ENTER THE STORY - A NEW TESTAMENT READING SCHEDULE

Note: It was a highly accelerated biG banG into the universe that is,  like a clock not running, and then,  it was set in motion. “The lion will eat straw
like the ox..
the bear will graze
with the cow” Isaiah 11:7.
(But first Isaiah 24:20, Rev.10:4.)
{Ps.91,46,23, Rev.7:15-17}

~ * ~ ~*~ ~ * ~ ~*~ ~ * ~ ~*~

List of Some Translator Errors, due to partial disbelief? ~~ Not including God’s riddles/hiding things in plain sight. ~~ Changed “all” whenever possible, to “all things” Rev.21:5, Eph.1:10, Jn.13:3, 1Cor.15:27, five times! And so repeating what 5 times? ..And more. But not 2Tim.3:16 or 1Cor.15:28, for example. ~~ Often rendered not into never and aion/eon into forever. ~~ Translating hamartia - missing the mark, into “sin” (trespass) misses the mark a little. (God is Life, and “is perfect” Mt.5:48, a conundrum for imperfect/missing the mark. But no option to stray in Eden, and creation would have to be an ant farm.) ~~ Of course five separate words turned into ‘hell’, even pit when “dust of” is in the verse & Ps.30:9. The three mentions of lake of fire are at very large, fiery events. Not very understandable in 95 CE or thereabouts, Is.24:20, Rev.10:4 (Ps.91,46,23, Rev7:15-17)

39 - Jesus also told them a parable (allegory): “Can a blind man lead a blind man? Will they not both fall into a ditch? 40 A disciple isn’t above their teacher, but everyone when fully trained will be like the teacher.

     41 Why do you see the speck that’s in another’s eye, but don’t notice the log in your own eye? 42 How can you say, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when you yourself don’t  see the log in your own eye? Hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, then you may see clearly to take the speck out of another’s eye.

     43 A good tree will not bear bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit, 44 for each tree is known by its own fruit. Figs aren’t gathered from thorn bushes. Nor are grapes picked from a bramble bush. 45 The good person out of the good treasure of their heart produces good, and the evil [poneros - bad, grievous] {notGood} person out of his evil [poneros] treasure produces evil [poneros] for out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.

     46 Why do you call me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do what I tell you? 47 Everyone who comes to me, hears my words, and does them, I will show you what they are like. 48 They are like someone building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when a flood rose, the stream broke against that house and couldn’t shake it, because it had been solidly built. 49 But the one who hears but doesn’t do, is like someone who built a house on the ground without a foundation. And when the river broke against it, immediately it fell. And the ruin of that house is great.” {Individual and collective.. poorly built stirred to dislike and envy?}

And he went, not knowing where he was going. 9 Yes, it was by faith that he went to live in the land promised, in a foreign land, living in tents with Isaac and Jacob, heirs with him of the same promise. 10 For he was looking forward to the city {and kingdom} which foundations were designed and built by God.

(Verse 41 - So those who received the message were baptized, and there were added that day about three thousand souls.) 42 And they devoted theirselves to the apostles' teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to the prayers. 43 Awe was upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were being done through the apostles. 44 And all who believed were together and had all in common. {This is not ‘put human government in charge of all resources’.}  45 And they were selling their possessions and belongings and distributing the proceeds to all, as any had need. {Focusing on the message.} 46 And day by day, meeting at the temple porches and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts, 47 praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to their number every day, those who were being saved.

17 - After being up on the mountain, praying during the night, he came down into a great crowd of people from all Judea and Jerusalem, and from the seacoast of Tyre and Sidon. 18 They came to hear him and to be healed of their sicknesses and diseases. And those who were troubled with unclean spirits were also cured. 19 And all the crowd sought to touch him, for power came out of him and healed them all.

