         Luke 17:20-37

20 One day the Pharisees asked Jesus, “When will the Kingdom of God come?” Jesus answered, “The kingdom doesn’t come by careful scrutiny. 21 You won’t be able to say, ‘Here it is!’ or ‘It’s over there!’ For the Kingdom of God is already among you.” (Imo, Jesus is the Kingdom!) [Entos - within, among.] 22 And he said to the disciples, “The days are coming when you will long to see one of the days of the Son of Man, and you will not see it. 23 People will tell you, ‘There he is!’ or ‘Here he is!’ But don’t go out and follow them. 24 Because the Son of Man in his day will be like the lightning, which flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other.” (Is seen. The coming of the kingdom in full.) 25 “But first he must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation. 26 When the Son of Man returns, it will be like it was in Noah’s day. 27 They were eating, they were drinking, they were marrying, they were being given in marriage, until - that day - Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came and destroyed all. 28 Likewise as it was also in the days of Lot. They ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built. 29 But the day Lot left Sodom, fire and brimstone rained down from heaven and destroyed all.” (Mt.13:30 is in the same way - Rev.16:13-16.) (The translators added “things” to “pas - all” in some crucial places, ๐Ÿค”maybe they could’ve added them here. As there are survivors of apocalypse we know by Rev.20:7, unless it’s referring to “all” the very wicked ‘alphas’(?) of the last empire of man.) 30 Yes, it will be ‘business as usual’ right up to the day when the Son of Man is revealed [apokaluptรณ - to uncover, reveal, make visible]. 31 In that day no one who is on the housetop, with possessions inside, should go down to get them. Likewise, no one in the field should go back for anything. 32 Remember Lot’s wife! 33 If you cling to your life, you will lose it, and if you let your life go, you will save it.

34 I tell you, at that time [houtos, hautรฉ, touto - this] night [nux - night, by night] there will be two in one bed. One will be taken [paralambรกnล - from para - close, and lambano - aggressively take] and the other left. 35 Two women will be grinding grain, one will be taken and the other left. 36 Two men will be in the field, one will be taken and the other will be left.” 37 “Taken where?” they asked. Jesus said, "Where there is a corpse, there the vultures will gather."

        ~ Galatians 1:1-5 ~

1 - This letter is from Paul, an apostle.

I was not appointed by any group of people or any human authority, but by Jesus Christ himself and by God the Father. Who raised Jesus from the dead. 2 All the brothers and sisters here join me in sending this letter to the churches of Galatia. 3 Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, 4 Jesus gave his life for our sins, just as God our Father planned, in order to rescue us from this evil age and world in which we live, 5 to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

(Prophecy repeats, from a ‘smaller’ fulfillment to full scale fulfillment.)

14 This second beast fooled people on earth by working (modern? like ai? and so much more) miracles for the first beast (the huge many headed geopolitical entity, who’s in partnership with $ity babble, an oligarchy, sitting on seven hills/continents). Then the second, smaller beast talked them into making an idol in the form of the beast that did not die after being wounded by a sword. (Was reborn after expiring when its head/originator did not sign on after all?) 15 He was then permitted to give life to this statue. So that it could speak. And then the statue of the beast commanded that anyone refusing to worship it must die. [Another version - And it was allowed to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast might even speak and might cause those who would not worship [proskynรฉล - to do reverence to, the basic meaning in the opinion of most scholars, is to kiss, from prรณs -towards, and kyneo - to kiss, properly, to kiss the ground when prostrating before a superior] the image of the beast, to be slain. Or - The second beast was permitted to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that the image could speak and cause all who refuse to worship it to be killed. (This is an escalation from “cannot buy or sell without”. Reversing order is sometimes used to help veil?) 16 And it makes everyone small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to be given a mark on [epi - on, upon] their right hand or on their forehead. 17 And no one could buy or sell without that mark, which was either the name of the beast or the number representing his name. [Or - so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name.] 18 Here is a call for wisdom: Let the one who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man, and that number is 666. (“A” man is not necessarily originally in the verse. Triple 6 as the number of man? It’s all man’s doing? All this chaos and its effects portrayed in bible prophecy, that is. Prophecy like salvation repeats like widening ripples of a pond. From micro (Israel) to macro (world, and full pond ripple). Cross reference to the triple 6? Daniel 12:11-12 with Mt.24:1-2, Mk.13:1-2.

Mt.24:1-2 - “As Jesus was leaving the Temple ground, his disciples pointed out to him the various Temple buildings. But he answered them, “Do you see all this? Truly, I tell you, there will not be one stone upon another, that will not be thrown down.” And Dn.12:11-12 - “From the time the perpetual sacrifice is taken away” (abolished, no more stone atop another at the Western Wall? Current holy place to Israel) and the abomination that desolates is set up, there will be 1,290 days.” (This time upon the human temple meant for God’s Spirit/Presence?)

          Luke 15:21-32

21 “'Father,' the son said, 'I have sinned against God and against you. I am no longer fit to be called your son.' 22 But his father said to the servants, ‘Quick! Bring the finest robe in the house and put it on him. Get a ring for his finger and sandals for his feet. 23 And kill the calf we have been fattening. We must celebrate with a feast! 24 My son was dead and has come back to life.! He was lost but has been found.' Then they began to celebrate. 25 Meanwhile, the older son (Israel) was in the field. When he came near the house, he heard music and dancing. 26 So he called one of the servants (workers) and asked him what was going on. 27 ‘Your brother is back,’ he was told, ‘and your father has killed the fattened calf. We are celebrating because of his safe return.’ 28 The older brother became angry and refused to go in. So his father went out and tried to reason with him. 29 But he replied, ‘All these years I’ve slaved for you and never disobeyed your orders. And in all that time you never gave me even one young goat for a feast with my friends. 30 Yet when this son of yours comes back after squandering your money on prostitutes, you celebrate by killing the fattened calf!’ 31 ‘My son,’ the father said, ‘you are always with me, and everything I have is yours. 32 We had to celebrate this happy day. For your brother was dead, and has come back to life. He was lost, but now he is found.’”

