Some folks are all bent out of shape - we’re aLL bent out of shape in one way or another - but they’re tied in knots over judgment. So evil doing is met with judgment and justice! What did we expect!? It’s okay to bomb and plunder even sell children as sex slaves.. and all is well?
The bible says God is letting history run its course right to the brink of annihilation. Logically what else would you do?
He did and has intervened. But maybe we should get this straight first - it is HE who “subjected all to desobedience” namely to this imperfection, this straying. Engineered it so “all in heaven and earth” take this unavoidable journey/lesson all together at once. This being strained - our character run through a strainer. The chaff beaten from off of the wheat. But first, we’re born as wild weeds. We’re like thorns and thistles in God’s garden. A paradox! Go ahead and create able to think and reason beings.. but! Thinking includes at least some power of choice. Now think about this. God (surely?) is life itself.. The spark and “breath of Life”. If “in the beginning God” what else would be THE life force?
You see why straying is such an impossible thing!? To stray away from Life cannot have a good prognosis. And hasn’t history already proven what an abyss of possibilities it is! And God, being life, witnesses, lives through, and experiences it all! And endowed thinking (thus power of choice) anyway!
Other side of the coin? If there were no thinking beings, wouldn’t creation be just a sort of ant farm?
So how do you create thinking beings, aNd, keep paradise/perfection intact? I think we have to have 100% herd immunity.
He made two ‘small’ gardens. Eden, with the prominant option of straying and imperfection, and later Israel. Both were micro versions.
Going full circle, a regenesis (Rev.21:1-5) will bring back the total Earth garden. And to Israel was given ten rules to preserve society - misunderstood. For instance not taking God’s name in vain likeky has more to do with making a bad oath, usually made to harm another. Same with bearing false witness. (Jes sayin’.) Israel intended as a microcosm and a place for Messiah (rescuer) to be born into the midst of. And from there the good news message to go into all the world.. Meanwhile power of choice runs its course, and as many as can be born are born.. God sees all from the beginning. As God has to be genius, you know why? Because everything cannot come from nothing. There must be something behind matter that is greater than matter. And that would be intelligence. And the highest form of intelligence, is pure, unadulterated genius. And that is ..Really Good News. Drag our feet all we want.. Fear is the factor! Christ Crucified is a strong enough sacrifice to appease every guilty conscience and the delicate human psyche. And “lake of fire” is prophecy and event(s). And is NOT a place!