     20 Looking out upon the crowd of people, he said to them, “Blessed are you, the poor, for the kingdom of God is yours. 21 Blessed are those hungering now, for they will be filled. Blessed are those who weep now, for they shall laugh. 22 Blessed are you when people hate you, when they exclude you {are not inclusive} and insult and slander, you, as evil, on account of the Son of Man! 23 Rejoice in that day, and leap for joy. For your reward, stored in heaven, is great. For so were the prophets treated.” {Like the red horseman response to the white horse and horseman (the gospel) riding forth, as “a sword not peace” at 1st brief advent.}

Woe to you laughing now” {because of evil doings and plots?} “for you will mourn and weep.” {Due to earthly judgments/consequences, and the solemn judgment within the heart during GWT Judgment ‘Day’. Do good to those who despise you. 28 Bless those who curse” {speak evil of, slander, accuse, as cursing?} “you. And pray for those who abuse {accuse, slander?} you. 29 If someone strikes you on the cheek, offer your other cheek as well. And from one who takes away your cloak, don’t withhold your shirt.” {Individual, not collective, as collective is the state doing so, impacting the people, and seldom them.      4 By faith Abel offered to God a more acceptable sacrifice than Cain, through which he was commended as righteous, God commending him by accepting his gifts. And - through his faith - though he died, he still speaks. 5 By faith Enoch was taken up so that he should not see death, and he wasn’t found, because God had taken him. It was said that he was pleasing to God. 6 And without faith it’s not possible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists, and that he rewards those who look for him {who seek him out}.

     07/18 - GospeL Verses

6 - On another Sabbath, Jesus entered the synagogue and was teaching, and a man was there whose right hand was withered. 7 And the scribes and the Pharisees watched him, to see whether he would heal on the Sabbath, because they were looking for a reason to accuse him. 8 But he knew their thoughts, and he said to the man with the withered hand, “Come up here.” So he did 9 and Jesus said, “Is it lawful on the Sabbath to do good or to do harm? Or to save life or destroy it?” 10 And after looking around at them all he said to the man, “Reach out your hand.” And he did, and his hand was restored. 11 But the meeting was filled with fury and the people discussed with one another what they might do to Jesus.

     Mark 3:1 - On another day, Jesus entered the synagogue, and a man was there who had a withered hand. 2 And they watched him to see whether he would heal on the Sabbath, so they might accuse him. 3 And he said to the man with the withered hand, “Come up here.” 4 And he said to them, “Is it lawful on the Sabbath to do good or to do harm? To save life or to kill?” But they stayed silent. 5 And he looked around at them with anger, grieved at the hardness of their hearts, and said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out, and his hand was restored. 6 The Pharisees went out and immediately held counsel with the Herodians against him, how to destroy him.

     7 Jesus then withdrew with his disciples to the sea, and a great crowd followed. From Galilee, Judea, 8 Jerusalem, and Idumea. From beyond the Jordan River, and from Tyre and Sidon. For when the people heard all that he was doing, they came to him. 9 And he told his disciples to have a boat ready for him because of the crowd, lest they crush him, 10 for he had healed many, so that all who had diseases pressed around him to touch him. 11 And whenever the unclean spirits saw him, they fell down before him and cried out, “You are the Son of God!” 12 And he strictly ordered them not to make him known.

And its rider carried a pair of scales. 6 I heard what seemed to be a voice in the midst of the four living creatures, say, “A quart of wheat for a denarius (bread weighed, scarcity?) and three quarts of barley for a denarius, but don’t harm the oil and wine!” {Double six, a lead up to triple six?} {Double six, a lead up to triple six?} {Riches for some, want and grief for others.}

     7 When he opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, “Come!” 8 And I looked, and behold, a pale horse! And its rider's name was Death, and Hades {originally, of course, sheol - where all go, Ps.89:48, and where there is no awareness or doing, Eccles.9:10. What is partner to death? The grave, Jn.5:28, Hebrew sheol translated into greek hades, “not seen” state of being gone} followed him (followed death). And death and its partner/place (the grave/sheol) were given authority over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword, with famine, with pestilence and by wild beasts of the earth. {Note: plagues follow wars, chem warfare began in WW1.      24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. 26 For if we go on sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, 27 but a fearful expectation of judgment, and a fury of fire that will consume the adversaries. {Earthly. Even the three mentions of lake of fire are at fiery events.} 28 Any Hebrew who has set aside the law of Moses perishes without mercy on the evidence of two or three witnesses. 29 How much worse punishment, do you think, will be deserved by the one who has trampled underfoot the Son of God, and has profaned the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and has outraged the Spirit of grace?