  ~ 2 Thessalonians 3:6-18 ~

6 And now, dear brothers and sisters, we give you this instruction in the name of our Lord Jesus, stay away from believers who lead an undisciplined or idle life and are not following “the way” they received from us. 7 For you yourselves know how you ought to imitate us (follow the first believer’s example). For we did not act in a disorderly way among you. 8 We never accepted food from anyone without paying for it. We worked hard day and night so we would not be a burden to any of you. 9 Not that we lack this right, but we wanted to offer ourselves as an example for you to imitate. [Example is from the greek word “tupos” - originally, the mark of a blow, then a stamp struck by a die, a figure, copy, image, pattern, model, type, prefiguring something or somebody.] (๐Ÿ˜ฒ This reminds me of how Jesus is called “the first” which the greek written, is “proto”. Elsewhere, it says “we shall be like him” [“for we shall see him as he is”]. It’s not any leap at all to figure that Jesus is God’s prototype. So what do you think? Is it worth it to live through this all important contrast? Jesus said if we have faith the size of a small seed we could cast mountains into the sea.. What comes to mind is a bunch of ‘me first’ beings, all throwing mountains at each other! You know? Just how do you create able to think and reason beings, and keep paradise/perfection intact?? For thinking includes at least some power of choice. — Which ‘free will’ is a huge exaggeration of. When it comes to the faith/salvation (of all) - as to doctrine, I think it’s ‘free-will’ versus “God chooses”. There’s a very short parable/story/illustration Jesus told, Mt.13:33, key word 3? “The kingdom” (the harvest?) “is like a woman working leaven into three batches of dough” (three yummy baked loaves) “until all is leavened”. Is it possible “until all is leavened” has made us overlook “like leaven”. The kingdom progresses(?) like leaven.. If “God chooses” what role we play - takes our blinders off now, or upon the last great day, the GWT ‘day’ - why would ‘their’ “correction” [kolasin] be any different than ‘ours’? Jesus SAID, “All those in the tombs/graves will hear God’s voice and will come forth” (from the graves/tombs) “some into the resurrection of life (into THE millennium, yes?) And some into the resurrection of judgment” (Jn.5:28-29) which elsewhere He calls agelasting correction [“kolasin aionion” or “eonian correction” Mt.25:46].

Those of the second resurrection are cast into the bright light of the GWT, great day of review ‘day’.. Into the radiant light of God’s Presence/Spirit. Some - think despots, predators - are bound to feel some fiery inner torment. And burning shame! In another parable, “please Abraham drop me a drip of water for my parched being”.. “You will see the blind and the lame” (the nobodies) “at the feast” (bounty of Life) “but you yourselves outside” (oh pharisee).. Imagine if you’d been a mean and cruel despot.. oh the gut wrenching remorse! ..Which would be sure to overtake the gnashing of teeth toward God.. Because Jesus “will draw all”. And beating oneself up over it (“with many stripes”) and the inner outside of the light darkness, would finally begin to brighten, giving way to the dawning of “Christ Crucified”. Which is a strong enough image, and truth, to appease even the most guilty of consciences. Yet closure for all, because I can’t help thinking the heart wrenching remorse would take a while to dissipate? If it would totally at all? But would tesurface time to time..? God is “writing His law” (love, 100% love) upon every heart and mind (each one, others first). Etched with his very finger upon the stone tablets of our heart and psyche.)

10 For even when we were with you, we would give you this: If anyone is not willing to work, let him not eat! 11 Yet we hear that some of you are living idle lives, refusing to work and meddling in other people’s business. 12 We urge such by the Lord Jesus to lead quiet lives, earning their own living, that they may eat their own bread. 13 As for the rest of you, dear brothers and sisters, never tire of doing good. 14 Take note of those who refuse to obey what we say in this letter. Stay away from them so they will be ashamed. 15 But don’t think of them as enemies, warn them as you would a brother or sister. 16 Now may the God of peace himself give you his peace at all times and in every situation. The Lord be with you all. 17 Here is my greeting in my own handwriting—Paul. I do this in all my letters to prove they are from me. 18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with all of you.

         Luke 15:11-20

11 To illustrate the point further [that there is great rejoicing at someone/everyone’s turning to God] (the blinders removed, aka, they are found, BY God). Jesus told them this story/parable, “A man had two sons. 12 The younger son told his father, ‘I want my share of your estate now before you die.’ So his father agreed to divide his wealth between his sons. 13 Not many days later this younger son packed all his belongings, and moved to a distant land, and there he wasted all his money in wild living. 14 About the time his money ran out, a great famine swept over the land, and he began to starve. 15 So he went and hired himself out to a farmer of that country, who sent him to his fields to feed some pigs. 16 The young man became so hungry that even the pods he was feeding the pigs looked good to him. But no one gave him anything. 17 Finally he came to his senses and said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have plenty of food? But here I am, starving to death! 18 I will go to my father and say to him, “Father, I have sinned against both heaven and you, 19 I am no longer worthy of being called your son. Please take me on as a hired servant.’ 20 So he returned home to his father. And while he was still a long way off, his father saw him coming, and moved with love and compassion, he ran to him and fell upon his neck and kissed him.”

11 For this reason God will send

[pempรณ - send, transmit, put forth permit to go to] them a strong delusion, so that they may believe what is false, 12 that all may be judged who have not believed the truth, but have consented to iniquity. (How better to prove good and evil/not good, than to let not good run its course?) 13 As for us, we can’t help but thank God for you, dear brothers and sisters loved by the Lord. We are always thankful that God chose you to be among the first to experience salvation—a salvation that came through the Spirit who makes you holy, and through your belief in the truth. 14 To this He called you through the message/good news we have, that you may share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. (๐Ÿค”Why? Why is a remnant of the fabric of humanity, saved and corrected now, during this lifetime? “Share His glory” why? when? for what purpose?) 15 So then, brothers and sisters, stand firm and hold fast to the teachings we passed on to you, whether by word of mouth or by letter. 16 God our Father loves us. He treats us with undeserved grace and has given us eternal comfort and a wonderful hope [elpis - expectation, hope]. We pray that our Lord Jesus Christ and God our Father 17 encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good word and work. 3:1 Finally, dear brothers and sisters, we ask you to pray for us. Pray that the Lord’s message will spread rapidly and be honored wherever it goes, just as when it came to you. 2 And that we may be delivered from wicked and evil men. For not all have faith. 3 But the Lord is faithful, he will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one. 4 He has made us sure that you are doing what we taught you and that you will keep on doing so. 5 May the Lord lead your hearts into a - full understanding, and expression of, the love of God - and - the patient endurance - that comes from Christ (Messiah, the greek word christ/christos means anointed one) Jesus.

1 - The apostles and believers throughout Judea soon heard that the Gentiles also had received the word of God. 2 But when Peter arrived back in Jerusalem, the Jewish believers criticized him. [Israel had aLways been commanded by God not to mlx with other nations.] (Of course He had a purpose for this. And now it was different. Moving on to collective stage two of this all important process and program. God doing all things as he has and does, in order to bring about the best of all possible ‘end’ results. ..The greek word translated end is tel, and it more closely means “end-aim”.)

3 "You were a guest in the home of uncircumcised Gentiles, and you even ate with them!" (Circumcision was a big deal. In the New Testament, Paul writes that it represents a spiritual truth - the circumcision of the heart.. And how when the Lord returns and believers “put on immortality” and “put on incorruptibility” - the dead in Christ believers rising, then the carnal (selfish) nature will be 100% removed. This happens for believers at “the Lord’s return”. And then everyone else at the Rev.21:1-5 regenesis when God says “Behold! I make all new!” Greek word “pas” - all. But the translators added “things” to all. Which is still true! But gee.. Now this goes with Mt.13:33 - key word 3, with 1Cor.15:22-28, three harvests.

Mt.13:33 - The kingdom (harvest) is like a woman working leaven into three batches/loaves, until all is leavened.” (Period. That’s how it progresses. No fiery torture involved, except mankind’s own doings, called judgment. Which after all ends up as a lake of fire so ..it’s not like judgment is lacking. Yes “God is a consuming/purifying fire” - would we want it any other way!? So logically, some, initially, on that last great day, will experience fiery inner torment.. after awhile beat oneself up.. Because Jesus “will draw all”. John 12:32.)

