ENTER THE STORY - A NEW TESTAMENT READING SCHEDULE

   ⛲️☀️ Father is the fountain of Life.

   No option to stray in Eden = Ant Farm

BiG banG — > universe — > then set in motion

for “8 days”/millennia. Lev.23 is the advents.

    “In the beginning God..” and the only straight out from God one, the Son, “forever first”/proto. Father & Son being so close both administer God’s Spirit/Presence.

   The being worked out blueprint - Father’s Presence will saturate, thus “seal” all creation, all mankind - Jesus is the prototype - all angelkind, animalkind, singing bird kind, &tc. “The cow will graze with the bear, their young will pasture and lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox” Isaiah 11:7. [Summed up in 1Timothy 4:10 and Luke 1:37.] Mt.13:30 is Rev.16:14-15-16 & Mt.25:1-13; Rev.20 tells crests only; seal description veils the seals & vision; vision is told 3 times; 13:13 is the seal6 1st event showing an office; 1Cor.15:22-28 w/ Mt.13:33, key word 3! (1Pet.3:19 -> 2Pet.2:5); it’s Dan.12:11-12 w/ Lk.19:41,44 and 1Cor.3:16! W/ last “10 days” escalation, Rev.2:10.

Is.24:20/Rev.10:4.

All, in translation, was changed to all things.

12-21 - 2 Corinthians 3 1-11

πŸ—️’s to riddles, N.T. in a yr study, verses paraphrased Logic [ ] references { } thots

☀️ 1 - Do we begin again having to prove ourselves? (To those criticizing him and his teaching/message.) Do we need now, as some do, letters of recommendation?

     2 You yourselves are our letter of recommendation! Written on our hearts to be known and read by all. 3 And you show that you’re a letter from Christ, written not with ink but with the Spirit {Presence} of the living God. Not on tablets of stone, but upon human hearts. 4 And such is the confidence we have through Christ toward God. 5 Not that we’re sufficient in ourselves! As if anything is coming from us! No, our sufficiency is from God. 6 He has enabled us to be servants/attendants of a new covenant, one not of the letter. {Not of rules and “earning”, but you know how human nature loves rules.. usually for others.} It instead, is of the Spirit. For the letter kills. {Fails, utterly, aka hopeless, imperfect/the law of entropy doesn’t reverse course, what it is, ultimately, to be “under” this law, of “sin and death” / of “hamartia - missing the mark” and entropy/death.} But the Spirit GIVES life. {Highest Law.}

     7 Now, if the ministry (or covenant) {revelation} of death, carved in letters upon stone {stony hearts} came with such radiance that the Israelite tribes couldn’t look upon Moses' face because of its brightness, and (all the while) it was intended to be temporary, 8 won’t the ministry and covenant {and revelation} of the Spirit have even more glory and radiance? {It being then, since GIVEN, is a promise, dependent upon God who is perfect. And is a ‘legal’ binding Promise. From God who is “almighty”/ all powerful.} 9 For if there was glory in the ministry of condemnation {explaining the law and the ‘charge’ - like, if you jump off this tall building you will hit the ground with a thump} how much more, the ministry of righteousness must fAr exceed it in glory! {And power and might. Radiance.}

     10 Indeed, in this case, what once had glory has come to not have glory after all, because of the glory that surpasses it. {Was one side of the story. “The day that you take of it you shall surely die my children” - God is Life, and “is perfect”, Mt.5:48. No option to stray in Eden would be an Ant Farm? But to stray is to be imperfect… thus this one and done imperfection/entropy, a slow gehenna “not put out.. a worm that doesn’t quit”. And therefore “God is savior of all” 1Tim.4:10. Having “subjected all” to this, Ro.11:32. Christ Crucified is strong enough to appease eveRy conscience and convince eveRy psyche, and he has been made king of kings and lord of lords forever - of all, and of all things. Father and Son, the only straight out from God one.. The First/Proto (and prototype?) are so close both administer God’s Spirit/Presence. The same as will saturate and “seal” angel, man and all creation. Instead of Ant Farm, the dis-ease as part of the cure.. which leads to?} 11 For if what was being brought to an end came with glory, how much more glory - shall what is permanent - have!

{…10-4 came to mind, rev.10:4, usually is accompanied with Isaiah 24:20, but ..πŸ€” The literal has the spiritual ‘partner’. Aka, there’s no metaphor without the literal (lol). So are there “seven thunders” that are spiritual? That “make their voices heard”? Oh I’d bet on it!}

☀️ {These verses include a summary of God’s attitude about Earth?} 46 - And Mary said, “My soul magnifies the LORD. 47 My spirit rejoices in God my Savior! 48 For he has looked upon his humble maiden. And now all generations will call me blessed. 49 For he who is mighty has done great things for me! And holy is his name! 50 His mercy is for all who revere him from generation to generation. 51 He has shown strength with his arm! He has scattered the proud in the thoughts of their hearts! 52 He has brought down the mighty from their thrones! And has exalted the humble. 53 Those hungering he has filled. But the proud he has sent away empty. 54 He has helped his servant Israel” {macro, humanity} “in remembrance of his mercy, 55 as he told our fathers, Abraham and his descendants after him.” 56 And Mary remained with Elizabeth for about three months, and then she returned home. [Shortly before John the Baptist (a cousin to Jesus?) was born to Elizabeth, who was older and was a “kinswoman” to Mary.]

BOOK OF REVELATION

     13 It {a two horned office} performs great signs, even making fire come down from heaven/sky, to earth in the sight of, and presence of mankind. {This fiery event pinpoints/ed an office, not yet an individual.}

     14 - And by the signs [sΓ©meion - a sign, miracle, indication, mark, token {of the future?}] this (smaller) beast (two horned) is allowed to work in sight of the beast {in sight of the larger, many headed geopolitical beast/entity/institution that rose from the sea of humanity.. and like $ity of Babble is on all seven hills/continents}. It deceives those who dwell upon earth, telling them to make an image to the beast that had been wounded by the sword {had expired} and yet {now} lived again. 15 And it was allowed to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast might speak and cause those who would not worship the image of the beast to be slain. 16 Also it causes all, small and great, rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, 17 so no one may buy or sell unless they have the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name {logically, reverse order}. 18 This calls for wisdom: let the one who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of man (the word “a” was inserted at translation) and the number is 666. (..? Man is carbon based, and carbon has six protons, six neutrons, and six electrons. Strongly? suggesting apocalypse is all done by man. For we have ‘his’ number - an idiom - “I’ve got your number” means understanding someone so well you can predict their actions, or know someone’s true nature and intentions.)

☀️ 10 - Anyone you forgive, I forgive also! As a matter of fact, if I’ve forgiven anything, it’s been in Jesus, and for your sake. 11 This is so we would not be outwitted by Satan, for we’re not uninformed of his tricks and designs.

     12 When I came to Troas to preach the gospel of Christ, even though a door was opened for me in the Lord, 13 my spirit was not at rest because I didn’t find my brother Titus there. So I left and went on to Macedonia.

     14 And thanks be to God, who - in Christ - always leads us in triumphal procession {Rev.6:2πŸ—️} and then through us, spreads the fragrance of the knowledge of him everywhere. 15 For we are the aroma of Christ among those who are being saved, and among those who are {still} perishing. 16 To one a fragrance of death to death {ruin to ruin, failure to failure, natural entropy} to the other, a fragrance of life to life. {The “kingdom” and the sense of life to come.. Which is always coming, but currently we are old wine skins.}

     Who is sufficient for these things? 17 For we’re not, like so many, peddlers {making a profit} of God's word, but as men of sincerity, as commissioned by God. And in the sight of [katenanti - before, in the presence of] God, our speaking is in Christ.

πŸŒ™ 39 - So Mary went right away into the hill country, to a town of Judah, to see Elizabeth and Zechariah. 40 And when she arrived, she entered the house and greeted Elizabeth. 41 And when Elizabeth heard the greeting of Mary, the baby (John the Baptist) leaped in her womb! And Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit {with the Presence of God} 42 and she exclaimed with a loud cry, “How blessed you are among all women! And how blessed is the fruit of your womb! 43 And why is this granted to me?! That the mother of my Lord should visit me? 44 For behold, when the sound of your greeting came to my ears, the baby in my womb leaped for joy! 45 How blessed is she who believes, who believes there will be a fulfillment of what was spoken to her from the LORD.”