(Matthew was a Jewish/Hebrew collecting taxes for hated Rome! Such tax collector’s were especially despised.)

     15 And as he reclined at table in Levi’s house, many tax collectors and sinners were reclining with Jesus and his disciples, for there were many who followed him. 16 And the scribes of the Pharisees, when they saw that he was eating with sinners and tax collectors, said to his disciples, “Why does he eat with tax collectors and sinners?” 17 And when Jesus heard it, he said to them, “Those who are well don’t need a physician, but those who are not well. As long as they have the bridegroom with them, they won’t fast. 20 The days will come when the bridegroom is taken away, and then they’ll fast. 21 No one sews a piece of unshrunk cloth on an old garment. If he does, the patch tears away, the new from the old, and a worse tear is made. 22 And no one puts new wine into an old wineskin. If they do, the wine will burst the skins. 27 - Later on as he was walking, Jesus saw a tax collector named Levi [Matthew] sitting at the tax booth. And he said to him, “Come and follow me.” 28 And leaving the booth, Levi followed.

     29 Later, at his house, he gave a great feast for him. And there was a large company of tax collectors and others reclining at table with them. 30 And the Pharisees and scribes complained to his disciples, “Why do you eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners?”

     31 But Jesus answered them, saying, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, only the unwell.” {Which is all of us!} 32 “I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”

      33 And they said to him, “The disciples of John fast often and offer prayers, and so do our disciples, but yours both eat and drink!” 34 And Jesus said to them, “Can you make wedding guests fast while the bridegroom is with them?” {And the celebration’s going on?} 35 “Days will come when the bridegroom is taken away. They will fast in those days.”

     36 And so he told them a parable, “No one patches an old garment with a patch made of new cloth. If they do, the piece from the new will not match the old, and the tear will be made worse. 37 And no one puts new wine into an old wineskin. If they do, the new wine will burst the skin and be spilled, and the skin will be ruined. 38 But new wine must be put into a new wineskin. 39 But no one after drinking old wine desires the new, for they say, ‘The old is good” {enough?} [ChrΓ©stos - kind, good, benevolent, useful.]

And the power of the Lord was with him to heal. 18 And behold, some men were bringing on a bed a man who was paralyzed, and they were seeking to bring him in and lay him before Jesus,19 but finding no way to bring him in, because of the crowd, they went up on the roof and let him down with his bed through the tiles into the midst before Jesus. 20 And when he saw their faith, he said, “Man, your sins are forgiven you.” 21 And the scribes and the Pharisees began to question, saying, “Who is this who speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins but God alone?”

     22 When Jesus perceived their thoughts, he answered them, “Why do you question in your hearts? 23 Which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Rise and walk’? 24 But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins”—he said to the man who was paralyzed—“I say to you, rise, pick up your bed and go home.” 25 And immediately he rose up before them and picked up what he had been lying on and went home, glorifying God.26 And amazement seized them all, and they glorified God and were filled with awe, saying, “We have seen extraordinary things today.”

1 - For since the law has but a shadow of the good things to come instead of the true form of these realities, it can never, by the same sacrifices that are continually offered every year, make perfect those who draw near. 2 Otherwise, they would have ceased being offered, since the worshipers, having once been cleansed, would no longer have any consciousness of sins? [Hamartia - missing the mark.] 3 But in the old sacrifices there is a reminder of sins every year. 4 For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sin [missing the mark, imperfection, being flawed/imperfect].

     5 Consequently, when Christ came into the world, he said, “Sacrifices and offerings you have NOT desired, but a body you have prepared for me. 6 In burnt offerings and sin offerings you take no pleasure”. 7 Then I said, ‘Behold, I’ve come to do your will, O God, as it is written of me in the scroll of the book.’” {I think what needed/needs to be appeased is the guilty human conscience and tricky psyche. One day “even the pots and plates will be holy”. His patterns are sacred. The most sacred art. Everything.

      It’s veiled.. of course (Father does love a good riddle?) just how perfectly he fulfilled the three Spring holy days, four if we count Pentecost. First, there’s three Sabbaths of the week so three prep days.. Passover and Unleavened Bread were called interchangeably, as was the whole week referred to as both.. and more veils.]