1Cor.15:22-26,28 - The 3 Harvests - “For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive. But each in order. (1)Christ, the firstfruits” (barley) “then, (2)when he comes, those who belong to him” (the wheat). “Then (3)the end will come, when he hands over the kingdom to God the Father, aFter he has destroyed all dominion, authority and power.” (After his long second advent.) “For he must reign until he has put all enemies under his feet. The last enemy to be destroyed is death.. so that God may be all in all.” Rev.21:1 - “I saw a new heavens and a new earth..” Isaiah 11:7 - “The lion will eat straw like the ox, the bear will graze with the cow.” ..“The last enemy to be destroyed is death.” The death of death is the second death. The second vivification when “all are made new” (the huge and overflowing grape harvest). The first death being death itself? Called “of Adam”.

4 Then starting from the beginning, Peter told them the whole story. 5 “I was in the town of Joppa,” he said, “and while I was praying, I went into a trance [รฉkstasis] and saw a vision. Something like a large sheet was let down by its four corners from the sky, and it came down to where I was. 6 I looked into it and saw four-footed animals of the earth, wild beasts, reptiles and birds. 7 And I heard a voice say, ‘Get up, Peter. Kill and eat.’ 8 ‘No, Lord!’ I replied. ‘I have never eaten anything that our Jewish laws have declared impure or unclean.’ 9 But the voice from heaven spoke again, ‘Don’t call something unclean if God has made it clean.’ 10 This happened three times before the sheet and all it contained was pulled back up to heaven. 11 Just then three men who had been sent from Caesarea arrived at the house where I was staying. 12 The Spirit told me to have no hesitation about going with them. These six brothers also went with me, and we entered the man’s house. 13 He told us how he had seen an angel appear and say, ‘Send to Joppa for Simon who is called Peter. 14 He will declare to you a message by which you will be saved, you and all your household.’ 15 And as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell upon them, just as upon us at the beginning. 16 And I remembered that the Lord had said, ‘John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.’ 17 And since God gave these Gentiles the same gift he gave us when we believed in the Lord Jesus, who was I to stand in God’s way?” 18 When they heard this, they had no further objections and praised God, saying, “So then, even to Gentiles God has granted repentance that leads to life.”

19 Meanwhile, the believers who had been scattered during the persecution after Stephen’s death traveled as far as Phoenicia, Cyprus, and Antioch of Syria. But they told the message of God, only to fellow Jews (Hebrews). 20 Some of the followers, however, from Cyprus and Cyrene went to Antioch and started telling Hellenists (Greeks) the good news about the Lord Jesus. 21 The power of the Lord was with them, and a large number believed and turned to the Lord. 22 When the church [ekklฤ“sรญa - from ek - out from and to, and kalรฉล - to call, properly, called out from the world and to God; believers/followers] at Jerusalem heard about this, they sent Barnabas to Antioch. 23 When he arrived and saw what the grace of God had done, he was glad and encouraged them all to remain true to the Lord with all their hearts. 24 He was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and faith, and a great many people were added to the Lord. 25 Then Barnabas went to Tarsus to look for Saul (Paul). 26 And when he found him, he brought him to Antioch. So for a whole year Barnabas and Saul met with the church and taught great numbers of people. It was at Antioch that the believers were first called Christians. 27 In those days some prophets came down from Jerusalem to Antioch. 28 One of them, named Agabus, stood up and through the Spirit predicted that a severe famine would spread over the entire Roman world. And this happened during the reign of Claudius. 29 The disciples, as each one was able, decided to provide help for the brothers and sisters living in Judea. 30 This they did, sending their gift to the elders by Barnabas and Saul.

After two days he is healed and is a believer, and soon is called Paul. He wrote many (to most) of the New Testament letters, but spent a few years (it seems to me) exclusively listening to the Lord. A Geometric Moment

I had a geometric vision (lol). It was for less than a fraction of a second, but very vivid and full of light. Radiant. I don’t think it was a flashback from the 70’s, I’d been praying.. God leading me in a prayer.. But in that millisecond of a second, I knew that there’s only the One thing. Unlimited, unfettered, Life, Love, Genius.

..Confirmation about the Holy Spirit/Presence of God? The Son, the only straight out from God one, also can administer God’s Presence.

1 - Tax collectors and other notorious (to strict hebrew law) sinners often came to listen to Jesus teach. 2 So the Pharisees and the scribes (lawyers and so called experts) were grumbling, “This man welcomes sinners and even eats with them!” 3 So Jesus told them this parable - 4 “Who among you, if you have a hundred sheep and lose one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the pasture and go after the one that is lost until it is found? 5 And when you find it, you will be so glad that you will carry it home on your shoulder rejoicing. 6 And then you will call your friends and neighbors and say, "Let's celebrate! I've found my sheep that was lost." 7 In the same way, there is more joy in heaven over one lost sinner who repents and returns to God than over ninety-nine others  who haven’t strayed away!” (And the lost one is looked for and found.)

8 “Or suppose a woman has ten silver coins and loses one. Doesn’t she light a lamp, sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it? 9 And when she finds it, she calls her friends and neighbors and says, ‘Rejoice with me, I have found my lost coin.’ (Is not content to lose one.) 10 Even so, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God each time a person turns to God.”

  ~ 2 Thessalonians 2:1-10 ~

1 - Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brothers and sisters, 2 not to be easily upset or disturbed by people who claim the Lord has already come!

They may say they heard this directly from the Holy Spirit, or from someone else, or even that they read it in one of our letters. 3 Don’t be fooled by what they say.

For that day will not come until there is a great rebellion against God and the man [anthropos] of lawlessness is revealed—the son (inheritor?) of destruction. 4 Who will oppose and exalt self above every so-called god or object of worship “so as for” in the temple of God, to be seated and set forth as God. (Highest power?) 5 Do you remember that I told you about all this when I was with you? 6  And now that which is holding back, you know, in order for his being revealed [apokalรฝptล] in his own time. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness [anomรญa - from A - "not" and nรณmos - "law" – properly, without law.. utter disregard for God’s laws] is already at work. Only the restraining at present until from out of midst/middle occurs. (What now holds back the agenda ..no longer in the middle of things. ๐Ÿค”A repeating and happening trend?) (Chaos, lawlessness was already at work.. The Greek (and prone to mankind) idolizing of man (anthropos) called humanism? They also early on had a “from rock to life” theory.. which such produces humanism, the - man is highest - theory, not to be confused with humanitarianism.) [Some versions say “till he is taken out of the way” which actually would be “what is restraining is taken out of the way”. Many very sincere and genuine, of the remaining, tattered Christendom, believe this taken out of the way is the Lord snatching believers out of harm’s way. However there are other possible means of removal out of the middle of things. Jesus does, when he returns, snatch his followers, but I believe that to be 2Thes.1:8 when he “comes in a flame of fire inflicting [didontos - the word includes “allowing”] vengence” ((cause and effect..? The flames being he comes during fiery armageddon? Rev.16:13-16 and Mt.13:30 (as in when else does he come in flames?) Verse 7 says he comes with his mighty angels, elsewhere called holy ones. In other words, as the fire, the (thermonuclear+) bowls of Revelation, come ‘down’ the believers are snatched up, “on the last day” when the “dead” elsewhere called asleep “in Christ rise first” and together they all “meet the Lord at his coming”.)) [The mystery of lawlessness was already at work.. until what it is that holds it back is gone, in its proper time.] 8 Then will be revealed the lawless which the Lord Jesus will slay with the breath of his mouth and abolish, render inoperative, by the appearing and presence of Him. (“With the breath of his mouth” - with Truth! for “God is a consuming/purifying fire”. And chaos/lawlessness rendered inoperative by the Lord’s presence.)