ACTS 11 1-30

πŸ—️’s to riddles, N.T. in a yr study, verses paraphrased Logic [ ] references { } thots

     Book of the Acts of the First Believers

1 - The apostles and brothers who were throughout Judea heard that the Gentiles also had received the word of God. 2 So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcision party (Hebrew believers) criticized him, saying, 3 “You went to the uncircumcised and ate with them!” [Israel was strictly separated from others, for one thing, in order to birth Messiah, the “savior of the world” into a comparatively prepared nation.]

    4 But Peter began to explain to them what had happened, 5 “I was in the city of Joppa praying, and in a trance [ekstasis - a displacement of the mind, state of ecstasy] and I saw a vision. There was something like a great sheet being let down from heaven by its four corners. It came down to me 6 and looking at it closely, I saw animals and beasts of prey, reptiles and birds of the air. 7 And I heard a voice saying to me, ‘Rise, Peter, kill and eat.’ 8 But I said, ‘By no means, Lord! For nothing common or unclean has ever entered my mouth!’

     9 But the voice answered a second time from above saying, ‘Don’t call common, what God has polished(?).’ [Katharos.] 10 And this happened three times. And then “all” [hΓ‘pas - from hΓ‘ma - all together, and pΓ‘s - each, every – thus each and every one as a comprehensive unit] was drawn up again into heaven.

     11 And look! At that very moment three men arrived at the house, who were sent to me from Caesarea. 12 And the Spirit told me to go with them. And to ask no questions and make no distinction. These six brothers as well, accompanied me, and we entered the man's house. 13 And he told us how he had seen the angel coming into his house and the angel said, ‘Send to Joppa for Simon who is called Peter. 14 He will declare to you a message by which you will be saved, you and all your household.’ [This was the “good news for all” beginning to earnestly go out to the nations {right on schedule} called gentiles, all who are not hebrew.] 15 And even as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit(/Presence of God) fell upon them. Just as it had upon us at the beginning [Acts 2]. 16 And I remembered the word of the Lord, how he said, ‘John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.’ 17 So then, if God gave the same gift to them, as he gave to us - when we believed in the Lord Jesus - who was I that I should stand in God's way?” [An question for I.O? The Israel only doctrine.] 18 When the brothers heard these things they fell silent, and they glorified God, saying, “Then to the Gentiles also, God has granted repentance that leads to Life.”

     19 Now in those days, those who were scattered because of the persecution that had risen after Stephen’s stoning, had traveled as far as Phoenicia and Cyprus and Antioch, speaking the message to no one except to Jews/Hebrews. 20 But there were some, men of Cyprus and Cyrene, who upon coming to Antioch spoke to the Hellenists (Greeks) also, preaching the Lord Jesus. 21 And the hand of the Lord was with them, and a great number believed and turned to the Lord. 22 The report of this came to the ears of the church in Jerusalem, so they sent Barnabas to Antioch.

     23 When he arrived and saw the grace of God, he was happy, and exhorted them all to remain faithful to the Lord with steadfast purpose. 24 For he was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and faith. And a great many people were added to the Lord. 25 So Barnabas went to Tarsus to look for Saul/Paul. 26 and when he found him, he brought him to Antioch. For a whole year they met with the church (the believers) and taught a great many people. And it was in Antioch that the followers [mathΓ©tΓ©s - learners, disciples, pupils] were first called Christians.

     27 It was at about this time, that prophets came down from Jerusalem to Antioch. 28 And one of them named Agabus stood up and foretold by the Spirit that there would be a great famine over all the civilized world (and the famine took place in the days of Claudius). 29 So the disciples determined, every one according to his ability, to send relief to the believers living in Judea. 30 And they did so, sending it to the elders there by the hand of Barnabas and Saul.

☀️ 1 - I (Paul) didn’t want to make another painful visit. 2 For if I cause you (Corinthian believers/followers) pain, who then is there to make me happy but the one I pained? 3 And I wrote to you as I did, so when I’m there, I won’t have sorrow over those from whom I ought to have joy! And so all of you will have the same joy that I have. 4 For when I wrote to you, it was out of much affliction and anguish of heart, and even with tears. Not to cause you pain, but to let you know of the abundant love I have for you. {Corinth was a large “pagan” city with strong pagan habits.. like temple prostitutes or such. Persons as commodity?}

     5 Now if anyone has caused pain, they’ve caused it - not to me, except in some measure, and not to put it too severely - but to all of you! 6 Now for that one, the disapproval and censure by the majority is enough. {Had done its job, he had been sleeping with his father’s wife.} 7 So now you should forgive and comfort, or he may be harmed. 8 So I beg you to reaffirm your love and acceptance. 9 For this is why I wrote, to find out if you are able to stay {in the message} and walk in the way.

12-18 - Luke 1 26-38

 N.T. in a year reading & study, verses R paraphrased [  ] references {  } thots

πŸŒ™ 26 - Six months later, the angel Gabriel was sent from God to Nazareth, a city of Galilee, 27 to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David. And the virgin's name was Mary. 28 And Gabriel came to her and said, “Greetings, oh favored one! The Lord is with you!” 29 But she was troubled at the saying, for she didn’t know what sort of greeting that might be. 30 And the angel said, “Don’t be afraid, Mary, for you’ve found favor with God. 31 And behold, you’ll conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus. 32 He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. And the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David, 33 and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom will never end.”

     34 Mary said to the angel, “How will this be, since I’ve never been with a man?” 35 And Gabriel answered, “The Holy Spirit {/Presence of God} will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you, and so the child to be born will be called holy, the Son of God. 36 And look! Your relative Elizabeth in her old age has also conceived a son, and this is the sixth month with she who was called barren. 37 For nothing is impossible to God.

     38 And Mary said, “Behold, I’m the handmaiden of the Lord. Let it happen to me as you’ve said.” And then the angel left.

☀️ 15 - Being sure of all this, I wanted to come to you first, so that you might have a second experience of such grace. 16 I wanted to visit you on my way to Macedonia, and then on my way back, and then have you send me on my way to Judea. 17 Did I seem fickle and uncertain when I planned to do this? Do I say “yes, yes” and “no, no” at the same time? 18 As surely as God is faithful, our word to you has not been yes, and no. 19 For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, whom Silas, Timothy and I proclaimed among you, was not yes, and no, but in him it is always yes! 20 For - all the promises of God - find their yes in him. That is why it’s through him that we utter our Amen to God for his glory. 21 And it is God who establishes us with you in Christ. And who has anointed us, 22 and has put his seal upon us, having given us his Spirit{/Presence} in our hearts as a guarantee [arrabΓ³n - pledge, guarantee, down payment, deposit]. 23 With God as witness, it was to spare you, that I refrained from coming again to Corinth. 24 Not that we lord it over you and your faith, but we work with you - for your joy - that you may - stand firm - in faith. {Corinth was a large and central highly pagan practicing city. Paul has been urging the believers there, to ‘get their act together’ and follow “the way” more closely.}

12-17 - Luke 1 1-25

N.T. in a year reading & study, verses R paraphrased [  ] references {  } thots

πŸŒ™ [Luke was a Greek physician who met Paul, was known to travel with him, and wrote this gospel account and the Book of Acts ..acts of some of the earliest believers.]

     1 - Inasmuch as many have undertaken to compile a narrative of the things that have been fulfilled among us, 2 just as those who from the beginning of it all were eyewitnesses, and then they were messengers of the word and message they delivered to us, 3 it seemed good to me to also - having followed all things closely for some time now - to write an orderly account for you, most excellent Theophilus, 4 so you may have certainty concerning the things you’ve been taught.

     5 In the days of Herod (the Great) king of Judea, there was a priest named Zechariah, of the division of Abijah. And he had a wife from the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elizabeth. 6 And they were both righteous before God, walking blamelessly in all the commandments and statutes of the Lord. 7 But they had no child, because Elizabeth was barren, and they were both were advanced in years.

