    Matthew 24:45-51

45 โ€œWho then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master can make ruler over his household, to give them food in due season?โ€ (Who can he trust, when he breaks the bread of Life, to distribute to the household/people?) 46 โ€œBlessed is that servant whom his master, when he comes, will find so doing. 47 I tell you the truth, the master will put such a servant in charge of all he owns. 48 But suppose that servant is wicked and says to himself, โ€˜My master wonโ€™t be back for a while,โ€™ 49 and he then begins to beat his fellow servants (also with words) and a lot of partying, and getting drunk? 50 The master will return unannounced and unexpected, 51 and will โ€œseverโ€ him (from his employment) and assign his place with the hypocrites [hypokritแธ—s - pretender, commonly used of actors on the Greek stage] where there is the weeping and gnashing of teeth (misery, and the initial conditions of some on the โ€œlast Greatโ€ โ€˜dayโ€™, as portrayed in the rich man and Lazarus parable and in the outside of the vision narrative of Rev.22). (Lev.23:36, Jn.7:37)

        Paulโ€™s Letter to Titus

              ~ Titus 1:1-9 ~

1 - Paul, a servant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ to further the faith of Godโ€™s chosen (chosen to recieve sight during this brief lifetime) and to further their knowledge of the truth that leads to godliness. 2 In the hope [elpรญs - expectation] of eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised before the world began. 3 And which now at his appointed season he has brought to light through the preaching entrusted to me by the command of God our Savior, 4 to Titus, my true son in our common faith: Grace and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Savior.

5 I left you on the island of Crete so you could complete our work there and appoint elders in each town as I instructed you. 6 An elder must live a blameless life, be faithful in marriage, whose children are believers and not riotous, or unruly. 7 A church leader as manager of Godโ€™s household, must live a blameless life, not arrogant or quick-tempered, not a heavy drinker, violent, nor dishonest with money. 8 But hospitable, a lover of good, self-controlled, upright, holy, and disciplined. 9 And must hold firm to the trustworthy message as taught, so they can encourage others with sound teaching and are able to refute others who contradict.