9 Which the coming [of the lawless] is according to the working of the adversary in all sorts of marvels  [dรฝnamai] and signs and wonders (modern miracles?) of falsehood [pseudos - a falsehood, untruth, lie, from pseudomai - to lie; the New International Version says - “wonders to serve the lie”] (which “wonders and marvels” always makes me think - modern miracles and wonders to decieve) 10 with all wicked deception for those who are (in the role of?) perishing, having refused the love of the truth that would have saved them. [Believe it or not, but no where in the Bible does it say anyone perishes forever, but the word is aionios, which meaning includes “pertaining to an age”. From aion, root of eon, translated by flawed humans with strong, longterm, cultural preconceptions to read ‘forever’.]

1 - From Paul, Silas, and Timothy--To the people of the church in Thessalonica, who belong to God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Grace and peace to you from God the Father and the Lord Jesus. 3 Dear brothers and sisters, we can’t help but thank God for you, because your faith is flourishing and your love for one another is growing. 4 We proudly tell God’s other churches about your endurance and faithfulness in all the persecutions and hardships you are suffering. 5 God will use this persecution to show his justice and to make you worthy of his Kingdom, for which you are suffering. 6 In his justice he will pay back those who persecute you. (Earthly and spiritual!) 7 And to grant relief to you who are oppressed and to us as well. This will take place when the Lord Jesus comes from heaven with his powerful angels, 8 in a fire of flame (at the Lord’s return is the first mention of a lake of fire) inflicting [didรณmi - giving, placing, pouring, allowing] vengeance [ekdikรฉsis - vengeance, vindication, justice, defense] upon those not knowing [eidรณ - being aware, beholding, considering, appreciating, knowing] God, and upon the not obeying [hupakouรณ - listening to, attending to] the gospel of the Lord Jesus. 9 Who will suffer the justice of destruction [olethros - destruction, doom, ruin] and of aiรณnios [agelong, agelasting] away from the presence [prosรณpon - the face] of the LORD and from the glory of the power [ischus - strength, might, ability] (almightiness) of Him. 10 This will happen on that (the) day (Mt.13:30 =‘s Rev.16:13-16) when the Lord returns, to be glorified in the saints [hagios - sacred, holy, set apart by and for God] and to be marveled at in [en - in, on, among] all them that believed. This includes you, because you believed our testimony. 11 Because of this we always pray for you that God would make you worthy of your calling, and powerfully bring to fulfillment every good purpose and and make the work of faith (in you) complete. 12 We pray this so that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you. And you in him. According to the grace of our God, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

34 Then Peter said, “Now I am certain that God treats all alike”. 35 And whoever respects God and does what is right is welcomed by him in every nation. (All the beautiful ethnicities/branches of the human family.) 36 You know the message God sent to the people of Israel, announcing the good news of peace through Jesus Christ, who is Lord of all. 37 You know what happened throughout Judea, beginning in Galilee, after John [the baptist and baptizer] began preaching his message of baptism. 38 And you know that God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. And he went around doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him. 39 And we apostles are witnesses of all he did throughout Judea and in Jerusalem. They put him to death by hanging him on a cross, 40 but God raised Him on the third day and caused Him to be plainly seen, 41 not to the general public, but to us whom God had chosen in advance to be his witnesses. We were those who ate and drank with him after he rose from the dead. 42 And he ordered us to preach everywhere and to testify that Jesus is the one appointed by God to be the judge of all, of both the living and the dead. 43 Of him do all the prophets testify, that through his name every one that is believing in him, receives liberty of, and from sins.' (Which word is “hamartia” - “missing the mark”. As opposed to God who iS life, and “is perfect” (Mt.5:48). Jesus is called the “first”/proto. He is God’s prototype. God is writing his law/way on every heart and mind. He calls it “sealing” them. The Holy Spirit in us crying “Abba, Father!” is his stamp/seal of approval and ownership. And right now (?) we are at Rev.7:1,3 during 9,4. But what the pause is veiled by the seals being described as their entire effects, first to last. Not just their first. But don’t panic if the pause is interrupted, it’s not yet the more crucial times.. I could of course, be wrong, however. Never forget, God speaking his word to us, is the truth, or that is, that’s when we understand it as the Truth it is.)

44 Even as Peter was saying these things, the Holy Spirit fell upon all who were listening to the message, 45 and the Hebrew believers who came with Peter were amazed that the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the Gentiles. 46 For they heard them speaking in strange tongues and praising God's greatness. Then Peter said, 47 “Can anyone object to their being baptized, now that they have received the Holy Spirit just as we did?” 48 So he gave instructions for them to be baptized in the name of Jesus. Afterward they asked him to stay with them for several days.

Then the one who invited you may come and say, "My friend, take a better seat!" You will then be honored in front of all the other guests. 11 For everyone exalting their self will be humbled, and the one humbling their self will be exalted." 12 Then Jesus said to his host, “When you give a luncheon or dinner, don’t just invite your friends, your brothers and sisters, your relatives, and your rich neighbors. If you do, they may invite you back and so you will be repaid. 13 When you give a feast, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, and the blind, 14  and you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you. For then you will be rewarded in the resurrection of the righteous/just” [dikaios - correct, righteous, by impl. innocent]. [Romans 4:3-5 — What does Scripture say? “Abraham believed God. And it was credited to him as righteousness.” Now to the one who works, wages are not credited as a gift, but is something they have earned. And to the one who does not work (to earn righteousness) but believes in him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted as righteousness. (It’s a gift, and nobility plus humility receives the gift. This is also why Hebrews 4 says Jesus is our Sabbath.

1 - Now concerning how and when all this will happen, dear brothers and sisters, we don’t really need to write you. [Now, brothers and sisters, about times and dates we do not need to write to you.] 2 For you are fully aware that the Day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. (Unexpectantly, stealthily?) 3 While people are saying, “There is peace and security,” then sudden destruction will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape. 4 But you! Brothers and sisters, are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief. 5 You are all children of the light and children of the day. We do not belong to the night nor to the darkness. 6 So be on your guard, not asleep like others. Stay alert and be clearheaded. 7 Night is the time when people sleep and drinkers get drunk. 8 But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet. 9 For God has not destined us for wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. (Imo, cause and - effect - including the final, the bowls of Revelation.) 10 Who died for us, so that whether we are awake or asleep, we will be with Him. 11 So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you have been doing. 12 Dear brothers and sisters, honor those who are your leaders in the Lord’s work. They work hard among you and give you spiritual guidance. 13 Esteem them highly, and in love, because of their work. Be at peace among yourselves. 14 And we urge you, brothers and sisters, warn those who are idle and disruptive, encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be patient with everyone.