     8 Now while he was serving as priest before God, on duty with his division, 9 according to the ways of the priesthood, he was chosen by lot to enter the temple and burn incense to the LORD.

     10 And all the people were praying outside at the hour of incense. 11 And there appeared to Zechariah an angel of the LORD standing on the right side of the altar of incense. 12 And he was troubled and afraid when he saw him. 13 But the angel said, “Don’t be afraid, Zechariah, for your prayer has been heard, and your wife Elizabeth will bear a son, and you shall call his name John. 14 You will have joy and gladness, and many will rejoice, 15 for he will be great before the Lord. And he will not drink wine or strong drink, but will be filled with the Holy Spirit {/Presence of the LORD} even from his mother's womb. 16 He will turn many of the children of Israel to the LORD their God, 17 and he will go forth in the presence of him, in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient [apeithΓ©s - disobedient, unbelieving] to the wisdom of the righteous, to make ready for the Lord a people prepared.” {Prepared, 2Tim.3:16, Mt.25:1-13.}

     18 And Zechariah said to the angel, “How shall I know this? For I’m an old man, and my wife is advanced in years.” 19 And the angel said, “I’m Gabriel. I stand in the presence of God, and I was sent to speak to you and to bring you this good news. 20 But listen, you will be silent and unable to speak until the day that these things happen, because you didn’t believe my words, but they will be fulfilled on time.” {To prevent his further speaking unbelief/negativity?} 21 And the people were waiting for Zechariah, and they were wondering what was taking him so long in the temple. 22 And when he came out, he was unable to speak, and they realized he had seen a vision. And he kept making signs to them for he was mute. 23 And when his time of service was over, he went home.

     24 After these days his wife Elizabeth conceived, and for five months she kept herself in isolation, saying, 25 “Thus has the Lord done for me in the days when he looked upon me to take away my reputation of being barren.”

☀️ 8 -  For we [Paul, Timothy and others] don’t want you to be unaware of how much we suffered in Asia. We were so utterly burdened beyond our endurance that we despaired of life itself. 9 Indeed, we felt like we had received the sentence of death. But! That was to make us rely, not upon ourselves, but upon God, who raises the dead.

     10 He delivered us from deadly peril, and he will continue to deliver us. On him we have set our hope [elpizΓ³ - to hope, expect and trust] that he will deliver us again. 11 You also must help us by your prayers, so everyone will be thankful for the blessing granted to us because of their prayers.

     12 For our boast is this - we have peace of conscience, for we have behaved in the world with simplicity and with godly sincerity. Not with earthly, human wisdom, but with God’s {gracious} grace. And especially toward you. 13 There’s no hidden meaning in what I write and what you read. What you read you read rightly in its plain and simple sense in the hope {expectation, trust} you will fully understand. 14 Just as you have already, partly understood. And on the day of our Lord Jesus, we shall rejoice and celebrate together!

☀️ 1 - The book of the genesis of Jesus, the Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham. 2 Abraham was the father of Isaac, and Isaac the father of Jacob, and Jacob the father of Judah and his brothers 3 ….clipped.. 6.. .. And David was the father of Solomon, by the wife of Uriah, and Solomon.. 16 and Jacob the father of Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom Jesus was born, who is called Christ.

     17 So all the generations from Abraham to David were fourteen generations, and from David to the deportation to Babylon fourteen generations, and from the deportation to Babylon to the Christ [greek for Messiah] fourteen generations. {From records of men - Abraham, David, Babylon - fourteen generations, but a couple(?) of names were left out - to make it fit. A memory trick. Luke got information from a different record. — from Barnes Commentary, I read on biblehub dot com.}

     JOHN 1:1 - In the beginning/origin [archΓ© - beginning, origin (but can mean) ruler, authority, principality]. (In the origin) was the Word [logos - reasoning, root of logic] {the light, light was first} and the Word was with God [the Son was with the Father] and was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through the Son, and without the Son was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was Life, and the Life was - the Light of man. 5 The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness does noT overcome it. {In any heart!}

☀️ (Paul’s, actually third letter to the Corinthian believers - we’re missing the first one.) 1 - Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and Timothy our brother: To the church of God that is at Corinth, with all the saints who are in the whole of Achaia (A part of Greece.) 2 Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus.

     3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Father of mercies and God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all of our troubles [thlipsis - persecution, affliction, distress, tribulation] that we may be able to comfort those who are in any distress [thlipsis - persecution, affliction, distress, tribulation] with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. {True during dramatic, and often traumatic GWT Judgment/discernment/review/closure for all ‘Day’. The INITIAL INNER conditions of some after all, are portrayed in the rich man and Lazarus parable (Lk.16:19, the inner outside of the light darkness, etc) and portrayed in the outside of the vision, narrative of Rev.22. Not to even mention all the closure needed for victims, and for all.}

     5 For as we share abundantly in Christ's sufferings, so through Christ do we share abundantly in comfort [paraklΓ©sis - comfort, encouragement, exhortation, consolation] as well. 6 If we are afflicted, it is for your comfort and salvation/safety. And if we are comforted, it’s for your comfort [paraklΓ©sis - comfort, encouragement, exhortation, consolation] which you experience when you patiently endure the same sufferings that we suffer. 7 Our hope for you is unshaken, for we know that as you share in our sufferings, you will also share in our comfort. {Paying it forward.. 12-15 - Luke 24 49-53 or Mark 16 19-20

πŸŒ™ 12-15 - Luke 24 49-53 or Mark 16 19-20

49 - “And listen” Jesus said to his disciples, “I’m sending the promise of the Father upon you. So stay in the city until you’re clothed with power from on high.”

     50 And he walked with them out as far as Bethany, and was blessing them 51 when he was carried up into heaven as they were watching. 52 And they worshiped him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy. 53 And they were continually in the temple praising God.

     MARK 16:19 - So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven and he sat down at the right hand of God. 20 And they went out and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked with them and confirmed the message by accompanying signs.

☀️ 15 - Now I mention to you, the household of Stephanas. They were the first converts in Achaia, and they’ve devoted theirselves to the service of the saints/believers/followers [hagios - sacred, set apart] {(ones) here believers/they are different}. 16 Listen to such as these, and to all fellow workers and laborers. 17 I rejoice at the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus, because they have made up for our separation. 18 And they’ve refreshed my spirit as well as yours. Show recognition and appreciation to such ones.

     19 The churches of Asia send you greetings. Aquila and Prisca {scriptural trivia - this is Priscilla, who later Paul begins to name first} together with the church that meets in their house, they send to you hearty greetings in the Lord! 20 And all the brothers with me send you greeting. Greet one another with a holy kiss.

     21 I, Paul, write this greeting with my own hand. 22 If anyone {with us? actually} has no love for the Lord, they are accursed. Our Lord, come! [Only Truth shall endure/remain standing]. 23 The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you. 24 My love be with you all in Christ Jesus. Amen.

12-14 - Matthew 28 16-20

N.T. in a year reading & study, verses R paraphrased [  ] references {  } thots

πŸŒ™ 16 - The eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go and wait for him. 17 When they saw him they worshipped, but some doubted. 18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven, and on earth, has been given to me. 19 Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit{/Presence of God} 20 teaching them to observe all which I’ve instructed you. And listen, I’m with you always, until the completion of the age [aion - age, ages, course].”

☀️ 8 - I (Paul) plan to stay in Ephesus until Pentecost, 9 for a wide door for effective work has opened, but there are many adversaries. 10 When Timothy comes, be sure to put him at ease among you, for he is doing the work of the Lord along with me here. 11 So let no one disregard him (because of his youth). Help him on his way in peace, that he may return here to Ephesus, for I’m expecting him with the brothers.

     12 Now concerning our brother Apollos, I strongly urged him to visit you with the other brothers, but it wasn’t at all his will to come at this time. But he’ll come when he has opportunity.