     But Jesus (on DOA) entered the one time. Nor would it be to offer himself repeatedly. 26 For then he would have had to suffer repeatedly since the foundation of the world. But as it is, he has appeared once for all at the consummation of the ages to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. {Father and Son both suffer the worst? Especially as God is Life.. so witnesses and lives through it all. And endowed thinking and reasoning anyway.} 27 And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and then is judgment [Rev.20] {But the chapter is told like describing the crests of waves, and not much of the in between}. 28 So Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of (the?) many [polΓ½s - often, mostly, largely, multitude, many, most, altogether, common, great in amount, extent] will appear a second time, not to deal with sin [hamartia - missing the mark] {this crucible, imperfection/entropy} but {that dealt with} to save those who are eagerly awaiting him.

And he sat down and taught the people from the boat.

     4 When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.” 5 And Simon answered, “Master, we toiled all night and took nothing! But at your word, I will let down the nets.” 6 And when they had done this, they caught a large number of fish, so many so, their nets were breaking. 7 They signaled to their partners (James and John) in the other boat to come and help them. And they came and filled both the boats, until they began to sink. 8 But when Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus' knees, saying, “Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, O Lord.” 9 For he and all who were now with him in the boat were astonished at the catch of fish, 10 and so also were James and John, sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. And Jesus said to Simon, “Don’t be afraid. From now on you will be catching men.” 11 And when they had brought their boats to land, they left it all and followed him.

I know who you are—the Holy One of God.” 25 But Jesus said, “Be silent, and come out of him!” 26 And the unclean spirit, convulsing him and crying out with a loud voice, came out. 27 And they were all amazed, and questioned among theirselves, saying, “What is this? A new teaching with authority! He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey him!” 28 And at once his fame spread everywhere throughout all the surrounding region of Galilee.

     29 Then he left the synagogue and entered the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John. 30 Immediately they told him Simon's mother-in-law lay ill with a fever, 31 so he came and took her by the hand, helped her up, and the fever left her. Then she got up and began to make a meal for them.

     32 That same evening at sundown they brought to him all who were sick or oppressed by demons. 33 So many, the whole city was gathered together at the door! 34 And he healed many who were sick with various diseases, and cast out many demons and would not let them speak, because they knew who he was.

 BooK of Revelation

                a paraphrased study

THE vision 1 - Now I {disciple/apostle John} was watching as the Lamb [Jesus “as slain” only one “worthy to open the scroll”] opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four {majestic} living creatures say with a voice like thunder, “Come!” 2 And I looked! And there, was a white horse! And its rider had a bow, and a crown was given to him, and he came riding forth conquering, and to conquer. {Often taken to be the shadow rider to the gospel, the false way, especially when we lock the vision in a box titled “7 years only”. I am 99.9% convinced thiS white horse is the gospel riding forth into the age “openly victorious over powers and principalities” Colossians 2:15. Yet both the good news (gospel) and the false way, will escalate, gather momentum toward gallop, in late days and ‘last’ hour.}

     3 When he opened the *second* seal, I heard the *second* living creature say, “Come!” 4 And out came another horse. This one was fiery [pyrros] red and its rider was allowed to take peace from the earth, so that people slay one another, and he was given a long sword. {Obviously war. War is given a megas - a great, large, mighty sword. Second of the four horsemen of the apocalypse is mankind’s response to the good (or megas - great, large, mighty!) news.}

     {“Second” - second creature, second seal - Father Most High is veRy organized. ..And 100% unfettered Genius. Chapter 6 is where the actual vision begins. First of THREE tellings of the vision. The 3 being 6:1-2 to 11:19; chapter 12, but verse 17 needs Matthew 23:39; and 13:1 to 19:11. And the THREE rejoin at the sounding of the 7th trumpet, Isaiah 24:20/Rev.10:4, Zechariah 14:4, noT to be confused with Rev.21:1-5.}

6 - With these (tabernacle, temple) preparations having been made, the priests go regularly into the first section, performing the ritual duties, 7 but into the second only the high priest goes, and he but once a year, and not without taking blood {strong enough to convince and appease every conscience} which he offers for himself and for the unintentional sins of the people. [On Day of Atonement, DOA.] {A shadow of the real; DOA for the initially doa.} 8 By this the Holy Spirit indicates that the way into the holy places is not yet opened as long as the first section is still standing, 9 which is symbolic for the present age. According to this arrangement, gifts and sacrifices are offered that cannot perfect the conscience of the worshiper, 10 but deal only with food and drink and various washings, regulations for the body imposed until the time of reformation.