HOSEA

Part 1 & 2 — 3-9 is in Comments

Prophecy expands from microcosm (Israel) to macro (world).

SUMMARY - away from God brings calamity, with God, blessing and everything good.

1:2 When the Lord began to speak through Hosea, the Lord said to him, “Go, marry a promiscuous woman and have children with her, for like an adulterous wife this land is guilty of unfaithfulness to the Lord.” So he married Gomer daughter of Diblaim, and she conceived and bore him a son.

7 But I will show love to the people... I will free them from their enemies—not with weapons and armies or horses and charioteers, but by my power as the Lord their God.” 10 .. the time will come when Israel’s people will be like the sands of the seashore—too many to count! Then, at the place where they were told, ‘You are not my people,’ it will be said, ‘You are children of the living God.’ 11 Then the people of Judah and Israel will unite together. They will choose one leader for themselves, and they will return from exile together. What a day that will be—the day of Jezreel—when God will again plant his people in his land.

Part 2

2:1 “In that day you will call your brothers Ammi—‘My people.’ And you will call your sisters Ruhamah—‘The ones I love.’ 2 “But now bring charges against Israel—your mother—for she is no longer my wife, and I am no longer her husband. 5 ..a shameless prostitute 8 She doesn’t realize it was I who gave her everything she has—the grain, the new wine, the olive oil; I even gave her silver and gold. But she gave all my gifts to Baal. 9 “But now I will take back the ripened grain and new wine I generously provided each harvest season. I will take away.. 13 .. she burned incense to her images of Baal, when she put on her earrings and jewels and went out to look for her lovers but forgot all about me” says the Lord.

14 “But then I will win her back once again. I will lead her into the desert and speak tenderly to her there. 15 I will return her vineyards to her and transform the Valley of Trouble into a gateway of hope..

31 At that time some Pharisees came to Jesus and said, "You had better get away from here, because Herod wants to kill you!" 32 Jesus said to them, "Tell that fox that I will force demons out of people and heal people today and tomorrow. And I will finish my work on the third day. (๐Ÿค”Sounds like all the same work and works.. until done.) 33 Nevertheless, I must go on my way today and tomorrow and the day following, for it cannot be that a prophet should perish away from Jerusalem.’ 34 Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were not willing. 35 Behold, your house is forsaken. And I tell you, you will not see me until you say, ‘Blessed is he who comes in the name of the LORD!’” (Rev.7:4, 12:17)

14:1 One Sabbath, when Jesus went to eat in the house of a prominent Pharisee, he was being carefully watched. 2 And then there was a man before him who had dropsy (fluid retention in legs). 3 So Jesus asked the Pharisees and the teachers of the Law of Moses, "Is it right to heal on the Sabbath?" 4 But they remained silent. Jesus  healed the man, and sent him on his way. 5 Afterwards, Jesus asked them, "If your son or ox falls into a well, wouldn't you pull him out at once, even on the Sabbath?" 6 But they had nothing to say.

9 But we don’t need to write to you about the importance of loving each other, for God himself has taught you to love one another. 10 Indeed, you already show your love for all the believers throughout Macedonia. Even so, dear brothers and sisters, we urge you to excel in love even more. 11 Make it your goal to live a quiet life, minding your own business and working with your hands, just as we instructed you before. 12 Then people who are not believers will respect the way you live, and you will not need to depend on others. 13 Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope [ no expectation, elpรญs - from elpล - to anticipate, welcome – properly, expectation of what is sure]. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with Him those having fallen asleep. 15 We tell you this directly from the Lord, we who are still living when the Lord returns will not meet him ahead of those who have died. 16 For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, the believers who have died will rise from their graves. 17 After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. 18 Therefore encourage one another with these words.

18 Jesus said, “What is the Kingdom of God like? What shall I compare it to? 19 It is like a tiny mustard seed planted in a garden, it grows and becomes a tree, and the birds make nests in its branches.” (Gal.3:16 ! ) 20 And again he said, “To what shall I compare the kingdom of God? 21 It is like what happens when a woman mixes yeast into three batches of flour. Finally, ALL the dough rises." (1Cor.15:22-24,28 = 3 harvests.)

22 Then Jesus went through the towns and villages, teaching as he made his way to Jerusalem. 23 Then said someone to him, “Lord, are there few that be saved?” Jesus said, 24 “Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, try to enter and are not able to. 25 When the master of the house has risen and shut the door, then you begin [archomai - commence) to be outside and knock at the door, saying, ‘Lord, open to us,’ then he will answer you, ‘I do not know where you come from.’ (I don’t know where you’re coming from!?) 26 Then you will say, ‘But we ate and drank with you, and you taught in our streets.’ 27 But he will reply, ‘I don’t know you or where you come from. Away from me, all evildoers!’ 28 (Initial conditions for some on ‘day’ of judgment/discernment.) There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth when you see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but you yourselves are banished without. 29 And people will come from east and west, and from north and south, and recline at table in the kingdom of God. 30 And indeed, some who are last will be first, and some who are first will be last.”

Remember, we warned you that he punishes all such. 7 God did not call us to live in immorality, but in holiness. 8 Therefore whoever disregards this, disregards not man but God, the one who gives his Holy Spirit (Presence) to you.

She was bent over and could not straighten up at all. 12 When Jesus saw the woman, he called her over and said, "You are now well." 13 He placed his hands on her, and at once she stood up straight and praised God. 14 The man in charge of the synagogue was angry because Jesus had healed someone on the Sabbath. So he said to the people, "Each week has six days when we can work. Come and be healed on one of those days, but not on the Sabbath." 15 The Lord replied, "Are you trying to fool someone?” [That’s Contemporary English Version] (Are you kidding Me!) “Won't any one of you untie your ox or donkey and lead it out to drink on a Sabbath? [Other Versions - You hypocrite! From hupokritรฉs - one who answers, an actor, a hypocrite.] 16 This dear woman, a daughter of Abraham, has been held in bondage by Satan for eighteen years. Isn’t it right that she be released, even on the Sabbath?” 17 Jesus' words shamed his enemies. But everyone else in the crowd was happy about the wonderful things he was doing.

He reports that you always remember our visit with joy and that you want to see us as much as we want to see you. 7 Therefore, brothers and sisters, in all our troubles and suffering, we were greatly encouraged by your faith. 8 Your strong faith in the Lord is like a breath of new life. 9 How can we possibly thank God enough for all the happiness you have brought us? 10 Day and night we sincerely pray that we will see you again and help you to have an even stronger faith. 11 May God our Father and our Lord Jesus direct us to you very soon. 12 May the Lord make your love increase and overflow for each other and for everyone else, just as ours does for you. 13 Into your hearts strong and blameless in holiness before God our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all his holy ones. But unless you repent, you too will perish.” 6 Then he told this parable: “A man had a fig tree growing in his vineyard, and he went to look for fruit on it but did not find any. 7 Finally, he said to his gardener, ‘I’ve waited three years, and there hasn’t been a single fig! Cut it down. It’s just taking up space in the garden.’ 8 “The gardener answered, ‘Sir, give it one more chance. Leave it another year, and I’ll give it special attention and plenty of fertilizer. 9 Maybe it will have figs on it next year. If not, then cut it down.’”