     13 Be watchful! Stand firm in the faith! Be men, be strong! 14 And, let all that you do, be done in love.

     {Love, and we cannot be overly sensitive in this world. Nor concerning history. Beware division? Sowed and spurred on by “the accuser/slanderer”. Even of God himself, judging God’s actions and ways in the Old Testament. Pre flood was hands off? And think how bAd things can get. Imperfect is not only entropy, but it’s an abyss of potential. But death - more merciful! - to God is like transplanting as into an untilled garden awaiting resurrection into GWT judgment and discernment ‘day’ an “aionion kolasin” / eonian korrection / age of correction, Mt.25:46 - I think after initial inner conditions have run course (portrayed in the rich man & Lazarus parable, and in the outside of the vision narrative of Rev.22) many will thank God for not letting them do more evil! Later, yes, was the wanted total weeding out of the Canaanites - who in their rites would beat a drum to drown out the screams of babies, and children as they burned them alive to Baal-Molech  ..πŸ€” A name for the original gone rogue one? 12-13 - John 21 16-25

N.T. in a year reading & study, verses R paraphrased [  ] references {  } thots

πŸŒ™ 16 - Jesus said to Peter a second time, “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” Peter answered him, “Yes, Lord, you know I love you.” Jesus said, “Guide my sheep.” 17 He said to him a third time, “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” Peter was grieved because he said to him the third time, “Do you love me?” and he said, “Lord! You know everything! You know I love you.” Jesus said, “Feed. my. sheep.” {And don’t pollute God’s temples with bad and untrue doctrine, 1Cor.3:17.}

     18 “Truly, I tell you, when you were young, you always dressed yourself and you went wherever you wanted, but when you’re old, you’ll stretch out your hands, and another will bind you and take you where you don’t want to go.” 19 This he said to show by what kind of death he would die, but which would make God known. And after saying that, he said, “Follow me.” {Anyway. What else could/would he do?}

     20 Peter turned and saw Jesus’ favorite disciple following them (John referring to himself) the one who also had leaned back against him during the supper and said, “Lord, who is it that’s going to betray you?” 21 When Peter noticed him, he said to Jesus, “Lord, what about him?” 22 Jesus said to him, “If it’s my will he remain until I return {fully, and implying a span of time} what is that to you? You, follow me.” 23 So the saying spread abroad among the believers that this disciple was not going to die, yet Jesus didn’t say that he wasn’t going to die, but said, “If it’s my will he remain until I come, what is that to you?”

     24 This is the disciple who is testifying and bearing witness about these things, and who has written these things, and we know his testimony is true. {John saying he knows his testimony is true, and knows whereof he speaks.} 25 There also are many other things that Jesus did, but if every one of them were to be written, I suppose the world itself couldn’t contain the books that would be written.

     (The end of the book of John. But he also wrote 1, 2, and 3 John, and the account of the Revelation vision.)

Tomorrows verses - Matthew 28:16-20

REVELATION - 13 9-13

N.T. in a year reading & study, verses R paraphrased [  ] references {  } thots

BOOK OF REVELATION

9 - If anyone has an ear, let them hear. 10 If anyone into (or taking?) captivity, to captivity they go. if anyone with the sword slays (this is usually translated as, iS slain [apokteinΓ³ or apoktennΓ³ - to kill, slay] with the sword, must they {theirself} be slain. Here is a call for - the endurance and faith - of the saints/believers. {See Hebrews 11, not for the timid however.}

     11 Then I (John) saw another beast rising out of the earth. {A difference, the huge, many headed (geopolitical, on seven hills/continents, aka global, with $ity of Babble) beast, of verse 1, rose up out of the sea. (Of humanity.) These two are prominent in late days prophecy.}

     12 It {also ends up} exercising all the authority of the first beast - in its presence {the little beast, a modern, larger scope fulfillment of the “little horn” of Daniel’s prophecy which came out of a cluster of horns, and as it grew, it uprooted three of the other horns (powers, competing?) around it, Dn.7:8 and 8:9, Rev.12:14?} This one has two horns like a lamb but it {ends up?} speaking like a dragon, and will unlawfully step into the prime horn/seat of the huge many headed geopolitical beast/entity/institution? A bit after the half point of a much praised treaty/league come about after a crises(?) which will consolidate powers. But which treaty, alas, will only last seven years. And it will be broken, in the middle, against Israel, by “taking away or removing” their “perpetual sacrifices” ..of prayers, etc, oR place of? (How it seems to me.) Dn.12:11-12 w/Lk.19:41,44 and 1Cor.3:16.}

     This (smaller, second) beast makes the earth and its inhabitants worship {be in allegiance to?} the first (larger) beast, whose mortal wound was healed. {The last days version/fulfillment, of the larger beast, like yesteryear’s, was, was not, then was again.} 13 It {a two horned office} performs great signs, even making fire come down from heaven/sky, to earth in the sight of, and presence of mankind. [EnΓ³pios - before, in the presence of, in front of.] {This fiery event pinpoints/ed an office, not (yet?) an individual.}

☀️ 1 - Now concerning the collection for the believers at Jerusalem (hard pressed because of a drought) as I said to the churches of Galatia, so you can do also. 2 On the first day of every week, each of you can put something aside and store it up, as each one determines, so there’s no collecting when I come. 3 And when I arrive, I’ll send those whom you choose with a letter, to carry your gift to Jerusalem. 4 If it seems advisable that I should go also, they’ll travel with me.

     5 I’ll visit you after passing through Macedonia, for I intend to pass through Macedonia to you there in Greece, 6 and perhaps I’ll stay with you or even spend the winter, so you may help me on my journey, wherever I go. 7 For I don’t want to see you now just in passing. I hope to spend some time with you, if the Lord permits. [Paul had spent a year and a half there discipling and teaching, and now it was a work they were doing together, of discipling and teaching, but the Corinthian believers had become a mix of attitudes, even teachings, as this letter of Paul’s has earlier gone into and addressed.]

12-12 - John 21 7-15

 N.T. in a year reading & study, verses R paraphrased [  ] references {  } thots

☀️ 7 - Jesus’ favorite disciple (this is how John referred to himself, did his writings in old age) said to Peter, “It’s the Lord!” When Simon Peter heard that, he put on his outer garment, for he was stripped for work, and threw himself into the sea. 8 The other disciples came to shore in the boat, dragging the net full of fish, for they were not far from land, only by about a hundred yards.

     9 And when they got there, they saw a charcoal fire set, with fish on it, and some bread. 10 Jesus said, “Bring some of the fish you’ve just caught!” 11 So Peter went aboard and hauled the net ashore, full of 153 large fish, and although there were so many, the net didn’t tear. 12 Jesus said, “Come and have breakfast.” Now none of the disciples said, “Who are you?” For they knew it was the Lord. 13 Jesus gave them some bread and some fish. 14 This was now the third time he revealed himself to the disciples after he was raised from the dead.

15 When they had finished breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of John, do you love me more than all this?” He said to him, “Yes, Lord, you know I love you.” He said to him, “Feed my sheep.”

12-12 - 1 Corinthians 15 50-58

 N.T. in a year reading & study, verses R paraphrased [  ] references {  } thots

☀️ 50 - I’ll tell you this! {Mere} flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God. Not can the perishable inherit the imperishable! {The fading away cannot inherit the enduring.} 51 And listen! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep. {In death, a state opposite to life and living, Eccles.9:5,10. If a departed visits it’s from a dimension called the future. It shouldn’t be sought. And don’t doubt a loved ones angel can’t pass by.. God is caring.}

     But we shall all be changed! 52 In a moment! In a mere twinkling of an eye. At the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound. And the dead will be raised imperishable, and we too {“who remain”} shall be changed! 53 For this perishable must - put on - the imperishable, and - this mortal - must put on, immortality. 54 When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then, shall come to pass, the saying that’s written, “Death is swallowed up in victory!” 55 “O grave, where has gone your victory? O death, where is your sting?” [Kentron - sting, venom, goad “as in Greek writings an iron goad, for urging on oxen, horses and other beasts of burden; hence, the proverb Ο€ΟΟŒΟ‚ κέντρα λακτί΢Ριν, to kick against the goad”.]

