2 Corinthians 2 10-17

12/20 ~ From New Testament Letters

🕊️ (In the Order Believed Written)

10 - Anyone you forgive, I forgive also! As a matter of fact, if I’ve forgiven anything, it’s been in Jesus, and for your sake. 11 This is so we would not be outwitted by Satan, for we’re not uninformed of his tricks and designs.

12 When I came to Troas to preach the gospel of Christ, even though a door was opened for me in the Lord, 13 my spirit was not at rest because I didn’t find my brother Titus there. So I left and went on to Macedonia.

14 And thanks be to God, who - in Christ - always leads us in triumphal procession {Rev.6:2} and then through us, spreads the fragrance of the knowledge of him everywhere. 15 For we are the aroma of Christ among those who are being saved, and among those who are perishing. 16 To one a fragrance of death to death {ruin to ruin, failure to failure, and natural entropy} to the other, a fragrance of life to life. Who is sufficient for these things? 17 For we are not, like so many, peddlers {making a profit} of God's word, but as men of sincerity, as commissioned by God. And in the sight of God, we speak in Christ.
