GospeL Verses ~ Matthew 9:27-38

27 - As Jesus passed on from there, two blind men followed him, crying out, “Have mercy on us, Son of David!” 28 When he was in the house, the blind men came to him, and Jesus said, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” They said to him, “Yes, Lord.” 29 Then he touched their eyes, and said, “According to your faith so be it.” 30 And their eyes were opened. But Jesus warned them, “See that no one knows about it.” 31 But they went away and spread his fame through all that district.

32 As Jesus with the disciples were going on their way, a demon oppressed man, unable to speak was brought to him. 33 And when the demon had been cast out, the mute man spoke, and the crowds were amazed, saying, “Never has anything like this been seen in Israel!” 34 But the Pharisees said, “By the prince of the demons he casts out the demons.”

35 Jesus went through all the cities and villages, and in the meeting places, teaching and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction. 36 As he saw the crowds coming and following after him, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, and like sheep with no shepherd. 37 And he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. 38 Pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”

From New Testament Letters

     (In the Order Believed Written)

                  ~ Romans 5:6-10 ~

6 - For while we were in weakness, and at the right time, Christ died for the ungodly. 7 For someone would scarcely die for a righteous person—though perhaps for a good person one might dare to die. 8 But God revealed his love for us in that while we were still sinners [hamartia - missing the mark] Christ died for us. 9 And since we have now been justified by his blood, much more shall we be saved by him from the wrath (cause and effect, full consequences) of God. (Who made a cause and effect universe.) 10 For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more so, since we are reconciled, shall we be saved [sózó - saved, healed, safe, preserved] by his life.