     56 The sting that delivers death is sin [hamartia - missing the mark] and the power of that sting is the law. {And ultimately, GOD iS life, and “is perfect”. An iron/unbreakable measuring rod. OnLy perfect endures.} 57 But thanks be to God! Who GIVES us - the victory - through, our Lord Jesus Christ! {Perishable and perishing/entropy, right down to the root of it, imperfection/hamartia/missing the mark - we’re all in the same boat - remedied by what’s called God’s Great Plan of Salvation, “the Way”. The way that includes writing his law upon submitted, yielded heart, mind and psyche, collectively and individually. Humanity and paradise/perfection then “sealed”. Total ‘herd’ immunity. The dis-ease as part of the cure, versus an Ant Farm creation. “The lion will eat straw.. the bear will graze with the cow” Isaiah 11:7.. “Of the increase of HiS government [misrah - dominion, government, rule] and peace there shall be no end” Is.9:7.]

     58 Therefore, my beloved brothers and sisters, be steadfast and immovable! Always abounding in the Lord’s work, knowing that, in him, your labor is not in vain. {With HiS attitude of Love. Herald the news. Let the news do it’s work? Like scattering seed. Sans self.]

12-11 - John 20 30 - 21 6

 N.T. in a year reading & study, verses R paraphrased [  ] references {  } thots

πŸŒ™ 30 - Jesus did many other signs while still with his disciples, which are not written of in this book. 31 But these are written so you may believe. That you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing have life in his name. {Enduring Life.}

     21 Jesus again revealed himself to the disciples. This was by the Sea of Tiberias (eastern side of Lake/Sea of Galilee). 2 Simon Peter, Thomas (called the Twin), Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, the sons of Zebedee, and two others of his disciples were together. 3 Simon said, “I’m going fishing.” And they said, “We’ll go too.” And so they fished through the night, but they caught nothing.

     4 But just as day was breaking, Jesus stood at the shore, and the disciples didn’t know it was him. 5 He called out to them, “Children, do you have any fish?” They answered him, “No, not a one.” 6 He said, “Cast your net to the right of the boat, and you’ll find some.” So they cast it, and now they were not able to haul the net in, because of the number of fish. [This had happened earlier too, Lk.5:4-7.]

12-11 - 1 Corinthians 15 41-49

 N.T. in a year reading & study, verses R paraphrased [  ] references {  } thots

☀️ (About the resurrection, and the differences of bodies continued.) 41 - There is a glory of the sun. And another glory of the moon. And still another glory of the stars! And star differs from star in their glory!

     42 So is it with the resurrection of the dead. What is sown is perishable, and what is raised is imperishable. {It doesn't fade away.} 43 It’s sown as ignoble {common}, but is raised in glory. It’s sown in weakness, but is raised in power. 44 It’s sown a natural [psuchikos - natural, unspiritual, worldly] body, but is raised a spiritual [pneumatikos - pertains to the spirit, influenced by the Holy Spirit{/Presence of God} (a) spiritual] {filled with God-Himself/Life/Love, thus Perfection filled} body {and being}. If there’s a natural body {and being}there’s a spiritual.  {If there’s a lower/common body, there’s a higher/glorious/unfading body.}

     45 And thus it’s written, “The first man Adam became a living being” the last Adam {Jesus, the First Spirit Body Man/Proto(type)/“Forever First”} became a Life-giving spirit. 46 But it’s not the spiritual {and Perfect} that’s first but the natural {and perishable}. And then the spiritual {and Perfect, a living being with character clear as crystal, and immune to straying/imperfection/entropy/death}. 47 The first, Adam, was made from earth, a person of dust, the second was from heaven and heavenly. 48 As Adam was of dust, so also are all those of dust. And as is the man of heaven, so also are those who are of heaven [epouranios - heavenly, celestial, divine]. 49 Just as we have borne and shared the image of the person of dust, we shall be {remade} in the image [eikΓ³n - image, likeness, replication, from eikō - meaning to resemble and be like] the person from heaven. {Future not present! Hebrews 11:40.}

12-10 - John 20 19-29

 N.T. in a year reading & study, verses R paraphrased [  ] references {  } thots

☀️ (Disciple John’s account.) 19 - On the evening of that day, the first day of the week, the disciples were together, and they had the doors locked for fear of the (national/political) leaders, when Jesus came and stood among them, and he said, “Peace be with you.”

     20 He showed them the wounds on his hands and his side. And the disciples were glad when they saw him. 21 And again he said, “Peace be with you.” And then he told them, “As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.” 22 And when he had said this, he blew his breath toward them and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit”. [Pneuma - biblehub dot com - understood to be a vital force or essence, often associated with life and consciousness; used by Hebrews and Greeks for the presence and work of God in the life of believers] {Old Testament, Shekinah? - Wiktionary - noun, visible manifestation of the presence of God; Wikipedia - dwelling or settling, referring to the presence of God in a place; Blog, Israel Biblical Studies dot com - shekinah (glory) (Χ©Χ›Χ™Χ Χ”) is the Hebrew word for the manifestation of God's presence in the physical world.}

     23 “If anyone forgives [aphiΓ©mi - sends away, leaves (off), lets go of, forgives {forgets, overlooks?] sins [hamartia - missing the mark] their own missing the mark is forgiven, and if they do not, they are not forgiven.” {If we disregard other’s shortcomings - silence is golden, displaying neither approval, nor disapproval, just proclaim the news of death overcome and the sky’s the limit as they say, for God’s Presence iS the transforming and purifying force. And then too, our, shortcomings, as well, will be overlooked.. Be a good ‘householder’ giving good, can get your teeth into? sustenance, spiritual. Like yo man, Jesus is the vine! If we stay connected to the vine, we’ll be plump, happy grapes! Spiritually plump, lol, and productive. Who knows what will happen! The magic/Sacred Formula - “do this in remembrance” the spiritual bread and wine - the two logos, both the written and the personification. How often do we feed the body? Same with our growing spirit/soul/psyche. Unleavened bread.}

     24 Now the disciple Thomas, called the Twin, wasn’t with them at the time. 25 So the other disciples told him, “We’ve seen the Lord!” But Thomas said, “Unless I see the marks in his hands, and touch the mark of the nails, and the wound in his side, I will not believe!”

     26 Eight days later, his disciples were there again, but this time Thomas was with them. The doors again were locked, and Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you.” 27 Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here, and see my hands, and touch my side. Don’t disbelieve. Believe.” 28 Thomas exclaimed, “Oh my Lord! Oh my God!” {He really rose out from death!} 29 Jesus said, “Have you believed because you’ve seen me? {Touched me, saw me eat.} Blessed are those who believe, and haven’t seen.” {Not yet outwardly and face to face.}

12-10 - 1 Corinthians 15 34-40

☀️ 34 - Wake up! To what is right, and don’t go on sinning! For some have no knowledge of God! I say this to your shame!

     35 So someone will ask, “How are the dead raised? With what kind of body?” 36 Oh senseless ones! What you plant doesn’t sprout to life unless it dies. {It’s no longer a seed.} 37 And what you plant isn’t the body that will be, but a bare kernel of wheat or some other grain. 38 But God gives it a body as he has chosen, and to each kind of seed its own body. 39 For not all are the same, but there is one form for humans, another for animals, another for birds, and yet another for fish. 40 And there are heavenly bodies and earthly bodies, and the glory of the heavenly is one glory, and the glory of the earthly, is another. [“This perishable must put on the imperishable, and this mortal must put on immortality” Vs.53. Vs.50, “Flesh and blood cannot inherit”] {would burst these old wineskins? So a body, but higher, finer.. and no entropy! Remember Jesus after resurrection, “see my hands.. my feet..” And each one’s heart and mind will be sealed and immune to contamination/imperfection, which is, and results in, entropy. Instead of creation as a mere ant farm, total ‘herd’ immunity from straying from God who iS Life, and “is perfect” (Mt.5:48). “All” with character clear as crystal. Paradise/perfection and river and trees of Life kept intact. Capitol New Jerusalem, streets of gold. “The lion will eat straw like the ox and the bear will graze with the cow” Isaiah 11:7.}

12-09 - Mark 16 12-18

 N.T. in a year reading & study, verses R paraphrased [  ] references {  } thots

☀️ (Mark’s account of the same events, likely by interview, said to be the first gospel written. But these verses are part of a disputed ending.)