31 - Jesus went to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and he was teaching on the Sabbath. 32 The people were astonished at his teaching, for his words were skillful and spoken with authority. 33 There was a man in the synagogue who had {was contaminated with} the spirit of an unclean demon, and he cried out with a loud voice, 34 “Ha! What have you to do with us?! You Jesus of Nazareth! Have you come to destroy us?! I know who you are—the Holy One of God!” 35 But Jesus said, “Be silent and come out of him!” And when the demon had thrown him down in their midst, he came out, and the man suffered no injury.

     36 Amazed, the people were saying, “What is this? For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out!” 37 And so reports and word of him went out to all places in the region.

     38 After that, he left the synagogue and went to Simon's house. Simon's mother-in-law was ill with a high fever, so they appealed to him on her behalf. 39 And he went to her and rebuked the fever, and it left her, and immediately she rose and began to prepare for them a meal.

    40 Later on, when the sun was setting, all those who had any who were sick with various diseases, brought them to him. And he laid his hands on every one of them and healed them. 41 And demons also came out of many, crying, “You are the Son of God!” But he rebuked them and wouldn’t allow them to speak, because they knew that he was the Christ, the Messiah.

    42 When day came, he went out to a lonely place. But the people looked for him and found him. They were urging him to stay with them, 43 but he said, “I must preach the good news of the kingdom of God to the other towns as well. For this is why I was sent.”44 And so in those days, he was preaching in the synagogues of Judea.

07/06 ~ From New Testament Letters

   (In the Order Believed Written)

{When all is done and completed under the covenant works of God}11 - “They shall not teach each one their neighbor and each one their brother or sister, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they shall all know me, from the least to the greatest. 12 For I will be merciful toward their iniquities, and I will remember their sins [hamartia - missing the mark] no more.”

     13 In speaking of a new covenant, he makes the first one obsolete. And what is becoming obsolete, old and fading is ready to vanish away.

     9:1 - Now even the first covenant had regulations for worship and an earthly place of holiness. 2 For a tent was prepared, the first section, called the Holy Place, in which were the lampstand, the table and the bread of the Presence. 3 And behind the second curtain was a second section, which is called the Most Holy Place, 4 and in it is the golden altar of incense and the ark of the covenant covered on all sides with gold, in which was a golden urn holding the manna, Aaron's staff that budded, and the tablets of the (first, hamartia revealing) covenant. 5 Above it were the cherubim of glory overshadowing the mercy seat. But of these things we cannot now speak in detail. {The cherubim, a likeness of an around the throne cherubim/seraphim, also called a “covering angel”? Of which Satan was one?? ..Some covering angels of animals of Eden joined the sedition? As God foresaw, and having waited patiently for first bound to occur rebel thought to occur and mature, so that all take this unavoidable journey all together at once.}

12 - In those days Jesus went to the mountain to pray, and continued in prayer all night. 13 When day came, he called his disciples and chose twelve, whom he named apostles - 14 Simon, whom he named Peter, and Andrew his brother; James and John; Philip and Bartholomew; 15 Matthew and Thomas; James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon who was called the Zealot; 16 Judas the son of James, and Judas Iscariot, who became a traitor.

     17 And he came down and stood on a flat place with them, and with a great crowd of his disciples and a great multitude of people from all Judea and Jerusalem and the seacoast of Tyre and Sidon, 18 who came to hear him and to be healed of their diseases. And those troubled with oppressive spirits were cured. 19 And all the people sought to touch him, for power came out from him and healed them all.