[He “has consigned all to disobedience, that he may have mercy upon all” Romans 11:32.] 16 They even tried to stop us from preaching to the Gentiles the message that would bring them salvation. In this way they have brought to completion all the sins they have always committed. And now the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost. 17 Dear brothers and sisters, after we were separated from you for a little while (though our hearts never left you), we tried very hard to come back because we wanted to see you again, and face to face. 18 We wanted very much to come to you, and I, Paul, tried again and again, but Satan prevented us. 19 After all, what gives us hope and joy, and what will be our proud reward and crown as we stand before our Lord Jesus when he returns? No, I tell you, but rather division. 52 For from now on in one house there will be five divided, three against two and two against three. 53 ‘Father will be divided against son and son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother, and mother-in-law against daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law.’” 54 Then Jesus turned to the crowd and said, “When you see clouds beginning to form in the west, you say, ‘Here comes a shower.’ And you are right. 55 And when the south wind blows, you say, ‘It will be hot,’ and it is. 56 Are you so without a clue? You can predict the weather by looking at the earth and sky, but you don't really know what's going on right now. (Nothing new under the sun.) 57 So why don't you judge for yourselves what is right? (Think!? Rather than only what we’re told to think.) 58 When you are on the way to court with your accuser, try to settle the matter before you get there. Otherwise, your accuser may drag you before the judge, who will hand you over to an officer, who will throw you into prison. 59 And if that happens, you won’t be free again - until - you have paid the last penny you owe.”

8 Having such a fond affection for you, we were happy to impart to you not only the gospel of God but also our own lives, because you had become very dear to us. 9 Remember, dear brothers and sisters, how hard we worked among you? Night and day we toiled to earn a living so that we would not be a burden to any of you as we preached God’s Good News to you. 10 Both you and God are witnesses that we were pure and honest and innocent in our dealings with you. 11 And you know that we treated each of you as a father treats his own children. 12 Encouraging, comforting and urging you to live lives worthy of God, who has called you into his Kingdom and glory. 13 Therefore, we never stop thanking God that when you received his message from us, you didn’t think of our words as mere human ideas. You accepted what we said as the very word of God—which, of course, it is. And this word is indeed at work in you who believe.

         Luke 12:41-48

41 Peter asked, "Lord, is this parable for us? Or is it for all?” (‘Be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him, like a thief comes unexpectedly during the night’. He doesn’t directly answer the question? But continues upon the parable.) 42 And the Lord said, “Who then is the faithful and wise manager, whom his master will set over his household, to give them their portion of food at the proper time?” (Jn.21:17 - “Lovest thou Me? Feed my sheep.”)

43 “It will be good for that servant whom the master finds doing so when he returns. 44 Truly the master will put that servant in charge of all he possesses. (To do His works [during “the” millennium, and during “the judgment”] is to reign? “Crown of LiFe”.) 45 But suppose the servant says to himself, ‘My master is taking a long time in coming,’ and he then begins to beat the other servants, both men and women, and to eat and drink and get drunk. 46 The master of that servant will come on a day he does not expect. And at an hour he does not know, and he will be separated from the faithful servants, and assigned a portion with the unbelievers.” (“The” door of the ten bridesmaid’s parable, is noT a forever door to life, Mt.25:1-13. But it iS the door to “the” millennium, which once the moment of entering is over, the door to it is irreversibly shut.๐Ÿ˜ณ) 47 “The servant who knows the master’s will and does not get ready or does not do what the master wants will be beaten with many blows.” (Now think this through.. as to what is more effective. If you or I miss the millennium, so we beat ourselves up over it, or if God whips us? Which is actually the more effective, and will produce the fruit of genuine regret/repentance?) 48 “But the one who does not know and does things deserving punishment will be beaten with few blows. From everyone who has been given much, much will be required/expected, and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.”

8 And now the word of the Lord is ringing out from you to people everywhere, even beyond Macedonia and Achaia, for wherever we go we find people telling us about your faith in God. We don’t need to tell them about it, 9 for the talk is all about the wonderful welcome you gave us and how you turned away from idols to serve the living and true God. 10 And how you are awaiting his Son Jesus to come from the heavens, whom God rose out from death, delivering us from the wrath to come. 2:1 - For you yourselves know, brothers and sisters, that our coming to you was not in vain. 2 You know how badly we had been treated at Philippi just before we came to you and how much we suffered there. Yet our God gave us the courage to declare his Good News to you boldly, in spite of great opposition and much conflict. 3 We didn't have any hidden motives when we won you over, and we didn't try to fool or trick anyone. 4 For we speak as messengers approved by God to be entrusted with the Good News. Our purpose is to please God, not people. He alone examines the motives of our hearts. 5 For we never came with words of flattery, as you know, nor with a pretext for greed—God is our witness. 6 And as for human praise, we don’t seek it from you or from anyone else. 7 Instead, we were like young children among you. Or like a nursing mother caring for her children. (God doesn’t do the flogging?)

22 Then he said to his disciples, “So then, don’t be anxious about your life, what you will eat and what you will wear. 23 Life is more than food and clothing. 24 Consider the ravens. They don’t plant or harvest, or store food in barns. But your heavenly father feeds them. And you are far more valuable to him than the birds. 25 Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life? 26 So if you cannot do such a small thing, why do you worry about the rest? 27 Consider the lilies, how they grow. They don’t labor nor spin. But I tell you, not even Solomon in all his glory was clothed like one of these. 28 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire (bonfire, not into an eternal ‘hell’) how much more will he clothe you—oh ye of such little faith! 29 Don’t be concerned about what you will eat or drink, nor have an anxious mind. 30 For the nations/the world runs after all such things, and your Father knows what you need. 31 But seek first the kingdom of God, and all these other things will be added to you as well. 32 So don’t be afraid, little flock. For it gives your Father great happiness to give you the Kingdom.” [Traditionally, especially from the version by King James, is translated “it’s his good pleasure to give you the kingdom” but a more interlinear word for word is “fear not little flock, for the Father delights to give you the kingdom”.] (Wants to give to us, the Kingdom, for it to endure? “The kingdom is within you”. It has to be “within” all. But of course it’s not onLy within. It’s not ‘all about moi’. And “the lion will eat straw like the ox, the bear will graze with the cow” Isaiah 11:7.)