     12 - After these things Jesus appeared in another form to two of them, as they were walking into the country. 13 And they went back and told the rest what had happened, but they didn’t believe it.

     14 Afterward he appeared to the eleven as they were at table, and told them their unbelief was due to having stony hearts, as they hadn’t believed those who saw him after he had risen.

     15 And he said, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel [euaggelion - good news or tidings] to the whole creation. 16 The one believing and baptized, sozo [meaning, I heal, preserve, rescue] but the disbelieving [apisteΓ³ - disbelieving, unfaithful, doubting] is {still} under penalty {cause and effect, entropy. Not yet pardoned, the record expunged.}

     17 And these signs will accompany those who believe, in my name they will cast out demons, will speak in new tongues {have a new message? A new word..} 18 and if they pick up serpents or drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them. They will lay their hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

     {This will certainly be true during the Lord’s long second advent? Consisting of 3 parts? — (1)“the” millennium, yes? A Sabbath millennium, (2)then, the releasing of the adversary/first gone rogue one (& company) and his gathering of descendants of mortal survivors of the apocalypse, to war. They surround the millennial Jerusalem - which is not yet the “New Jerusalem” - and then is his fiery, final defeat. And third, (3)the GWT judgment ‘day’. A ‘day’ of total review, and surely(?) closure for all.

     Jesus’ first brief advent perfectly fulfilled the - Spring - holy days of Leviticus 23 (as if they are prophecy, or an outline). Therefor I think, logically, the Fall holy days prophecy his long second advent. See the names and pattern. πŸ€“And because of the pattern, I think the release of the adversary, the gathering and the war, takes 500 years. And is the first half of an eighth millennium. And GWT judgment ‘day’ is the 2nd half. Because Revelation 20 is told like describing the crests of waves, and not much of the in between, this “8th day” and “last great day” seems to be hidden? Lev.23(36) and Jn.7:37 -> CU/Christian Universalism. See pinned images on my fb page.}

Tomorrows verses - John 20:19-29

12-09 - 1 Corinthians 15 27-33

 N.T. in a year reading & study, verses R paraphrased [  ] references {  } thots

☀️ [Review, verse 26 - The last enemy abolished (katargeΓ³ - destroyed, brought to an end, nullified, rendered obsolete) is death.] 27 - For he “has put all under Jesus’ feet.” Now when it says “all” under him, it’s clear this doesn’t include God himself, who put all under him. [The word things was added to each “all” here, making it read all things under Jesus. This “all” into “all things” was done whenever possible. As an example, compare all the all’s here in verses 27 and 28.. “All” - from the Greek word, pas - “every, all, the whole”] {subjected to Jesus. The translators just couldn’t reaLLy believe? And, they were steeped in that ancient, spiritual propaganda myth of a forever afterlife living torment? A very strong enchantment?}

     28 And when all have been put under [hupotassΓ³ - subjected to, subordinate to, submitted to, under obedience to] the Son, the Son as well being subjected to He who put all in subjection under him, God will be all in all [Greek pas en pas. “Things” wasn’t added here — God will be all things in all things just doesn’t work].

     {So how many times in verses 27 and 28 is repeated — “God has put all under Jesus”? All subjected to Jesus.. 5 times.}

    29 Otherwise, what do people mean by being baptized on behalf of the dead? {Some did this if a converted loved one died before baptism.} If the dead are not raised, why would anyone be baptized for them? What would be the point?

     30 And why are we in danger every single day? 31 I die every day! {We’re in the process of dying, called entropy, a slow gehenna and the onLy crucible. Also called cause and effect and wrath.} 32 What do I gain if, humanly speaking, I fought with beasts at Ephesus? If there’s no resurrection! “Let us eat and drink! For tomorrow we die!”

    33 - Don’t be misled! [By those teachers who were going around teaching there is no resurrection out of death]. “Bad company [homilia - association, conversation, communion, discourse] corrupts good habits” [Γ©thos - custom, habit, manner, character]. {By corrupting good belief and understanding.}

πŸŒ™ 36 - As they were talking these things over, Jesus himself stood among them, and said, “Peace to you.”

     37 This startled them! And they were frightened for they thought they were seeing a ghost.

     38 And he said, “Why are you troubled? And doubts arise in your hearts? 39 Look at my hands and feet. And see that it’s I myself. Touch me, for a spirit doesn’t have flesh and bones. As you can see I have.” 40 And while he was saying this, he showed them his hands and his feet.

     41 While they were in wonder, but for joy not quite able to believe, he asked, “Have you anything to eat?” 42 So they gave him a piece of broiled fish, 43 and he ate it there with them.

     44 Then he said, “This is what I told you, that what’s written about me in the Law of Moses, in the Prophets, and in the Psalms, is to be fulfilled.” 45 Then he opened their minds to understand the Scripture. 46 And he said, “This is what’s written, that the Christ would suffer, and would rise from the dead [nekros - dead, deceased, lifeless, without life] on the third day. 47 And that repentance [metanoia - a change of mind, change in the inner person, a turning away and to] would be proclaimed, in Messiah/Christ’s name, to all nations, beginning from Jerusalem, of repentance/turning, heralded for forgiveness” [for aphesis - forgiveness, release, remission, cancel of debt, struck from the record, complete pardon] of sins [hamartia - missing the mark]. {The conundrum being God iS Life, and “is Perfect” Mt.5:48.}

     48 And he said to them, “You are witnesses of all this.”

☀️ 18 - If there’s no resurrection, then those who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished. {Are forever gone}. 19 If in Christ we have expectation in this life only, we are of all people, the most to be pitied!

     20 But in fact! Christ has been raised from the dead [nekros - (from being) dead, deceased, lifeless, without life]. And so he is THE firstfruits - the first of those who fall asleep. 21 For as by a man came death, by a man has come also the resurrection oF the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ, shall all be made alive. {This, with Mt.13:33, key word 3, Which says “the kingdom is like a woman working leaven into three loaves” three harvests.} But each in their own order — (1)Christ THE firstfruits {barley harvest} then (2)at his coming those who belong to Christ {the wheat}. 24 AND then (3)comes the end, when he delivers the kingdom to God the Father, aFter destroying eveRy rule and every authority - and - power. [The overflowing grape harvest. Rev.21:1-5, and “all” (greek pas) should read “all” not “all things”, as in “Behold!! I make all new”.] 25 For he must reign until he has put all enmity {everything} under his feet. {Everything and all submitted to Jesus, the Son, forever First/Proto and King and lord of all.} 26 The last enemy - to be destroyed - is death. ☀️ 30 - (A little later, in Emmaus) when they had sat down for supper, he took bread, blessed it and broke it, and gave it to them. 31 And their eyes were opened! And they recognized him, and then he vanished from their sight.

     32 They said to each other, “Didn’t our hearts burn within us while he talked to us on the road! And when he explained to us the Scriptures?” 33 And they rose that very hour and returned to Jerusalem to find the eleven and those who were with them. 34 And when they found them, they were greeted with, “The Lord has risen! And Simon Peter saw him!” 35 And then they told them what had happened on the road to Emmaus, and how they saw who he was in the breaking of the bread.

☀️ 9 -  For I (Paul) am the least of the apostles. Actually unworthy to be called an apostle! Because I persecuted the church/believers of God. 10 But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain. On the contrary, I worked harder than anyone, though it wasn’t I, but the grace of God that is with me. 11 So whether then it was I or they, so we preach [kΓ©russΓ³ - proclaim, preach, herald] and so you believed.

     12 Now if Christ is proclaimed as raised from the dead, how can some of you say that there is no resurrection of the dead? 13 And if there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even Christ has been raised. 14 And if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is useless and your faith is empty. 15 And so we are even found to be lying about God, because we testified about him, that he raised Christ, when if the dead are not raised [egeirΓ³ - raised, awakened, aroused] then Christ did not rise. 16 For if the dead [nekros - dead, death, deceased, literally - lacking life {the not living/the not alive}] aren’t raised, not even Christ has been raised.

