priesthood is permanent, because he is unfading.

GospeL Verses ~ Luke 3:15-22, Mark 1:9-13

15 - There was a spirit of expectation and people were wondering if John might be the Christ. 16 But John answered them saying, “I baptize you with water, but he who is mightier than I is coming! The strap of whose sandals I’m not worthy to unlace. He is the one who will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. 17 His winnowing fork is in his hand, to clear his threshing floor and to gather the wheat into his barn, but the chaff (from off the wheat) he will burn with the fire that does not go out.” (Imperfection-corruption- decay—think compost. Decay, the worm that doesn’t quit.)

18 And so with many other exhortations John preached good news to the people.19 But Herod the tetrarch, who had been called out by him for all the evils he had done and for Herodias, his brother's wife, 20 added this to it all, he locked John up in prison.

21 But at the time when all the people were being baptized, and Jesus too, and was praying, the heavens were opened, 22 and the Holy Spirit descended upon him in bodily form, like a dove. And a voice came from heaven, “You are my beloved Son. With you I am well pleased.”

Mark 1:9 - In those days Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan River. 10 And when he came up out of the water, immediately he saw the heavens opened and the Spirit descending upon him like a dove. 11 And a voice came from heaven, “You are my beloved Son. With you I am well pleased.” 12 Then the Spirit immediately drove him out into the wilderness. 13 And he was in the wilderness for forty days, being tempted by Satan. And was with the wild animals, with angels ministering to him.

13 - And the one of whom these things are spoken, belonged to a different tribe, from which no one has ever served at the altar. 14 And it’s evident our Lord Jesus was descended from Judah, and in connection with that tribe Moses did not say anything about the priesthood. 15 So when the priest arises in the likeness of Melchizedek, 16 one who has become a priest, not on the basis of a legal appointment having to do with human descent, but by the power of an indestructible life. 17 For it is witnessed of Jesus, “You are a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.” [Ps.11:4]

A Covering Seraphim

I watched a video, a short, and then later realized in my studies has been coming up the phrase “about to happen”.. And now I find myself thinking of it in terms of this — I’ve thought to myself how patient God is, how he waited a long time for the first bound to occur rebellious thought to happen and fully mature, before creating the universe and man and woman.

“In the beginning God..” alone. Undifferentiated. Then became the “only begotten” - only straight out from God one, the “firstborn over all creation” - the Son.

Sometime later.. Father and Son create spirit beings, the angels. And that some “left their first place” shows they were endowed with thinking and reasoning ability. Using the King of Tyre - as a type - the occurrence of the first bound to occur stray and rebel thinking is made mention of (in Ezek.28:14). The adversary, the serpent in Eden was a “covering cherub/cherubim/seraphim”. See link to the short below, and Rev.12:9.

So now I realize, covering seraphim of what? Eden. All ready and set up, for the seditious thought of a covering seraphim that “was about to occur”. And the ark of the covenant portrays this whole story..?! The covering seraphim (plural) over creation (angels helped ‘build’ doing God’s bidding?) ..And one day while looking down and covering with wings stretched out.. the first fully formed imperfect and seditious way of thinking - “I - will be God.. I will! Ascend..! My throne, my seat above His.”

A first straying/imperfection, which set in motion the change of everything. And by this, God engineered it so that “all in heaven and earth” take this unavoidable journey/lesson all together at once. Otherwise each thinking, reasoning, thus able to make choices being, would stray in their own timing, one now, another later.. etc. etc. and etc., taking virtually ‘forever’. And what a disorganized mess!

Two major questions concerning life - what are the options for a creation? [1] A total ant farm? Or [2] not? And second question, just how do you create genuinely able to think and reason beings, aNd, keep paradise/perfection intact?

God being 100% unfettered Genius, and who “is perfect” (mt.5:48) is up to the task. He has “subjected all (of us mortals) to disobedience/straying” (Ro.11:32) all at once. As sooner or later all are bound to have a questioning God thought. Which is imperfection, the opposite of Life/Perfection, God.