33 “Sell what you have and give to the poor! Make for yourselves money bags that don’t grow old, and treasure in the heavens that doesn’t fade away, and where no thief approaches nor moth destroys. 34 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. 35 Stay dressed for action and keep your lamps burning, 36 as though you were waiting for your master of the household returning from the (betrothal?/pre?) wedding feast. Then you will be ready to open the door and let him in the moment he arrives and knocks.” [From a commentary - “The marriage consisted of two ceremonies that were marked by celebrations at two separate times, with an interval between. First came the betrothal and later, the wedding. At the betrothal the woman was legally married, although she still remained in her father’s house. At the wedding, the betrothed woman, accompanied by a colorful procession, was brought from her father’s house and into the house of her groom, and the legal tie with him was consummated. The bridegroom would come for the bride. (With her bridesmaids who had kept their lamps lit in readiness, with enough oil) and usually in the middle of the night (with the groomsmen who had been keeping ready and watching). And he arrived with a shout and the sound of a shofar.] 37 “Happy are those servants whose master finds them awake and ready when he returns! I tell you, he will take off his coat, have them sit down, and will wait on them. 38 Even if he comes in the second or third watch of the night and finds them alert, those servants will be blessed. 39 You would surely not let a thief break into your home, if you knew when the thief was coming. 40 So always be ready! You don't know when the Son of Man will come.” [Whether he comes for the wedding, or at one’s end of this life, we don’t know when.]

    ~ 1 Thessalonians 1:1-7 ~

1 - This letter is from Paul, Silas, and Timothy. We are writing to the church in Thessalonica, to all you who belong to God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. May God give you grace and peace. 2 We always thank God for you and continually mention you in our prayers. 3 As we pray to our God and Father about you, we think of how you put your faith into practice, how your love made you work so hard, and how your hope [elpis - hope, expectation, anticipation] in our Lord Jesus Christ is firm, 4 knowing, brothers and sisters, loved by God, your election. (Elsewhere says elected/chosen by lot? Which I’ve always assumed means by a lucky shake of the heavenly dice.๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผ‍♀️ I’m convinced that’s the way it is.. whether we conclude this life as wheat or as still a wild weed.. All God’s choice. We CHRISTIAN Universalists know that. Next leap from there? The “being drawn by Jesus” - Jn.12:32, being the same process for all, albeit certain despots, serial killers, child sex traffickers surely(?) will experience INITIAL conditions as portrayed in the rich man and Lazarus parable. Not any sort of easy salvation. But inner fiery torment.. eventually leading to gut wrenching remorse. (Surely? Isn’t that how it should be? If you’re going to let things run their course, rather than create an ant farm, surely even some of the worst is bound to happen. As soon as imperfection/straying entered the scene, God prophesied to Eve the stronger would come to rule over the not as strong.)

5 For when we brought you the Good News, it was not only with words but also with power, for the Holy Spirit gave you full assurance that what we said was true. In the same way you know what kind of people we were while we were with you and the good things we did. 6 So, when you accepted the message, you followed our example and the example of the Lord, even in spite of the suffering [thlipsis - tribulation] it brought to you. 7 As a result, you have become an example to all the believers in Macedonia and Achaia.

THE PROPHETS - Hosea - Part 1

What a day that will be—the day of Jezreel—when God will again plant his people in their land.

The Message Begins To Go Out To The Nations: 21 - So Peter went down and said, “I’m the man you are looking for. Why have you come?” 22 They said, “We were sent by Cornelius, a Roman officer. He is a devout and God-fearing man, well respected by all the Jews. A holy angel instructed him to summon you to his house so that he can hear your message.” 23 So Peter invited the men to stay for the night. The next day he went with them, accompanied by some of the brothers from Joppa. 24 They arrived in Caesarea the following day. Cornelius was waiting for them and had called together his relatives and close friends. 25 As Peter entered the house, Cornelius met him and fell at his feet in reverence. 26 But Peter took hold of him and said, "Stand up! I am nothing more than a man." 27 As Peter entered the house, he was still talking with Cornelius. Many people were there, 28 and he told them, “You know it is against our laws to enter a Gentile home like this or to associate with any one not Hebrew (Jewish). But God has shown me that I should no longer think of anyone as common or of too sinful a nation. 29 And so when you sent for me, I came without any objection. I ask then, for what matter have you sent for me?” 30 Cornelius replied, “Four days ago I was praying in my house at about this same time, three in the afternoon, when suddenly, a man in shining clothes was standing in front of me. 31 He said, "Cornelius, God has heard your prayers, and he knows about your gifts to the poor. 32 Send to Joppa for Simon who is called Peter. He is a guest in the home of Simon the tanner, who lives by the sea.’ 33 I sent for you at once, and you have been good enough to come. All of us are here in the presence of the Lord God, to hear all the Lord has commanded you.” [Or, “to hear the message the Lord has given you” New Living Translation, NLT.]

                         ~*~

     Very Brief Outline of Acts:

Jesus returns to where he was with the Father before his advent/visit (his brief first one).

The Holy Spirit/Presence of God is poured out on the believers who were in Jerusalem on the late Spring holy day of Pentecost. Peter speaks, there are 3000 new believers that day.

The good news message spreads, Peter is invited and goes to a Roman’s house and all believe. The first record of non Hebrew believers (besides likely some on Pentecost).

Persecution breaks out.. jail. stoning. Pharisee Saul leads the persecution, but on his way to Damascus with papers for arrests, Jesus makes himself seen but is so bright Paul falls to the ground and is blinded. After two days he is healed and is a believer, and soon is called Paul. He wrote many (to most) of the New Testament letters, but spent a few years (it seems to me) exclusively listening to the Lord. He established many ‘churches’ in what’s called three missionary journeys, and met and worked with Mark and Luke, and quite a few others. (Luke wrote this Book of Acts.) His fourth journey is to Rome to trial as a prisoner. There’s a shipwreck on the way.. He wrote many of his letters while in prison and under ‘house’ arrest.

Be careful to guard yourselves from every kind of greed [pleoneksรญa - advantage, greed, from pleรญลn - numerically more, and รฉxล - have; the desire for the unnecessary more] for your life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.” 16 So he told them this parable, “The ground of a certain rich man yielded an abundant harvest. 17 He thought to himself, ‘What shall I do? I have nowhere to store this abundance. 18 Then he said, ‘I know! I’ll tear down my barns and build bigger ones, and there I will store all my grain and my goods. 19 And I’ll sit back and say to myself, ‘My friend, you have enough stored away for years to come! Now take it easy. Eat, drink, and be merry!’ 20 But God said to him, ‘Foolish one [aphron - senseless] this night your soul [psyche] is required of you, and the things you have prepared, whose will they be?’ 21 So is the one who lays up treasure for himself and is not rich toward God.” [Or - “Yes, a person is a fool to store up earthly wealth but not have a rich relationship with God” - New Living Translation, NLT.]

9 Don’t grumble against one another, brothers and sisters, or you will be judged. The Judge stands at the door! (Judgment, cause and effect, reap what you sow is ever at the door.) 10 As an example of patience in affliction, consider the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. 11 Behold, we consider those blessed who remained steadfast. You have heard of the steadfastness of Job, and you have seen the purpose of the Lord, how the Lord is compassionate and merciful. 12 But most of all, my brothers and sisters, never take an oath, by heaven or earth or anything else. Just say a simple yes or no. Otherwise you will be condemned. (You will condemn yourself. Setting yourself up.) 13 If you are having trouble, you should pray. And if you are feeling good, you should sing praises. 14 If you are sick, ask the elders to come and pray for you and put olive oil on you in the name of the Lord. 15 Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well. And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven. 16 Confess (acknowledge) your sins [hamartia - missing the mark, shortcomings] to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results. 17 Elijah was just as human as we are, and for three and a half years his prayers kept the rain from falling. 18 And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the land yielded its abundance. 19 My brothers and sisters, if one of you should wander from the truth and someone should bring them back, you can be sure that whoever brings them back from wandering will save his soul from death and cover a multitude of sin [hamartia - missing the mark, failure, from A "not" and mรฉros - a part, share of – properly, no-share, no part of, loss (forfeiture) because of  not hitting the target].