     17 And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is without value! And you are still in your sins [hamartia - missing the mark/imperfection] {entropy is ruling and will rule. πŸŒ™ [It is Firstfruits, which is the third holy day of Spring holy week. Firstfruits always follows the regular weekly Sabbath of the week. Jesus died on Passover, was put in the grave as First Day of Unleavened Bread was beginning, and rose three days later as Firstfruits was beginning. The days - Leviticus 23.]

     13 - On the very same day two of them were going to a village called Emmaus, which was about seven miles from Jerusalem. 14 And they were talking with one another about all that had happened. 15 And while they were talking, Jesus himself drew near and walked with them. 16 But their eyes were kept from recognizing him. 17 And he said to them, “What is it that you’re talking about as you walk along?” And they stopped, and looking sad, 18 the one named Cleopas said, “Are you the only visitor to Jerusalem who doesn’t know what has happened there?!”

     19 And Jesus said, “What things?” And they answered, “Concerning Jesus of Nazareth! Who was a prophet before God and all the people, mighty in deed and word. 20 And the leaders, our chief priests, delivered him up to be condemned to death, and crucified! 21 But we had hoped that he was the one chosen to redeem Israel. Yes, and besides all this, it’s now the third day since, 22 and some women of our company amazed us by saying they were at the tomb early this morning 23 and found it empty! And that they saw a vision of angels who said he’s alive! 24 Then some others of us went to the tomb and found it just as the women had said.”

     25 Then Jesus said, “O foolish ones, and slow of heart, do you not believe all which the prophets spoke? 26 Wasn’t it necessary the Christ should suffer these things? And then enter his glory?” [1Pet.1:11 - Moses and the prophets predicted the sufferings of Messiah and the glories that would result.] 27 And beginning with Moses, he explained the Scriptures written about him.

     28 When they were drawing near to the village, he seemed as though he would keep walking, 29 but they urged him, saying, “Stay with us! For it’s toward evening and the day is about over.” So he went with them.

God forbid your belief be vain and not genuine! 3 For I proclaimed and delivered to you, as of first importance, what I, also, received: that Christ died for our sins [hamartia - missing the mark] as told in the Scriptures.  {And Jesus said, “I go to prepare a place for you” (be crucified) “so you may be where I am”. ..And it is strong enough to appease every conscience.}

     4 That he was buried, and then raised on the third day, as the Scriptures say. 5 That he appeared to Peter, then to the twelve. 6 Then he appeared to more than five hundred at one time, most of who are still alive, though some have fallen asleep. 7 Then he appeared to James (Jesus’ natural/birth brother, Gal.1:19) then again to all the apostles. 8 Last of all, as to one untimely born, he appeared also to me.

☀️ 11 - While the women were going, some of the guard went into the city and told the leaders, the chief priests, all that had happened. 12 And when they had a meeting with the rest of the leaders, they decided to give a sum of money to the soldiers 13 and said to them, “Tell the people, ‘his disciples came by night and stole him away while we were asleep’. 14 And if it reaches the governor's ear, we’ll smooth it over and keep you out of trouble.”

☀️ 29 - So in meeting, let two or three prophets/teachers speak, and let the others consider with discernment what is said. 30 And if then a revelation is given to another, the first should let that one speak. 31 So that all may prophesy one by one, and all may learn together and be encouraged. 32 One who prophecies is in control of their own spirit. {It’s not like being ‘possessed’ as would occur in pagan observances and rites.} 33 For God is a God of peace, not confusion [akatastasia -disorder, confusion, instability, tumult, chaos; from - a - not, and katastasis - order, stability]. As in all the meetings of believers, 34 the women in church should not be talking [laleΓ³ - conversing, speaking, talking, from lalos - talkative] but should be orderly, as the Law also says. 35 If they have questions, they can ask their husbands at home. For it’s not proper to be talkative in church.

     36 Is it from you the word of God came? Or are you the only ones it has come to? 37 If anyone thinks they are a prophet, or spiritual, they should acknowledge that the things I’m writing to you are instructions of the Lord. 38 If anyone doesn’t recognize this, ignore them. 39 So, my brethren, earnestly desire to prophesy, and don’t forbid speaking in tongues. 40 But let all things be done decently and in order.

REVELATION - 13 1-8

 N.T. in a year reading & study, verses R paraphrased [  ] references {  } thots

BOOK OF REVELATION

{Chapter 13 begins the third and last version of the vision. But from a modern geopolitical perspective. The three versions rejoin at the sounding of the seventh trumpet.

When we left off last week (or so) the dragon was raging. And he was turning his attention more fully upon “the faith’s other children who have the commandments of God and” - by then - “the testimony of Jesus” - Mt.23:39, Rev.7:9. (Which testimony was always their’s ..and then also the nations’.)

So, end of Revelation chapter 12, being also the end of one of three tellings of the vision, surely(?) delivers us to Revelation 16’s gathering to Armageddon battle (Mt.13:30). The chapter concluding with — “..And the dragon stood on the sand of the sea shore”.. HOW he turns his rage upon Israel and takes the world to Armageddon, is chapter 13.

     13:1 - And I (John) saw a {many headed geopolitical} beast {entity, institution} rising up out of the sea [of humanity]. It had ten horns and seven different heads. It had ten crowns upon the ten horns. And upon the heads of it, were inscribed names of blasphemy [blasphΓ©mia - slander]. {The spiritual and psychological energy, roar of the dragon, is slander, accusation, rage, hatred which is, of course, madness..} 2 And the beast that I saw was like a leopard {quick?}. But it had feet like a bear's {totalitarian?}. And its mouth was like a lion's mouth {a roman/graeco institution?} {All predator beasts.} But it was the dragon that gave to it, his power, throne and great authority. {Political, societal, ‘global’ king like rule.}

     3 One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound {expired} but the fatal wound was healed {after the 13:13 event, and it comes about that} the whole world admires and follows after the beast. 4 And (so) they revered the dragon, who had given the authority to the beast, and they revered the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast? And who can make war against it?” [PolemeΓ³ - wage war, fight, to engage in battle, quarrel; proskuneΓ³ - worship, bow down; exousia - authority, power, right, jurisdiction.]

    5 And was given to the beast, a mouth uttering haughty, slanderous and blasphemous words, and it was allowed to exercise {all} authority for forty-two months. {This is the second 42 months/3.5 years of the lauded peace [covenant, treaty, league] that alas, will only last seven years, and will be broken in the middle against Israel - Rev.12:1;, Dan.12:11 with Lk.19:41,44.}

     6 It {the many headed geopolitical beast which rose out of the sea of humanity} opened its mouth to utter slanders against God, blaspheming his name and his tabernacle, and those tabernacling in heaven. [Angels… cherubim; Father and Son (proto) only straight out from God one, so close both pour out God’s Spirit/Presence.] 7 Also it was allowed to make war against the saints [believers/followers] and to conquer them. And authority was given to it over every tribe, people, language and nation. 8 And all who dwell upon earth will revere it, everyone whose name has not {yet} been written in the book of life of the lamb who was slain from the founding [katabolΓ© - laying down] of the world [kosmos - order, the world, a properly ordered system, universe, creation].

12-04 - Mark 16 1-11 or Luke 24 1-12

πŸŒ™ {Days begin at sunset rather than midnight. Jesus was sentenced and died on Passover, was put in the tomb as 1st Day of Unleavened Bread was beginning (at the sun’s setting) and rose 3 days later on the 3rd holy day of Spring holy week. This third sacred day is Firstfruits, which always follows the regular weekly (Saturday) Sabbath of the week. So Firstfruits begins ‘saturday’ at sunset as the weekly Sabbath is ending. There are three Sabbaths - no work days - of Spring holy [qodesh - set apart] week, the first and last/7th day of Unleavened Bread, and the regular, weekly ‘saturday’ Sabbath - which is from sunset friday to sunset saturday. Jesus said he would be “in the grave for three days and three nights”. Therefore Passover that year fell upon a Tuesday, Jesus was put into the grave as the sun was setting, which begins ‘Wednesday’ as we call it. First Day of Unleavened Bread is the day after Passover. And Passover meal is not eaten on Passover, but after sunset.}

     Mk.16:1 - When the Sabbath (of 1st Unleavened Bread day) was past, Salome, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, bought spices and prepared them (during friday) for his tomb. {Then they rested during regular weekly Sabbath.} 2 And very early on the first day of the week (sunday/Firstfruits) when the sun had risen, they went to the tomb. 3 And they were saying to one another, “Who will roll away the stone for us from the entrance of the tomb?” 4 But when they got there, they saw the stone had been rolled away. 5 And entering the tomb, they saw a young man sitting on the right, dressed in a white robe, and they were frightened. 6 And he said, “Don’t be afraid. You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He has risen, and is not here. See the place where they laid him. 7 Go and tell his disciples and Peter that he is going before you to Galilee. There you’ll see him, just as he told you.” 8 And they hurried out, not knowing what to think, and they said nothing to anyone, for they were afraid.