And so it is that Jesus “will draw all” (Jn.12:32). He said - “All those in the tombs/graves” — and God surely(?) is Life, and “is perfect” so straying/imperfect can never work — they “will hear God’s voice and will come forth” (from the graves/tombs) “some into the resurrection of life” (into THE millennium and long second advent, to serve called reigning.. for to do His works is surely to reign.. crown of Life, not metal). “And some in the resurrection into the” (GWT) “judgment” ‘day’ (Jn.5:28-29, discernment day?) which elsewhere He calls agelasting correction [“kolasin aionion” oR “korrection eonian”] Mt.25:46. The completing of drawing all! And surely(?) it’s a same process of refinement/correction/learning for all. The crucible being life as we presently know it - this unavoidable, all important contrast - until vivification either at 1Cor.15:52,53 or at Rev.21:5, 1Cor.15:24-28. All shall have character, and thought, which is clear as crystal. Humanity and creation sealed.

Lake of fire is earthly prophecy.

Oxygen, air.. breath of life, this life and living is on fire.. Ever had a compost pile? Life as presently known - imperfect - is a living parable of the decomposing ‘apple’/or fruit, and its worm (decay) that does not quit.

The good news of the Kingdom (and of the resurrection) is - “God will tabernacle/dwell with mankind.. everyone living under vines and fruit trees.. the lion will eat straw like the ox. The bear will graze with the cow, with their young will pasture and lie down together” Rev.21:3, Micah 4:4, Isaiah 11:7. “His kingdom will never end” Lk.1:33.

Link to the short - the serpent is a seraphim

GospeL Verses ~ Luke 3:7-14

7 - He (“John the Baptist”) said to the crowds coming out to be baptized by him, “You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the wrath that is coming? 8 Bear fruits in keeping with repentance. And don’t just say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as our father’!” (Or ‘I go to church on Sunday’ or ‘Didn’t I give to missions?’ etc.) “For I tell you, God is able from these stones to raise up children to Abraham. 9 Even now the axe is laid to the root of the trees! Every tree that doesn’t bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into a fire.” [Earthly. John the Baptizer was prophesying of 70 CE.]

10 And the crowds asked him, “What then shall we do?” 11 And he answered, “Whoever has two tunics is to share with him who has none. And whoever has food, do likewise.” 12 Tax collectors also came to be baptized and they asked him, “Teacher, what shall we do?” 13 And he said, “Collect no more than you are supposed to!” 14 Soldiers also asked him, and he said, “Don’t demand money from anyone by threats or by falsely accusing. And be content with your wages!”

11 - Now if perfection had been attainable through the Levitical priesthood (Heb.11:40) - for under it the people received the law - what further need would there have been for another priest to arise after the order of Melchizedek, rather than one named after the priestly order of Aaron? 12 For when there is a change in the priesthood, there is a change in the law as well. [Law - nΓ³mos - law, as "the Law" or "law" as a general principle, or both simultaneously, determined by the context (and in this, it is both - the Law, which is now superior, summed up as “love”. And it is a change in the ruling principle, under the new priesthood of Jesus).]

GospeL Verses ~ Mark 1:1-8

1 - The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

2 As it is written in Isaiah the prophet, “Behold, I send my messenger before you, who will prepare the way, 3 the voice of one crying in the wilderness - ‘Prepare the way of the Lord, make a straight path for him!’” 4 And so did John appear, baptizing in the wilderness and proclaiming a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins [hamartia - missing the mark] (of perfection, and since God is Life and “is perfect” mt.5:48 — is that a paradox? Not for God.) 5 And all the region of Judea and all Jerusalem were going out to him and were being baptized by him in the river Jordan, and by it confessing their sins(/imperfection/not making the grade/wrongdoings, and wrong impulses and thoughts). 6 Now John was clothed with camel's hair and wore a leather belt around his waist and he ate (off the land) locusts and wild honey. 7 And he proclaimed a message, saying, “After me comes he who is far greater than I, the strap of whose sandals I’m not worthy to stoop down and untie. 8 I have baptized you with water, but HE will baptize you with the Holy Spirit(/Presence of God).”

4 - And see how great this man was to whom Abraham, the patriarch, gave a tenth of the spoils! 5 And the descendants of Levi, appointed to the priestly office, have a commandment/instruction in the law to take tithes from the people, that is, from their brothers, though their brothers are also descended from Abraham. 6 But this man, not descended from Abraham, received tithes from Abraham and blessed him to whom the promises were given. 7 It is beyond argument that one in an inferior office is blessed by one in the superior. 8 In the one case tithes are received by mortal (fading away) men, but in this case, was blessed by one of whom it seems does not fade. (So serves as a type and symbol of Jesus, who is high priest forever.) 9 One might even say that Levi himself, who receives tithes, paid tithes to Melchizedek through Abraham, 10 before he was yet born.