1 - Meanwhile, when a crowd of many thousands had gathered, so that they were trampling on one another, Jesus began to speak first to his disciples, saying: “Be on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy. 2 Nothing is covered up that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known. 3 Whatever you have said in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have whispered behind closed doors will be shouted from the housetops for all to hear! 4 I tell you, my friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body and after that can do no more. 5 But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear the One who has authority, with the killing, to cast into Gehenna (an earthly valley W. and South of Jerusalem). Yes, I say to you, fear Him. (Who actually can thoroughly destroy. But doesn’t. Considering so many other verses and His character and attributes, and logic. After all) 6 Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God. 7 Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.” (And Jesus died for us while we were yet sinners, still tares/wild weeds in his garden.) 8 “And I tell you, everyone who acknowledges me before men, the Son of Man also will acknowledge before the angels of God, 9 but whoever denies Me before men will be denied before the angels. 10 And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man is? will be? forgiven, but whoever is blaspheming against the Holy Spirit is not forgiven. 11 When you are brought to trial, or before rulers and authorities, do not worry about how you will defend yourselves or what you will say, 12 for the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour what you ought to say.”

1 - Look here, you rich people, weep and wail because of the terrible troubles ahead of you. 2 Your wealth is rotting away, and your fine clothes are moth-eaten. 3 Your gold and silver is corroded. Their corrosion will testify against you and devour you like fire. You have hoarded wealth in the last days! (Lots of wealth ever going upward one way or another?) 4 Look! The wages that you kept back from the workers who labored for you are shouting out against you! And their cries have reached the ears of the Lord all powerful. 5 You have lived on earth in luxury and self-indulgence. You have fattened yourselves for a day of slaughter. (At Gehenna? Two, 70 A.D. and?) 6 You have condemned and murdered the innocent, who couldn't even fight back. 7 Be patient, therefore, brothers and sisters. Until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient about it, until the early and the late rains are recieved. 8 Be patient like those farmers and don't give up. The Lord will soon be here!

1 - The dragon stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a beast rising out of the sea (of humanity, an institution). It had ten horns (divisions? toes of Nebuchadnezzar’s dream statue of Daniel, chapter 2) and seven heads, with ten crowns on its horns, and on each head, a name that insults God. [“Ten horns” ->Daniel 7:7,19 and 2:32,33!] 2 This beast looked like a leopard, but it had the feet of a bear and the mouth of a lion. And the dragon gave the beast his own power and throne and great authority. 3 One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound. (The finaL form of satanic empire? It was, then wasn’t, when its ‘head’/originator didn’t sign on after all?) But the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world marveled after (admired?) and followed the beast. 4 They worshiped the dragon for giving the beast such power. And they worshiped the beast. “Who is as great as the beast?” they said. “Who is able to make war with him?” 5 And a mouth was given to it. And it spoke great things and blasphemy, and was given authority to act forty and two months (3.5 hebrew years, 1,260 days). 6 And he spoke terrible words against God, slandering his name and his dwelling, and those who dwell in heaven. 7 And the beast was allowed to wage war against God’s people and to conquer (oppress) them. And he was (will be - after Rev.7:1,3 is interrupted? the winds that are held back (7:1,3) are veiled by the seals of chapter 6 being described as their fuLL effects and not just first or opening/beginning effects) [he is] given authority to rule over every tribe and people and language and nation. 8 The inhabitants of earth will worship [proskynรฉล - from prรณs - towards, and kyneo - to kiss – properly, to kiss the ground when prostrating before a superior, harnessed “god of forces”] the beast, all whose names have not (yet) been written in the Lamb’s book of life, the Lamb who was slain from the creation (blueprint) of the world.

          Luke 11:37-54

37 As Jesus was speaking, one of the Pharisees invited him home for a meal. So he went in and took his place at the table. 38 His host was surprised to see that he sat down to eat without first performing the hand-washing ritual required by Jewish custom. (A manmade rule.) 39 Then the Lord said to him, “You Pharisees are so careful to clean the outside of the cup and the dish, but inside are full of plundering and wickedness. 40 You senseless [รกphrลn – an adjective, derived from A - without, and phrแธ—n - inner perception; lack of insight and knowledge] ones. Did not the one who made the outside make the inside also? 41 But now as for what is within, give charity [eleรฉmosunรฉ - mercy, pity, gifts] (instead of plundering) and behold, all, will become clean. 42 What sorrow awaits you Pharisees! For you are careful to tithe even the tiniest income from your herb gardens, but you ignore justice and the love of God. You should tithe, yes, but do not neglect the more important things. 43 Woe to you Pharisees, for you love to sit in the seats of honor in the synagogues and receive respectful greetings as you walk in the marketplaces. 44 But you are in for trouble, for you are like unmarked graves that people walk on without knowing it. 45 One of the experts in the law (a professional?) a teacher of the law of Moses, answered him, “Teacher, when you say these things, you insult us also!” 46 “Yes,” said Jesus, “what sorrow also awaits you experts in religious law, for you load people with burdens hard to bear, but you yourselves will not lift a finger to touch the burden. (Big double standard.) 47 Woe to you, because you build monuments for the prophets, and it was your ancestors who killed them. 48 So you are witnesses and approve of what they did, and you build their tombs.  49 Because of this, God in his wisdom said, ‘I will send prophets and apostles to them, but they will kill some and persecute the others.’ 50 As a result, this generation” (who even then were plotting to have Jesus executed) “will be held responsible for the murder of all God’s prophets from the creation of the world, 51 from the murder of Abel to the murder of Zechariah, who was killed between the altar and the sanctuary. Yes, it will certainly be charged against this generation.” (EARTHLY judgment, 70 A.D.) 52 Woe to you lawyers! For you have taken away the key of knowledge. You do not enter yourselves, and you hinder others from entering.” 53 As Jesus was leaving, the teachers of religious law and the Pharisees became hostile and tried to provoke him with many questions, 54 wanting to catch him in something he might say.

           ~ James 4:12-17 ~

12 God alone, who gave the law, is the Judge. He alone has the power to save or to destroy. So what right do you have to judge your neighbor?  [Plรฉsion - near, neighboring, thy fellow person.] 13 Look here, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit.” 14 How do you know what your life will be like tomorrow? Your life is like the morning mist—it’s here a little while, then it’s gone. 15 Instead, you ought to say, “If the Lord is willing, we will live and do this or that.” 16 But now you boast in your arrogance. All such boasting is evil. (NotGood). 17 So then, whoever knows what is right but doesn't do it is sinning [hamartia - “missing the mark”, off target.]