     20 And he looked out upon the crowd, and said:

“Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God. 21 Blessed are you who are hungry now, for you shall be filled. Blessed are you who weep now, for you will laugh. 22 Blessed are you when people hate you, when they exclude you, insult you and spurn your name as evil, on account of the Son of Man! 23 Rejoice at those times, and leap for joy. For behold, your reward is great in heaven. And so was it done to the prophets.

     24 But woe to you who are rich, for you are receiving your solace. 25 Woe to you who are full now, for you shall be hungry. Woe to you who laugh {in supposed victory} now, for you shall mourn and weep. 26 Woe to you, when all people speak well of you. For so they did to the false prophets. 27 But I say to you who hear - Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you. 28 Bless those who curse you. Pray for those who abuse you. 29 If someone strikes you on the cheek, offer the other as well. And from one who takes away your cloak don’t withhold your tunic. 30 Give to everyone who asks from you, and from one who takes away your goods, don’t demand them back.”

Hebrews 8 1-10

 a paraphrased ‘enter the story’

 πŸƒπŸ•Š️  reading & study  πŸ•Š️πŸƒ

07/05 ~ From New Testament Letters

   (In the Order Believed Written)

1 - What we are saying is this, we have a high priest, who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the majesty on high, 2 a minister in the holy place, in the true tent that the LORD set up, and not man. 3 For every high priest is appointed to offer gifts and sacrifices. And so it’s necessary for this priest also to have something to offer. 4 Now if he were on earth, he would not be a priest at all, since there are priests who offer gifts according to the law. 5 They serve a copy and shadow, a replica of the real thing. For when Moses was about to erect the tent, he was instructed by God, saying, “See that you make everything according to the pattern that was shown to you on the mountain.”

     6 Now the new ministry (of Jesus) and the new agreement {between us and God - the faith of Jesus} is more excellent than the old, since it’s enacted on better promises. 7 For if the first covenant (agreement) had hit the mark being sufficient to make one perfect, it would not have been necessary for a second agreement/contract. {The first is society preservative. Preparation for Messiah. And still Truth today.. yet the Lord said (for example) it’s not only good enough, to not murder {lol} but don’t despise our fellow person and neighbor.}

     8 For he finds fault with them when he says, “Look, the days are coming, declares the LORD, when I will establish a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah, 9 not like the one I made with their fathers, on the day when I took them by the hand, and brought them out of the land of Egypt. (And 400 years of slavery.) For they didn’t honor my covenant, and so I showed to them no concern, says the LORD. 10 For this is the covenant/agreement I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD, I will plant {to remain} my laws into their minds, and write them upon their hearts, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.” {Ultimately, all humanity as Israel. Believers are “grafted into” Israel, and are now “part of the commonwealth of Israel” like one would graft a branch into a big old olive tree.}

1 - Three days later, there was a wedding at Cana in Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there. 2 Jesus also was invited to the wedding along with his disciples. 3 When they ran out of wine, Jesus’ mother said to him, “They have run out of wine.” 4 And he said, “Woman  {Mom? lol} what does this have to do with me? My hour hasn’t yet come.” 5 His mother said to the workers, “Do whatever he says.”

     6 There were six stone water jars there for the Jewish rite of purification, each one able to hold twenty or thirty gallons. 7 Jesus said, “Fill the jars with water.” And they filled them up to the brim. 8 Then he said, “Draw some out and take it to the master of the feast.” And so they did. 9 And when the master of the wedding party tasted the water turned to wine, and didn’t know where it came from, though the ones who had drawn the water knew, the master of the feast called the bridegroom 10 and said to him, “Everyone serves the good wine first! And when people have drank freely, then they serve the inferior wine. But you have kept the best wine until last!” 11 This, at Cana in Galilee, was the first of the signs Jesus did, revealing his glory. And his disciples believed in him.