     [Some of the earliest manuscripts don’t include 16:9–20, an older ending to Mark’s account.] 9 Now when he rose early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, from whom he had cast out seven demons. 10 She went to the others who had been with him and told them as they were mourning and grieving. 11 But when they heard that he was alive and had been seen by her, they didn’t believe it.

     LUKE 24:1-12

1 - Then on the first day of the week, at dawn, the women went to the tomb, taking the spices they had prepared. 2 They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, 3 but when they went in the body of the Lord Jesus wasn’t there. 4 While they were puzzled and wondering about it, two men stood by them in dazzling apparel. 5 The women were frightened and shied away. But the men said, “Why do you seek the living among the dead? 6 He is not here, but has risen. Remember how he told you, when he was in Galilee 7 how the Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men and be crucified and rise on the third day.” 8 And so they remembered his words, 9 and going back from the tomb they told all of this to the eleven and the others. 10 Now it was Mary Magdalene and Joanna and Mary the mother of James and the other women with them who told it to the apostles, 11 but it seemed to them like an idle tale, and they didn’t pay any attention. 12 But Peter got up and ran to the tomb. And stooping and looking in, he saw the linen cloths off to the side. And he went away wondering.

πŸŒ™ 62 - It was now the next day, that is, after the day of Preparation (Passover is a prep day for the feast during Spring holy week, which days begin at sunset, not midnight, so “Passover Supper, being after sunset, is actually on 1st U.B. day - the days, Passover and U.B. were each called by both names, as was the entire week). The leaders, the chief priests and Pharisees, requested a meeting with Pilate 63 and they said, “Sir, we remember how that impostor said that after three days he would rise. 64 Therefore if you will, order the tomb to be made secure until the third day, lest his disciples go and steal him away and tell the people, ‘He has risen from the dead,’ and the last fraud will be worse than the first!” 65 Pilate said, “You have a guard of soldiers. Go, make it as secure as you can.” 66 So they went and made the tomb secure by sealing the stone, and then setting a guard over it.

ISAIAH

 a reading & study, verses R paraphrased [  ] references {  } thots

Book of Isaiah - a try at briefly summarizing - though this is only Part 1, it’s all the Isaiah study for this year, and it gives a good picture of the entire book.

Next: Micah

1:1 These are the visions that Isaiah son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem during the years of four kings. (Listed in the verses.) 2 The LORD (God) has said, "Listen, oh heaven and earth! The children I raised have turned against me. {Surely(?) Israel is the micro, global is the macro.}

Isaiah saw God’s throne in the temple.. his radiant train of light fills the temple as well as smoke from the glory.. Seraphim call “holy, holy, holy” to one another and the sound causes the foundations of the earthly temple to shake..

Isaiah’s message was a calling to Judah to turn back to God, and then to declare the coming Messiah.

      CHAPTERS 1-39, Isaiah points out the errors of both North and South Kingdoms of Israel, and declares consequences to them and the neighboring nations.. “Cease to do evil” (1:16). “The Lord Himself will give you a sign! LOOK! A virgin will be with child (Rev.12:1-2) and will birth a son. She will call His name Immanuel” [shem - name, renown (“God with us”) 7:14, Mt:1:22-24].

     CHAPTERS 40-55 - the return and restoration after the exile from Babylon. “There is no God besides Me” (44:6,8; 45:5,6,14,18,21). Messiah will come and bring new life through His death, “He was oppressed and afflicted, yet didn’t speak in defense. He was like a lamb going to slaughter. And like a sheep, silent before its shearer..” (53:7).

     CHAPTERS 56-66 - The new Heavens and Earth, great reward for trusting and obeying God.. hope for the suffering and judgment for the evil - “For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth, and the former things {waywardness} will not come up in the heart nor come to mind” (65:17).

ISAIAH 1:3 The ox knows its owner. The donkey its master’s manger/trough/supply, but Israel {and humanity} don’t know ..don’t understand.” 4 ..They’ve forsaken ..turned their backs.. and (thus?) they err. {Translated sin.} 5 ..The whole head/reality is sick ..the whole heart faint. 6 From sole of foot to top of head there is no soundness/battered— only bruises, wounds, sores, not cleansed, bandaged nor soothed with olive oil. 7 Your country lies in ruins, your towns are burned. Foreigners plunder your fields as you watch like overthrown by strangers. 8 City abandoned.. 9 Unless the LORD Almighty had left us some survivors.. 11 ..I take no pleasure in your sacrifices.. 12 who asked you to trample my courts? 13 ..wickedness in the councils.. 14 the new moon feasts, the holy day festivals.. a burden to me.. 15 {For} Your hands are full of blood, I don’t hear your prayers though they become many. 16 ..Stop doing wrong.. 17 Learn to do right. Those who forsake Yahweh shall be consumed {earthly, via entropy or fiery flames of war and destruction; nowhere does it say afterlife.}. 30 ..Like an oak tree whose leaves have faded, like a garden with no water.

1:31 - The mighty will be as tinder and their works a spark. Which no person can put out. (Verse 15 - Even if you offer prayers, I will not listen, your hands are full of blood. Micah 3:6,7 - “The day will go dark for them, they will cover their faces because there is no answer from elohim {the gods? they served?}

     2:1 This {great vision} is what Isaiah, son of Amoz has seen concerning Jerusalem and Judah. 2 It shall come to pass, in latter days [acharith - the after-part, end] the mountain, of the house of Yahweh, will be established and exalted. All nations will flow to it, 3 and many will say, “Come! Let us go up to the mountain of Yhvh! To the house of the God of Jacob! He will teach us his way! And we’ll walk in his paths! ..For out of Zion will go forth his law [torah - direction, instruction, law, from yara/yarah) - to throw, shoot (at a target)] and will go forth the word [dabar - speech, word] of Yahweh from Jerusalem. 4 He will judge between nations, and settle disputes. They will beat their swords into plowshares {into V plows} and their spears into gardening tools. 5 Come! Let us walk in the light of Yahweh!

My people, your guides lead you astray, they turn you from the path. 4:5 Then the LORD will create over all of Mount Zion, and over those who gather there, a cloud of smoke by day and a glow of fiery flames by night, over everything, the glory will be a covering.  {In prophecy Mt. Zion is often a spiritual ‘place’. Whereas Mt. of Olives, the literal Earthly place.} 6 The covering will be a shelter and shade from the heat of the day, and a refuge and hiding place from the {fiery?} storm and {acid?} rain {Is.24:20/Rev.10:4} [Rev.7:16, “..no scorching heat shall fall upon them.”]

5:8 Woe to you who add house to house and join field to field until you live alone in {and own all} the land. 9 Surely the great houses will become desolate, the fine mansions left empty. 17 Sheep will graze there, as in their own pasture. Lambs will feed among the ruins of the rich. 20 Woe to those who call evil good and good evil ..23 who acquit the guilty for a bribe, but deny justice to the innocent ..30 if one looks at the land, there is only darkness and distress, even the sun will be overshadowed by clouds. {Prophet Joel’s smoky day? Revelation’s sun covered, red moon/moon reflecting red? In shorthand? The mighty of Earth will indeed ignite Armageddon battle. Which will turn out to be their, and the world’s, and the wrong way’s judgment/reaping what you sow. Other bible speak, drinking a cup.. Rev.16:13-16, Mt.13:30, Is.24:20.)
