GospeL Verses ~ Matthew 8:28-34

28 - And when Jesus came to the other side of the lake (Galilee) they came to the country of the Gadarenes, and two demon possessed men met him, coming out of the tombs. They were so fierce that no one would pass by that way. 29 And the men cried out, “What have you to do with us, O Son of God? Have you come here to torment us before the time?!” 30 Now a herd of many pigs was feeding at some distance away. 31 And the demons begged him, saying, “If you cast us out, send us away into the herd of pigs.” 32 And Jesus said to them, “Go.” So they came out and went into the pigs, and the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the sea (of Galilee) and drowned in the waters. 33 The herdsmen then fled, and going into the city they told everything that had happened with the demon-possessed men. 34 And then all the city came out to meet Jesus, and when they came to him, they urged him to leave their region.

From New Testament Letters

     (In the Order Believed Written)

                  ~ Romans 4:9-13 ~

9 - Is this blessing then only for the circumcised, or also for the uncircumcised? (Those who have the law of God, and those who don’t.) For we say that faith was credited to Abraham as righteousness. 10 How then was it credited to him? Was it before or after he had been circumcised? It was not after, but before he was circumcised. 11 He received the sign of circumcision as a seal (notary) - of the righteousness that he had by faith - while he was still uncircumcised. The purpose was to make him the father of all who believe without being circumcised, so that righteousness would be counted to them as well,. 12 And, to make him the father of the circumcised, who are not only circumcised but who walk in the footsteps of the faith that our father Abraham had before he was circumcised. 13 For the promise to Abraham and his offspring that he would be heir of the world, didn’t come through the law (through earning/work) but through the righteousness [dikaiosunΓ© - righteousness, justice] of faith. (Why is righteousness credited through faith - justice? Because it was God who endowed thinking and reasoning ability, which includes at least some power of choice? Which all were bound to, sooner or later stray.. So it was engineered - by God - so “all in heaven and earth” - take this unavoidable journey and all important lesson, all together at once. I.e, our present imperfection was God’s doing. As God “is perfect” Mt.5:48, so makes no mistakes, nothing can take him by surprise. “Perfect” cannot lose anything. His other option, a forever ant farm? God is life, surely? So he lives through all that ever occurs. And He endowed thinking and reasoning ability anyway!)