     12 After this he went down to Capernaum, with his mother, brothers and disciples, and they stayed there for a few days.

25 - And so, it is true {and a sure foundation/expectation}, that he is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, since he is always living for the intercession [entygxΓ‘nō - en “in” - intensifies tygxΓ‘nō - to light upon/obtain by making the mark] {he is living now to fully hit the mark} for us. 26 For it’s indeed fitting that we should have such a high priest. One pure and sacred, holy, innocent, unstained, separated from sinners, and exalted above the heavens. 27 He has no need, like those high priests, to offer sacrifices every day, first for his own sins, and then for those of the people, since he did this once for all when he offered up himself. {Being the spotless lamb, not imperfect/entropic, which the Old Testament sacrifices portrayed. Priesthoods to appease, imo, the human psyche and conscience.}

     28 For the law appoints men in their weakness to serve as high priests, but the word of the oath, which came later than the law, appoints a Son to the age having been perfected. {Everything is prone to corruption? Except the Son, THE straight out from God - one - ever busy in purpose for our perfection, which is consummated at his return.. and at the Rev.21:1-5 event, at close of GWT Judgment and Closure ‘Day’.}

     But a better hope [elpis - expectation] is introduced, through which we draw near to God. 20 And it was not without an oath! Others became priests without an oath. 21 But he with an oath by the saying to him and has sworn the  LORD and will not repent, “You are a priest for ever! He ate nothing during those days, and when they were ending, he was hungry. 3 The devil said to him, “If you’re the Son of God, command this stone to become bread!” 4 But Jesus answered, “It’s written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone.’” 5 And the devil took him up and in a moment of time, showed him all the kingdoms of the world. 6 And then he said to him, “I will give to you all this authority, and their glory, for it’s been delivered to me, and I give it to whom I will.” {Hijacked!      15 So this becomes even more evident when a new priest arises in the example of Melchizedek, 16 who is a priest, not on the basis of a legal requirement concerning one’s descent, but by the power of an indestructible {non-entropic} life. 17 For it is testified of him, “You are a priest forever, after the order of Melchizedek.” {Who seemed, by the way met, to have a non ending priesthood.}

     18 And with many other exhortations he preached good news to the people. 19 But Herod the tetrarch (the son of Herod the Great who had tried to destroy/devour Jesus when he was one or two years of age, Rev.12:4, the chapter middle of three tellings of the revelation vision - with Mt.23:39) who had been publicly scolded by him for Herodias, his brother's wife. And added to all the evil he had already done, 20 he locked up John in prison.

     21 When the people were baptized [“preparing the way before him”] and Jesus also had been baptized and was praying, the heavens opened, 22 and the Holy Spirit descended upon him in bodily form, like a dove. God, being Life, suffers all things, and endowed thinking and reasoning ability to mankind and angelkind anyway!] And he was with the wild animals {wonder if they were friendly with him?} and the angels ministered to him.

07/01 ~ From New Testament Letters

   (In the Order Believed Written)

11 - If perfection had been achievable through the Levitical priesthood - for under it the people received the law - what further need would there have been for another priest to arise after the priestly order of Melchizedek, rather than the already established one, named after the priestly order of Aaron? [Moses’ brother.] 12 For when there is a change in the priesthood, there is a change in the law as well.

     {The law, called the Mosaic Covenant, was implemented to show what sin, breaking the law, missing the mark is. It’s summed up in love, because “love works no ill”. Jesus actually said - for example - it’s not really good enough to not murder.. but to dislike and hate, is to commit murder in the heart! {And words! The “poison of vipers is under our tongue”! Just look at online discussions, lol. Division by accusation just like of “the world”.} Same with unfaithfulness, not actually good enough [perfect] to not be unfaithful with another, but it can be committed in the heart. The key of course is Jesus. We are in him and he is in us, and is our advocate. He said “won’t your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit {his Presence} to those who ask him?” And Jesus baptizes us with the Spirit - the Holy Ghost - God’s Presence. He never let me write Holy Ghost until I started to mention His Presence - with us - as His Spirit. But I so often wanted to write Holy Ghost! Lol. It’s our only hope. Because unavoidably “perfect” is necessary and unavoidable - the goal we stretch toward and are waiting for when Jesus’ returns for his long second advent. God is life, surely!? And he “is perfect” ..so what do you think? Thankfully we’re declared righteous and innocent.. because of “Christ Crucified”. But of what use or logic would there be in preferring the things that don’t bring life and blessing? One time it seemed to me the Lord said, when you have submitted, yielded and given yourself to me right down to the floor of your being.. that’s when to start pulling up floorboards.
